We have been here a few times before and it has always been a great experience. Service was excellent and food was superb! However, tonight was an off night. I ordered my filet medium. Unfortunately, it was medium well to almost well. One look and the manager said that is definitely not medium. He was very nice about it and accommodating. Wait staff was just very confused. Twice, they brought wrong food to our table and then brought the wrong dessert. Not sure what was going on. We will go back because we do like it. Chalk tonight up as one of those nights.

Our server, Mason, was impressive! He was prepared, cordial, knowledgeable, attentive and had outstanding recommendations! The only suggestion I’d make is if the hostess is going to seat patrons by the bar(on the other side of a short brown divider), they should ask patrons if they do not mind a higher noise level accompanied with overarching close proximity from those seated in bar seating. In hindsight, we would have preferred to be seated away from that area, but we did not realize it was going to be that loud or that other patrons would be so close(could reach through and shake their hands).

Went for lunch. I had guacamole and tomato gin soup. Both delicious. Margarita was great. My husband had a turkey club also great. Thin fries were yummy. Took home the cheesecake and bread pudding. More yum!! Will definitely go back and highly recommend

My husband and I decided to go out for a Valentines dinner. Our experience dining there was during the entire dinner we felt rushed. We both ordered fillet mignon with one side. My husbands steak was prepared well done as requested, however, it was very dry. The broccoli I ordered had yellow spots and looked very sad next to my steak. Note to self...they don’t have A-1 steak sauce! When you spend that kind of money for a night out you expect more.

It wasn't bad service was good wait staff was polite food average nothing special I got a New York strip and it came already precut I didn't expect that but it was okay then we had a banana cream tart dessert which tasted like it was sugar-free for some reason but I think I'll pass when I go out next time

Broccoli tasted like it was frozen and mashed potatoes like they were straight out of a box. The 8 oz Filet was cooked exactly the way I wanted but it lacked flavor and was very chewy. The staff was friendly and attentive and seemed to all help each other out.

We had reservations for Valentine's day and were asked to wait about 10 minutes before being seated, so not too bad. Server was great. We had the caprese appetizer which was a little below average- mostly cut up pieces of grape tomatoes in a bowl with balsamic and only a few pearls of cheese...meh. The steak was good. The salmon Orleans was fantastic and I'd go back for that. The White Chocolate brownie dessert for two was good. Would go back again maybe once a year.

We enjoyed our meal from start to finish. The staff was accommodating when our reservation was for 45 minutes after we arrived and seated us immediately, and on Valentine’s Day. We are planning our next visit already!

As first time patrons of The White Chocolate Grill, we weren’t sure what to expect. The restaurant has a similar vibe to other upscale eateries in the area-stone on the walls, dark woods, and booths mostly as far as I could see. The noise level seemed high when we entered, but once seated, it wasn’t bad. Our server was prompt and attentive. We didn’t feel rushed at all and enjoyed a relaxing dining experience. We both enjoyed our meals. For starters we ordered chips with three dips-one avocado based, one was queso, and the last had shrimp in it. All three were delicious and the chips were warm and crisp-really good! My Bay scallops were tasty and accompanied by mashed potatoes with some lettuce mixed in-different, and not bad! My husband’s salmon was flavored with ginger , teriyaki, and lime, and was terrific! Our drinks were good-I liked my Pinot Grigio-not sure of the brand name. My husband’s Tanqueray and Tonic was about 3 swallows worth, so he recommends getting the tall glass.
We shared the White Chocolate Bread Pudding and it was great! Just perfect for the two of us.
We plan on making a return visit and would recommend The White Chocolate Grill for a special night out.

My husband and I had a great date night dinner. We were able to get a cozy corner table in the bar for dinner. Gus the bartender took great care of us and was extremely attentive. I had a fish special-it was delicious and my husband had the jambalaya which he enjoyed too. A great evening with delicious food and outstanding service!

Very busy for a weekend/pre-Valentine's dinner. We waited 30 minutes WITH a reservation. Food was great, drinks were great, and service was outstanding, but I knocked down a star for service because my plates came out with sauce/soup sloshed over the side. Turns out some of my sauce ended up on the seat at a neighboring table.

The food was quite good except the dessert. I had the French dip and my friend had the rotisserie chicken. The spinach artichoke dip was delicious. The brussels sprouts were very good as well. For dessert we had a caramel apple pastry with ice cream. It had very little apple filling and the pastry was a bit dry. It was also overly sweet which I think was the caramel sauce. My friend's coffee was very mediocre and not worth ordering. Our waiter, Nick, was very attentive and pleasant.

So I’ve been coming here a lot now 3 years steady.
And for some reason lately weve been having to wait much longer to get seated. This last time it took almost an hour to get seated. Everything is great but the hostess needs to get it together.

The tomato soup was yellow and way too spicy. Couldn't eat it. The French dip beef sandwich was ultra rare and tasteless. It had some kind of white tasteless spread on it. The au juice was cold and salty. And the grilled cauliflower was Raw cold and awful. The environment was dingy and colorless
The server was ok
