   Enjoyed our brunch, which was excellent and presented lovely. Our waiter was enjoyable. Very personable. Too noisy with TVs in bar blaring!!

   We enjoyed a delicious dinner with friends. We had salmon, a pasta/ shrimp dish & lamb chops. Service was excellent with James as our server. We had a wonderful evening.

   Always loved coming to West Side Grill, I have to say over the years I have been noticing a decline in the food. Taste and presentation used to be key, now its just mediocre. The service was great as always, very classy, just need to work on the food. We didn't get bread, even though we had asked 3 or 4 times. Always, its coming, 3 or 4 minutes and nothing.

   I always enjoy a meal at West Side Grill. Whether I want a dinner salad or a full meal with soup or salad plus entree, there are always several choices on the regular menu or daily specials that I will enjoy. Their weekend breakfasts are also great.

   The alcoholic beverages were not the greatest mine taste like NyQuil. I ordered the prime rib steak medium well it came pretty rare. Sent it back to cook. Meat was tough. That was a $52 plate not worth it. Restaurant was overcrowded and warm on a hot day as for the air to be turned on. Servers were nice and or great.

   Very disappointed in the food presentation. It looked like something from a buffet. Veggies were cold, mashed potatoes barely warm, the “steak “ was cold and rubbery, the scallops were warm but not as good as they used to be. We went there to celebrate a milestone and were very disappointed. We won’t be going back this was the last straw for West Side Grill.

    The quality of food and service was excellent as usual. James was our server tonight and his attention to detail was superb.
