Great off-season test kitchen menus. Reasonably priced for 4 dishes. Portions are pretty good too.
Wonderful in every respect. Great food, service and experience! Highly recommend!!
Amazing! Really loved it.
Came for my 6-year anniversary dinner while vacationing in Jackson Hole. The restaurant was beautiful, quiet and romantic. Our waitress was lovely. We were treated to an anniversary dessert, which was a nice surprise. We wanted to try a variety of items on the menu so they split everything into two beautifully presented plates. Would highly recommend.
Posh restaurant in the Four Seasons hotel. It is quite compact yet roomy with great views of the mountainside and gondola lift area. Staff is very attentive.
We are going back for a second time this week before we leave Jackson. Great environment , meal and service.
On a very busy Friday evening, we were treated to very attentive service and well turned out food, particularly the shrimp/crab cocktail and grass-fed ribeye steak, cooked to perfection. The spicy margaritas were also excellent. Besides our very attentive waiter, we were checked on frequently by the manager, who constantly rotated among the tables to be sure the food and service were up to par.
The food was cold and not flavorful
Extremely attentive staff catering to your every need. Food was great and a lot of different takes on some items.
Ate outside on deck with firepit nearby. Wonderful service, excellent wine, great food. Elk tenderloin was some of the best I have tasted. Wife had salmon which was excellent as well. Warm chocolate chip cookie with ice cream topped off a wonderful evening.
Wow! What a completely different experience than when we dined at Four Seasons about a month ago. AJ was our server and he was outstanding. He has an extensive knowledge of wine and my husband was thrilled to have a conversation with him. The appetizers were lovely-- presentation was fantastic.
We both ordered sea bass and agreed it was a little dry, but still enjoyed it. The overall service this time was fantastic... not only AJ, but the entire staff we very attentive.
Celebrating an upcoming wedding
Our server, Katrina, was excellent! She made it such a wonderful experience.
The steak and king crab legs were fantastic! The twice baked potato seemed like a regular baked potato and the risotto was crunchy.
The food was much too expensive, and the service was extremely slow. The waitress was not concerned with the fact that we had tickets to a nearby concert; her apathetic attitude was rather shocking. We allowed an hour and a half for the meal, yet were barely able to get to the concert (5 minutes away) in time. We will not dine there again.
We eat at West Bank Grill once a week. We really enjoy it love the atmosphere service and the food. I have one suggestion. Last year your chicken dish was delicious brined chicken breast in a lovely delicate pan sauce served over mashed potatoes. You changed it to some wacky new Asian thing and I just don’t like it nearly as much. Please bring back the chicken with the pan sauce! It’s something everyone can enjoy!
Excellent menu , great view and very, very attentive and helpful Staff. Crowded but you will not feel rushed at all after being seated. Also, a children's menu which made a difference as well. But, he chose to have Bison from the adult menu. All excellent, but service stands out as a Jackson regular where menu is better than the service. In this case, service was equal or better than a great menu.
Steak was full of grissel, so they credited our check. It took so long to get served that we didn't want to order something else. The sea bass was skimpy and more like trout. Overpriced and very noisy, casual atmosphere. Not what we would expect from Four Seasons
At the end of our dinner a server from an adjacent table spilled salad dressing on the back of one of our party. Prices are so overpriced in an area with many comparable food quality restaurants. I expect such prices in NYC but not in Wyoming! Would not recommend this restaurant!
Had a really nice experience last Saturday!
Great restaurant! My wife and I had our twentieth wedding anniversary dinner here and the meal was outstanding. Staff were quick and efficient and the food was prepared to perfection.
We were celebrating my husband’s bday.
Service was poor, one waitress serving 3-4 tables, my entree was steak, I asked for medium plus, came out rate, my husband tuna had 8 pieces, small, $42,
After2 bottles of sparkling water, 2 entrees and one salad, one soup, one side dish we didn’t like, didn’t finish costed us $200.
Please take your money somewhere else.
There are so many amazing restaurants in Jackson WY
Used to be a lovely dining experience. The decor has changed and the ambiance is terrible. Like eating at Denny’s. Bright, loud and way too casual for the expense.
New patio seating was outstanding.
the hotel is lovely as you would expect from a four seasons. we arrived on time and were quickly shown to our table at the window. so far, so good. the view was cluttered from construction work on the ski runs (but that’s ok). i had a glass of cab at $35 w a very short pour. the second glass was a bit more. my wife ordered her steak ($64) medium and when it arrived it was raw on the inside. we sent it back and when it returned it was unrecognizable and uneatable. we were told it was tough because it was grass fed. ahh, ok? she then ordered soup. dessert was nice. we weren’t charged for the steak and the dessert was comped (it was my wife’s bday). it took forever to get the check. not a good evening.
Wonderful as always! We go every time we visit Jackson and it never disappoints!
The quality of meat was exceptional matching the prices. The services were wanting with obviously poorly trained staffs who were pretty rude.
We enjoyed our meal at Westbank Grill. I had a wedge salad as well as the elk chop, along with shared asparagus and twice baked potatoes. All were very good as was the bread and Jackson Hole local wine (Cab). My kids (all teens) all enjoyed their food, one beef tenderloin and my daughters split a NY Strip. My wife enjoyed her seabass very much. Our server was nice and knowledgeable. Overall, we would recommend this restaurant to others and visit it again next time we visit JH.
We visited after cocktails at Piste. The menu is broad and deep. We had a mixture of filet, grilled cauliflower and thanks to the chef, a hamburger. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I like the wine list and cocktail list, thoughtful and fun. The new remodel works. The vibe was energetic. The crowd was a mix of corporate, locals and hotel guests, sophisticated but not pretentious.
Always first class!
Amazing food—easily the best of our trip! The ricotta gnudi was pillowy clouds of deliciousness. Baby beet salad had the most delicious citrus dressing. While we did not do steak, hubby had the gorgeously plated ahi tuna and I had the pork belly/pork loin duo which gave me the best of both worlds—lean and succulent loin with crispy unctuous fatty pork. And the view out the window to the slopes of the Tetons—priceless!
Seana provided excellent service. elk chop was amazing.
Excellent service, excellent appetizers and desserts. Entrees were good hut not great
We had a magnificent birthday dinner party in the newly remodeled West Bank (main restaurant). All the staff were so helpful and pleasant. Each of our dinner entrées were beautiful and delicious.
We were visiting the Jackson Hole area and decided to try the West Bank restaurant. The dining room is very attractive. Our server was delightful. We had a nice bottle of the Jackson Hole vineyard blend. I had the sea bass and it was delicious. My husband had the pork loin with pork belly. Both were perfectly cooked and delicious. We enjoyed the view and the dining experience.
We were looking for a memorable spot for this years Mother’s Day and wow the Westbank Grill delivered! Spectacular!
Mother’s Day brunch, outstanding. Service is always above and beyond!
Everything we ordered was top notch. Starting with 2 orders of the hot stone (4 people), we seared our own wagyu and sushi grade tuna. Wedge Salads with green goddess dressing was to die for. Two orders of Pork loin and pork belly, 1 fillet, 1 elk chop for dinner. All excellently prepared. I requested low sodium for my pork loin dinner. It tasted incredible! Coffee and dessert (with a candle) capped off our celebration of my wife’s birthday. Thank you West Bank Grill.
