Westbank Grill @ Four Seasons Jackson Hole
The dinner menu offers a modern-American twist on the classic steakhouse, serving prime steaks cooked to perfection on an 1,200 degree infrared grill, fresh seafood, and signature side dishes. Entrees are served with a choice of a signature sauce, adding flavorful variety to the meal. The restaurant's extensive wine list includes 25 wines by the glass, premium selections from around the world, as well as a selection of organic wines.
Westbank Grill is also open for breakfast daily, providing guests with a choice of both healthy and hearty options to fuel their wild western adventures for the day.
I have stayed and dined at many Four Seasons and thought this restaurant was poor. The food quality was sub par, the service was ok, and there was a mouse in the dining room. I would not recommend.
Very warm and accommodating. I highly recommend it!
Delicious food and the friendliest restaurant staff we experienced in Jackson Hole! They were also very kind to our eight month old daughter.
Dave was an amazing waiter and we had a great experience
This is a step above everything else in the Teton village and there are some other excellent restaurants there.
Had to wait to be seated almost 15 min for a 8pm reservation. Several times hostess walked by without even acknowledging our arrival and only after the fourth passing did I get her attention while I was standing at the hostess counter for the last 15 min.
The food is simply poor. Why waste your money here; you can eat poor food for less in so many places.
Superb in every way!!! Our food and service were exceptional and they were very accommodating to my food allergy restrictions. Can’t wait to go back again!
Great dinner. Very quite and calm. Outstanding service!!
Spend a week in Jackson Hole celebrating our 27th anniversary and the only restaurant we repeated was this one.
Not because there was anything wrong with the others, but because Westbank Grill was that good, the first night I had the Elk and my wife the Buffalo fillet we were blown away, today we had the Bison Ribeye and it was incredible, but mostly, the service, ambiance and attention to details made all the difference in the world, we felt very special by the staff in general is like everyone knew it was our anniversary and let us know with the way they treated us.
Thank you so much for an amazing experience, we will be back.
Pushy service, completely focused on up selling every part of our order. Merely adequate food. Nothing interesting. Blah. Expensive. Very expensive.
Just had an amazing trip to Jackson Hole, WY and we were lucky enough to have both lunch and dinner at the Westbank Grill! We had the Crab Ravioli's, Idaho Trout, Duck and the Half Chicken entrees which were all delicious! Ended the meal with the Cowboy Cookie which is served warm in a skillet with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Yummy! For lunch my family and I enjoyed the healthy salads, Chicken Ceasar and Ahi Tuna Salad and we shared the Duo-Dip which was guacamole and queso with chips! We would definitely recommend this restaurant and can't wait to visit again the next time we return to Jackson Hole!
The service was extremely slow, which they apologized for multiple times. All of the food was excellent and the service was good except that the bar and kitchen were horribly slow. (20 minutes for cocktails 1 cocktail and 3 glasses of wine). I would definitely go back as I think they just had an "off" night.
It's quite clear that there is no investment in quality control and personnel development at this restaurant. We are winter residents of the village and long time JH devotees. We've dined at the restaurant over the years and found it to be at least acceptable in prior years. As of our experience last week, Westbank is off of our list.
Food was good but pricey. My husband got ill after eating there, not sure if it was the food or not. Service was slow but they were extremely busy.
Our server was very knowledgeable on items. Mushroom Bisque was amazing. Definitely my favorite.
Great restaurant- there aren’t many in Teton Village and this one delivers with awesome food and service
Everything was awesome. And the little dessert for my wife’s birthday was just the perfect amount of sweet after a spectacular meal.
What a gem! We had no expectations and it was simply one of the best steakhouses I've experienced. Make sure you put this on your list while in Teton Village.
Would not recommend. The quality and service have gone down a lot from last year. I was with 4 others and we all came to similar conclusions.
One of the best place to eat in Teton Village. Service, food. Amazing. The buffalo tenderloin and truffle fries are the best!
