   Our server, AJ, was exceptional. Very informative about the area and truly attentive, made our evening one to remember. Elk chop and grilled asparagus delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant.

   I have to say that I was disappointed in the food. I had the pb&j foie gras, the bison tenderloin with the bone marrow truffle butter and the asparagus. My daughter had the beef tenderloin and mashed potatoes. She ordered it with the bone marrow butter however, it did not come out with it. The foie gras dish was just ok. It lacked seasoning. My bison was medium instead of medium rare like I ordered it. It also lacked flavor and was not a tender as I'd expect a filet to be. The asparagus was delicious. My daughter's steak was cooked perfectly however, had no flavor. I split the butter between the 2 steaks and it did help a little bit but we tasted no truffle. Her potatoes were delicious. We split the smores for 2 and the presentation was fun but flavors were nothing to write home about. Service was very good overall. We had a much better meal for half the price in Jackson at Local.

   The service and food were both really excellent. Thank you to our server for a great dining experience, and for very helpful tips about the area — we saw a grizzly! Great combinations of flavors and textures in the food - like the quinoa brittle! :)

   Excellent service, food and wine list! We had oysters, the best I’ve ever tasted. Steaks were perfectly cooked, sides exceptional. We tried asparagus, mushrooms and the potatoes. No room for dessert!

   Mahi mahi was super fishy. Selections for vegetarian eaters was poor and the brussel sprouts were too many ingredients. Last time we ate at restaurant it was awesome. This time I was extremely disappointed.

    We had a reservation but we're asked to wait in the bar for 30 minutes. Which is fine but no recognition for the wait. Waited for service for too long. Food was not hot and very average. Prices are high for the service and hotel is very tired. Needs a renovation. Underwhelmed. Many better choices to eat and stay.

    Our server, Saci was wonderful and the food tasted very good. The atmosphere, however was more like a brown bag ski lodge. To go to one of the finest hotels and not be able to escape young children behaving as though this was McDonalds is quite discouraging. I get that people can afford to bring their kids to the Four Seasons for dinner and seat them at a separate table, but should they? I wouldn’t recommend this place for a dining experience. Maybe lunch with your toddler.

    Well, we have eaten here before, the quality of the food was substandard. Very bland. And the restaurant appears to be understaffed although our server was working very hard to meet the needs of our party. Definitely a decline from two years ago. Will likely not return until we hear very good words about the quality of the food. We are local and frequent restaurants throughout town.

    We showed up 15 min early for a reservation. The hostess sat the person before us immediately, without a reservation. Because we were early with a reservation we would need to wait. I told her to delete the reservation since she was seating others quicker. It appears she has been told to wait to seat until close to reservation time which seemed a little odd , the restaurant might have been 1/2 full. She then proceeded to tell us she would seat us in a few minutes, immediately picked up menus and we were seated.

    We had a great dinner. I had the Caesar salad to start and the Venison for my dinner entree. The best part was the s’mores desert. One of the best deserts made by ourselves at our table.

    I went to celebrate an anniversary. Thinking, because of the “Four Season” connection, it would be fine dining at its best. Boy was I wrong. Loud, wait staff wearing jeans, cold, and dark. Difficult to read the menus. Super expensive, which Jo can live with, if it touched all the bases. The staff was excellent. Service on point. However, I’d pass on the place. The town of Jackson had much better places. Snake River Grill, Local, Trio, Gather and others. It’s a fail for me.

    When you dine at the four seasons restaurant, you expect to be treated, like a God, right? And paying $1 million for the food. There were several other corporate parties of a dozen or more at the restaurant. They were clearly understaffed. Although our waiter, Derrick was very nice and very lovely and Unflappable, the phrase “too busy” should not be in a waitstaff’s vocabulary. I don’t blame him. They were severely understaffed (on a Saturday night) and clearly cared more about the corporate parties than anyone else in the restaurant. This was supposed to be our best meal of the trip. It ended up being subpar. Again, kudos to Derrick for doing his best handling a zillion tables - but I blame management for this one.

    Came for a nice dinner while on vacation, and found both the food and service to be a bit hit or miss. Some dishes were fabulous (beef tartare, baked potato) others fairly disappointing for the price. Specifically the Panzanella salad is a pretty big letdown, not to mention a misnomer - it was essentially just an overly dressed arugula salad with 4 stale croutons.

    Westbank feels like it needs a little bit of a refresh. The bison we had last night was very fatty and disappointing. This has not been my experience in years past.

    The Westbank Grill was outstanding. It starts with a prime location at the foot of the mountain and a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was exquisite - each course and plate expertly presented with succulent flavors and sublime textures. Our server, Anthony Puccia, was superb. He was attentive, informative and had the perfect balance of interaction, advice, stories and timely service. What a perfect way to end our memorable ski week at Jackson Hole!

    Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences i have had. They were highly disorganized and lacked basic communication skills between us as customers as well as internally within the kitchen. For such an expensive dining experience I would have expected more.

    Westbank Grill is absolutely amazing! We went to Jackson for a quick trip, and while most places were closed for the “off season” Westbank was open and it was the best choice for dinner. Everything was great! Food was amazing! Service was top notch! Even the valet was very nice and helpful! Can’t wait to come back!
