It was great.
This is one of my top place to go when I want a "city" night out in the burbs. The atmosphere service and food is usually on point ...tonight Only 1 out of 3 met my expectations. The food: i had the bbq bacon burger (one of my gotos ) and fries. The burger was under seasoned compared to my previous experiences and the fries were over cooked to the point where there was no flavor and in wome instance they were rock hard and inedible. My dinner partner was shorted on fries which in this case was a win for him because he had the same issue. The service: Lack luster ..inattentive and rushed a total opposite of what i expect from WCG.
We absolutely love the WCG and celebrate many occasions there. The food is excellent, the service is impeccable. Drinks are great and we LOVE the ambiance. The hostesses usually honor our seating requests as long as we're on time. A+ for the management and servers here - they've got it right!
This is the second time I have been here. Loved it both times. The food is really great and cooked properly.
We went for lunch to celebrate Father's day. The chicken was great, and the service was friendly and prompt. The key lime pie was delicious. Overall a lovely time.
Birthday and Father’s Day celebration
Always love this place. We moved away so when we came for a visit we made sure this was a stop! Love the White Chocolate Brownie for dessert!
I can’t understand why I’m not eligible for my 100 pts. Showed up before 7:15 pm reservation & waited 15+min for a table. Spent $177.00 plus tip. Who’s the scammer here? White Chocolate Grill or Open Table. ???? Sooo disgusting!!! Why use the open table app???!!!:(((
This place has the best service and food. Never disappoints.
The restaurant was not as busy as usual but it was the service was moving very slow. I even decided to not have coffee dessert because it was taking so long. This was very unusual from previous visits.
The service was good and the food was goos and the desserts were out of the world.
6/16 Sat 12pm reservation. Seated immediately, friendly staff. Good food, value, outstanding service from our waitress "Irania". Most enjoyable dining experience.
It was my first time there. I was recommended by my friend that accompanied me we were there celebrating his birthday I had a wonderful time there. the atmosphere was lovely the menu was superb I will be coming back again.
We have made it a tradition of coming here for a joint birthday celebration, and they never disappoint! Just a great restaurant that’s well-managed and has excellent food and service.
I live the food and atmosphere here. Staff is always friendly and helpful!
Delicious! From the appetizers to dessert, everything we ate was excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Looking forward to returning to sample more entrees.
Never been to the Grill nice experience, just wish there was dress code. Some people look liked they just finished pouring curbing,
As Usual, the service and food was excellent!
Our server was so so sweet and attentive .. she would have recvd a better tip if the slice of pie was complementary ... I was surprised they charged us for a birthday.. never have been charge at any other restaurant ..
I feel the restaurant is a bit pricey for just salads ..
We most likely will not be back .. but as I said the server was excellent ..
The hostess at the front door looked as if she were at a 'wake' lol lol she never even
said , welcome to our restaurant or goodbye & have a nice day ... I feel she was hung over
Thank goodness she was not our server ..
Great Service. Fantastic Food. Worth the price. Highly recommend!!!
Birthday celebration with family.
The meal was excellent. The caprese could have used more mozzarella, but the entrees and especially the brussel sprout slaw was excellent. The dessert, the caramel bread pudding was excellent as well. One constructive criticism: the meal was paced far too quick. Appetizers, meal and dessert all in about 1 hour. Therefore I cannot give the service five stars
Waitress recommended the halibut special with rice. It was good, just a bit too much watery sauce. Sauce could have been less and it would be better. Overall dish was good. Highlight of the meal was the bread pudding dessert and the cheesecake. Loved both desserts and will go back just for that.
We have dined here several times. Both the food and service were very good.
Great food just very dark not the best atmosphere.
We arrived early 5;45 and the place was full and loud. The rib eye steak was about 3/4 inch thick, not tender and not particularly flavorful even with the balsamic glaze. We also had the fish special which was blackened halibut. The top was seared so much that you had to cut it off, the rest of the fish was fine. The mashed potatoes are runny with the odd addition of nutmeg. The apple pie dessert is more like an apple tart, with a puff pastry crust. They are listed as a steakhouse but I would not recommend it as such based on the rib eye we got. Maybe the fillets are better?
Chicken enchiladas very salty
Mark our server did an outstanding job of being there when we needed and leaving us to enjoy the experience otherwise.
He was a true professional.
Food and service were excellent! Went for a birthday dinner, White Chocolate Grill did not disappoint!
Very high-quality decor, amazing food which fits its pricing criteria and well-sized portions. Super tasty... Welcoming staff...
We had not been at the WCG for a few years. I now remember why? The food was so, so along with the service. The food was a bit pricy for what was received. It was very noisy and hard to hear across the table. We will probably not go back again.
Our server was outstanding and knowledgeable in the menu, overall great person. Food was outstanding and the desserts were amazing!!!
Good service and great key lime pie
We were seated by the bar area and it was very noisy. I was prepared to overlook that and figured that’s what you get on a Friday night. This was my first time there and anticipated a great meal due to the reviews. I ordered the beef tenderloin Cobb salad. It was a pretty big disappointment. The beef tenderloin was super tough and left me wondering if it was really tenderloin at all. Mushrooms were canned? and flavorless. Really overall not sure how you could make a Cobb salad any worse. Two of the people at our table had the trout and remarked that it was very salty. Jambalaya was tasty according to our other tablemate. Overall for the price, I would not go back.
Fun, relaxing and full of life. Drove from Cleveland to meet friends for a weekend family event. All was good. Thank you.
Server was excellent and informative. Enchiladas, desserts and wine were excellent, unfotunately the Rotisserie Chicken was a bit dry.
We went to WCG for our anniversary and had great service from Mark. He helped us make decisions about what to order. We had spinach artichoke dip- delicious, hubby had ribs- delicious, I had rotisserie chicken and the brussel sprout ‘slaw’- delicious. Asked for the special rolls-delicious. Shared the flourless chocolate cake and it was so sweet and we were so full we couldn’t finish meals or dessert. Took it home. So service and food were great- the only constructive criticism I have is that the music level is so loud and the entire restaurant is hard surfaces and so the sound is bouncing all around you loudly and you can hardly hear the person sitting across the table from you or the server at times. Kindof annoying.
The restaurant is extremely noisy. The food is fine, but the menu is limited. Only one shellfish item, and that is a spicy shrimp jambalaya. There are so many good restaurants around, I'll skip this one next time.
Went for our Anniversary, was seated immediately when we arrived. Service was excellent, waitress was very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. Had their seafood special of the day. It was very well prepared. White Chocolate Martini was amazing & their bread pudding was the best I've ever had. The overall was quite reasonable. Will definitely go back.