My husband and I enjoyed our dinner immensely. He had the trout and I had the smoked New York Steak. Wonderful flavors and great service! Atmosphere was warm and rustic, perfect for a mountain resort location.
Miss the fireplace, but the trade off for views is nice. Our grilled cheese were the usual fabulous! The s’mores dessert a new favorite. Unfortunately there were diners w loud small children- their bad- they should have been at The Handlebar, not the Westbank.... poor parenting.
Westbank food items are over priced. Their prices are purposely left off of their website. All of our food selections were very good but I would have liked to know what their pricing was before making a reservation. I knew that the restaurant was high end - but I really felt that it was over the top.
Elk chop was amazing!! Truffle butter for a steak topping was fantastic!
Great food, service, and atmosphere. We were Celebrating the new year with family. Great menu.
Steaks were amazing. We had the Bison Ribeye, the Elk and the Tenderloin. I was a little disappointed with the Seafood Tower. Not worth the price. I've had similar seafood towers at steakhouses in NYC for the same price whose quality of the seafood was much higher. The ahi tuna was the best and the crab legs were very small, overcooked and disappointing. They have an extensive wine list including wines by the glass. Just double check the year as we ordered a 2014 Caymus and they brought us a 2015. They had the 2015 for tasting by the glass so he let us taste it and it was too early to drink. Too fruity. Overall still a very nice experience in a beautiful setting
My family travels to Jackson Hole at least once, if not twice a year. We ALWAYS make sure to make a reservation at The Westbank while we are in town. It’s our special treat!
Did was great as usual but service was terrible. Understand it’s a holiday weekend but isn’t this when it counts? Sat 30 min waiting to order wine, had to ask to order. Sauces for steak were dropped after we were done. Meal was still good but expected better based on prior visits.
Way to expensive for what you get
65 dollar steak ala carte Not that great
We went for our Anniversary and husbands birthday. The food was excellent and our server Jesse was fantastic. She was one of the best waitresses we have had in s very long time. Attentive but not overbearing, completely non pretentious. A truly enjoyable evening. Highly recommend. The only down side was my daughters Trout was a bit in the salty side. Duck and Tuna were superb and was the tartare!
Absolutely loved. Went to WB looking for a an elk chop or medallion (a nice cut, not in a chili, not in a sausage, not in a sauce) without leaving the resort.....delicious! My picky 16yr old daughter ate the entire salmon/shrimp entree saying “ this is the best shrimp I ever ate”, my 15yr old knucklehead son ate the entire buffalo steak. Not a crumb left on our plates. I highly recommend… Though you will pay the price. But well worth it!
Good hotel restaurant, especially if you’re a skier and want to grab a casual meal with great view of the gondola and ski activities; but not a great experience if you’re looking for something special on a special day like we were.
Food and service were very average and overpriced mediocre menu.
Went for lunch. As a four seasons goes wasn’t overly impressed. Seems a tad run down. The bar in the lobby I was served a stale glass of Prosecco. American bars need to understand how long they can keep sparkling wines. I’m tired of asking for a fresh glass. Had a reservation had to wait a bit to be seated. I didn’t mind as the hostess was sweet and sat me at a table with a great view. My waiter was sweet and you could see very busy. He was able to accommodate my request for oysters (I had seen them on the dinner menu). The lunch menu I wasn’t thrilled with. Seemed to be more like a quick dining experience. Very few local dishes. The manager was very attentive and thanked each table. Just needs a bit of polish to the whole operation and it could be a fantastic place.
Outstanding flavors and beautifully presented dishes
Great Food...David provided Excellent service..knew his Menu Well
Seana was amazing. Service and atmosphere were great! Food was ok.
Westbank was CLOSED and open table should know this.People are accommodated in another area until December.I am not able to really rate westbank because of the reason mencioned. The lounge where I had dinner was nice but was not Westbank restaurant.
Had a great bison steak. The chocolate chip cookie for dessert was amazing.
