Reservation didn’t matter as we still had to wait 45 minutes for a table. The manager cane over after we ordered and told us our desserts would be comped for the wait. They only comped 1 of 3 desserts, and then only after we asked about it. We would not normally order desserts if she had not offered. We won’t be returning here. Very disappointed.

Loved it! Had a reservation and waited in the bar for about 15 minutes....had a drink and were seated relatively quickly. Food was delicious...citrus/soy glazed salmon was amazing! Ahi tuna appetizer was delicious- the slaw that the tuna was presented on was a great compliment to the app. Highly recommend.

We waited 30 mins past our reservation time, but it was worth it. My grilled steak Cobb salad was one of the best salads I’ve ever eaten! I couldn’t stop eating it! My house red wine was good, and The White Chocolate Brownie was also fantastic and perfect for two people. Our server was very friendly and quick! The bar was beautiful—great ambiance. Would definitely recommend it and will return soon!

My son picked WCG to clelbrater his 13th birthday, mostly because he saw they had soufflé as a dessert and he’s always wanted to try it. Even though it wasn’t a traditional soufflé, he enjoyed it. We all enjoyed our dinners. I was impressed by the bourbon & rye selections.

Ambiance is always great. The lighting is perfect. I love the lounge area for seating and we were there tonight. The service is wonderful and Becky is our favorite. She’s attentive and spot-on, so friendly and personable too. Tonight we had to wait about 25 mins past our reservation time because the place was packed. The manager came to our table to apologize. We thought that was classy and just the right touch. We weren’t really frustrated by the wait but the extra attention let’s you know they’re on their game.

We arrived at 5:30 and the restaurant was not busy. The waitress immediately came to our table taking our drink order and returned quickly to take our food order not giving us time to view the menu. I felt rushed. My lemonade was extremely tart and asked for water to dilute it. She removed my lemonade and brought water. She didn’t take the lemonade off my bill. I complained about my steak sandwich being too raw but kept it anyway. I was only half way done with my meal and the waitress left the dessert menu. Since we didn’t want dessert she immediately brought our check. I felt very rushed because the restaurant was getting busier. WIll not return to this restaurant.

The service was okay. We ordered the daily special soup. We ordered three but none of us were able to finish the soup, it was VERY salty. The main dish I had was grilled salmon. It tasted pretty good, over all portions were a little smaller than usual. Server brought us the check for the table and asked if we would be interested in coffee or desert, I guess it should have been other way around!

Great food. Excellent service. It's local and you don't have to drive to Chicago for some good, modern dining.

We had great service and plenty of food. The grilled artichokes and French dip were exceptional. Our waiter Jesse was attentive and not patronizing (which be irritating to older women).

Overall everything was great, but we had a 545 reservation on a Saturday night and felt they were rushing us to get the table for another reservation. We were treating guests and wanted to be able to treat them to drinks, appetizers and dessert and we could hardly enjoy one and they were bringing the next meal. We left very full but felt shorted on our quality time to catch up with friends.

Food n service great. Only problem was with our seating arrangements. We had reservations and we were put at table next to entrance. Very cold and drafty and people were waiting directly next to our table. Nothing worse than eating while cold.

Wonderful food and service. However music system is way too loud making the entire restaurant very noisy. Hard to have conversation with others, even when across table or next to you. Very nice decor and would recommend if the music volume lowered or turned off.

The food was not impressive at all. The prime rib was more fat then anything and the crab cakes were missing crab. The dessert was a soufflé was hard in the middle and just was made incorrect

I loved the ambiance and the vibe of this restaurant. However the food has to be the reason one would think of returning. We ordered the ribs, a filet mignon and strip steak. The ribs were burnt with little meat left on the bone. The filet was okay, but nothing to write home about and I enjoyed my strip steak. So two out of three is not a good reason to enjoy returning. The dessert that we ordered had frozen crust that was impossible to cut through, so we tried another. I loved the place but the kitchen needs repair. In defense it was New Years Day, but we ate at 3:45. No excuse for the kitchen!

Seated 30 min after reservation time. Out of prime rib at 7 pm (reservation was 6:30). Another 20 min for lemonade (bar backed up). Lemonade good but why do I have to wait for bar. Drink is non alcoholic. For food prices, expected much more upscale place. Immediately turned off when given one of those pucks that vibrates when table ready. I had a reservation!

I randomly Yelped WCG and man am I glad I did !?!
The ambiance was really smooth and relaxing, the music was at JUST the right volume and the service was stellar! If I’m not mistaken Jesse, was our server . I ordered the blackened sea bass topped with crab meat and mashed potatoes on the side ... AMAZING ! I had two of the best classic margaritas I’ve ever had! For dessert (which I rarely order) it was white Chocolate raspberry cheesecake ....
...................Speechless.

I cannot WAIT to revisit this Naperville gem in the near future ! 5stars for me !

They have good specials prepared in a way you can't find anywhere else. Creative. We had barramundi prepared in a ginger reduction over coconut rice. Great flavor. They have many different salads if you are craving a salad. They do have steak, burgers, chicken prepared in different ways. Alcoholic drinks are unique and made well. All the desserts are made with White Chocolate. If you like White Chocolate, save room for dessert. If you don't care for White Chocolate, don't order dessert. It won't be for you. Very pricey which is why we only go on very special occasions; usually, once a year for us.

This is my second time to White Chocolate Grill. Both times the food has been awful. The first time I had a steak this time I had the signature Chicken Salad. The chicken wasn’t grilled it was shaved. The lettuce was wilted with too much dressing. Service was fine. Doubtful I’ll be going back. My friend picked for her birthday.

Took the family here for Christmas Eve and was really unimpressed. We were seated in room right by the front door and we were all cold. We had so many different waiters and Waitresses we were never sure who got the drink requests handed.
Not sure if I’d recommend it even for non holiday dining.

We enjoyed Christmas Eve dinner at WCG, it was awesome. Chris was our waiter, and he was top-notch. For as busy as it was in the restaurant, he was attentive without making us feel rushed. Portions were generous. The prime rib was delicious, and I took some home to leave room for dessert. Speaking of dessert, the bread pudding is fantastic, and the chocolate soufflé cake is a slice of heaven. Great experience overall, will definitely be back!
