Service was slow. Took 15 min to get cocktails. Steaks weren’t flavorful at all. Portions are small and prices are high. The hotel and restaurant are beautiful and with the limited people that were there I would’ve expected much better service.
Ridiculously overpriced for inconsistent food. Some parts of our meal were great. My $16 salad was mediocre and bland and we sent back a $60 steak that was tough. AND the server tried to blame us and that we didn’t understand the differences in cuts. Very disappointing all around
We had Easter brunch there. It was busy, but our table was ready on time. Our waitress was very sweet, and informative. She kept plates cleared, and water glasses full. The food was a bit disappointing. They made pancakes for the 'pancake bar' but because they kept them directly under a heat lamp, they got dry and crusty almost immediately. All of the flavors were off somehow. It was either too bland, or too much, or off-putting combinations. There was a caramelized onion cheesey potato dish that was fantastic.
It would have been fine had it not cost so much. But for the price, I was expecting more amazing food. We would try somewhere else next time.
We were 9 including 4 children and the restaurant did a great job in meeting all our needs. Service was very good, food was well presented and very well prepared, all our special needs were met kindly. A must if you are in Teton Village.
Food was VERY Mediocre and VERY VERY over priced -
Incredibly disappointing to be honest -
The atmosphere, view and service were outstanding. The food was overly pretentious and not worth the money.
The meal was absolutely fantastic and the service was second to none. Our waitress is what made this experience a cut above the others. The food was amazing, the service was amazing. The place isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. Awesome awesome. Next time we are in Jackson Hole, this will be at the top of our list.
Food very expensive and portions are ridiculously small, especially the sides.
Can highly recommend the Snake River Wagyu New York strip. Was one of best steaks I've ever had -- and I do go to a lot of steakhouses around the country. The rest of the meal was excellent and our server was particularly amiable and knowledgable. Highly recommend. Only caveat: compared to other restaurants in Teton Village it has a bit of a more formal feel but, then, so does the Four Seasons itself.
A beautiful location and resort. Busy restaurant and service was a little poor, however food made up for it. Excellent choices and everything was delicious! I had the oysters, salmon as an entree. Highly recommend!
Food was just mediocre. Not what we would have expected, given the setting (at the four seasons) or price point
Great food, good service . A bit slow almost 2 1/2 hours for a table of 7.
Great food, amazing service!
We started the evening with the most delicious Old Fashioneds we’d ever tasted! The bartender makes a special syrup
infused with spices that is a total game-changer. The appetizers (seared foie gras, a salad and a king crab/shrimp platter) were fine but not the quality you expect from the Four Seasons. For dinner, we would highly recommend both the lamb chops and Idaho trout - very flavorful and well-balanced dishes. Service was attentive but quite rushed.
Great place to eat! A little pricey but well worth it! The wine is great scallops are delicious and my cowboy cookie was great! If your in The Village be sure t o go there for lunch or dinner!
Steaks are amazing
An outstanding restaurant, with prices to match. No complaints.
The food, service and atmosphere were outstanding (as expected of a Four Seasons Resort)!! Shrimp and crab appetizer,, rib eye steak, Elk Chop, chocolate dessert and hazelnut souffle desert were all top notch!
Last night in Jackson!
Went to Grill with 6 of us. overall, food was very good. The Wagyu steak and Elk were really good. Mac n cheese and Broccollini also quite good. Other sides were just average. A very good place for the meat they need to upgrade the quality of the other menu items. The ambiance is good and service was overall quite good.
The truffle butter added to the steak was one of the best things I’ve ever had! Amazing!
Our experience was so wonderful! The food was amazing and the service and drinks were even better! Our server Joanne was excellent. The waygu tartar appetizer was incredible as well as the baked Brie. We couldn’t get over how attentive and accommodating our waitress was. The restaurant was beautiful as well. Definitely would recommend to others and hopefully we will be back!
This was our honeymoon dinner and it was everything we expected and more. Chef Topher prepared for us the most amazing meal. They even went above and beyond for us knowing the special occasion. They even gave us a tour of the kitchen to meet the special people who took part in our special dinner. Hats off to Chef Topher and his team for making our experience beyond AMAZING!
The wagyu steak was the best steak I have ever had ! The service was great and we fully enjoyed our experience
The food was very average. Soup was cold, and steak was undercooked
We had a wonderful waitress and my husband loved the steak, but honestly it was food we cook at home. I guess when I think 4 seasons restaurants I want to be amazed!
We were seated right away by a very nice hostess. Our waiter was very slow even though he didn't have many tables in his section. Odd menu and the salad I ordered was dry-no lobster in the bisque. Very disappointed for what I thought would be a higher level restaurant at the Four Seasons. I would not recommend this restaurant.
Did not disappoint! Fantastic service. Great attention to detail. Elk chop was superb.
Really disappointed with service (timing of plates felt rushed, servers weren’t knowledgeable about what they were servicing). We expected a bit more from the premier lodge at Jackson Hole.
Service really ruined my experience. Server did not ask once how our appetizers, entrees, drinks or desserts were. When steaks were accidentally switched between two people (no big deal) he literally took silverware and cut one of our 90 dollar wagyus in half to test the temperature at the table (???). Never refilled our wine or water. Not the kind of service I expected at this caliber of restaurant.
The meat quality was poor. We are used to fine dinning and exceptional steaks. The restaurant failed to cook the steak properly twice, supposed to be medium rare; ended up being well done, and extremely rare.
Westbank grill is my favorite restaurant in Jackson/Teton village. Superb steaks, drinks and service. Great for a special occasion or date. Amazing breakfast and lunch service as well!
This is a stereotypical Four Season's, 1st class experience for a hefty sum. This was a nice dining experience but 1 meal is enough in this atmosphere.
I must start by saying the food was absolutely delicious. The servers were relatively nice. Here comes the downfall. We made a reservation for NYE lunch at 3 pm. Even confirmed in person the day before. Once we arrive they inform us that the kitchen would be closing at 3. The whole lunch was completely rushed because of this. Found it a bit unethical and unprofessional to allow a reservation to be made knowing the kitchen would close at that time. I suggest for the staff to be a bit more careful so this does not happen again.
tried lunch here again for first time in 3years still very mediocre food so won't ry again for another 3 years
Great meal. Everything was cooked expertly. And everything was very expensive. Meal was twice the cost of any of our other meals in Jackson, and we had some very good meals. The Elk Chop and Short Ribs were both outstanding. Oversized Chocolate chip cookie in an iron skillet was a delicious dessert. Good but ultra expensive wine list. Nice room, although it looks just like lots of other Four Seasons dining rooms. Excellent service. However, the cost was so steep that it detracted from the overall experience.
Can’t go wrong here but remember to bring your credit card with larger limit on it. You can easily drop several hundred dollars here with a family, especially with wine. Bread is the determining factor of how well a restaurant is put together. Good bread = great meal. Great bread here
Dining with Fido? Overall a good experience, but for one terrible guest. Had the Elk chili which was outstanding, and spicy. Also had the bison burger which too was excellent. Service was fast and friendly. It is also a good value for the food considering the location and that it is a 4-Seasons facility. The only turn off, and it was actually HUGE, was that we were seated next to a couple that had their dog actually sitting at the table (in a chair) with them and they were feeding if off of their plates. It was disgusting. I cannot believe it was legal. In my state it is not. I almost asked to be moved, but was able to stomach thru the repulsive view. After they left, the clean up staff wiped down the table and seats. I hope there is no dog butt on those towels now to be used again somewhere else. I was appalled and could not believe that management accepted this practice. Fairly sure I would walk out if that situation was repeated.
