ALL aspects of this dining experience was 5 star.

ok set-up outdoors during covid......attractive inside dining room when available.....hit or miss menu......good portions, but some poor quality items. avoid the crabcakes [all filler, no crab in sight], the toffee cake for desert was dry....very dry.....the ice cream on top helped. beet salad was large, but few beets and mostly greens[beets don't cost anything !]
excellent "airline" chicken[despite the name]......the 2 pastas tried were good.
to be fair, they may be having some covid restart issues
superior wine list with some resonably priced wines......$25 corkage

Save yourself some time and frustration and skip dining here entirely. One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. They told is to seat ourselves, never gave us a menu, forgot to put in our order with the kitchen then charged my credit card for the tables bill behind us...my bill was $60...they charged me $320. Thank God I caught the mistake, they didn't even apologize and it took 20 minutes to cancel the charge. Go to TOWN down the street, the service and food are far superior.

West Park Bistro has built out a beautiful "parklet," with tables properly spaced out and with heaters to keep diners warm. It was lovely to have dinner in the outdoor space and enjoy the wonderful ambiance.
Drinks were well made. I got the berry mocktail and it was delicious.
Portions are on the larger side. The beets salad was large enough to share. My octopus appetizer/entree was mostly arugula, with the octopus buried at the bottom. Octopus was perfectly charred.
Salmon filet was overcooked but the sauce helped. It came with a hefty amount of steamed vegetables, which was great.
Service was friendly and prompt. Overall we enjoyed a nice time out.

My favorite place to go for lunch or dinner. The food is fantastic and so is the service.

We went for lunch for Valentine’s Day and had the brunch. Everyone that works there is wonderful and the food is delicious. We have been there about 10 times.

The service was great, unfortunately the food was very disappointing. We were expecting the food to better tasting fir the price.

It was closed, even though they were accepting reservations online. Either they could have updated the hours or as a courtesy would have called and let us know.

The server forgot to bring our Crab cake so we reminded our waiter. Crab Cake finally arrived but the dish was cold and uncooked.

Great food and beautiful outdoor set up!! My sister and I shared the avocado Benedict and a bacon jalapeño scramble since neither could decide and both were delicious.

Terrible. So staff didn’t show up on time for brunch. At 1040 we were told it would be about another 20 min until the servers arrived even though our reservations were for 1030

We have been to this restaurant at least 8 times so I am hoping they change up the menu since we have eaten everything on the menu.

A well appointed restaurant with a varied menu (choices for vegans!), a nice atmosphere, and a pleasant environment. Will definitely return!

The food at West Park is always delicious. We went there for brunch and loved it. We will definitely go again.

Extensive menu with a good variety of choices for everyone in the party. Outside patio dining is well distanced and ambiance is good.

Very nice ambiance on the deck. All dishes were very satisfying, very consistent - seafood linguine, skirt steak, halibut, mixed greens with Bosc pear. We enjoyed the chocolate cake too! This is always our go-to restaurant on Laurel St.

This is the third time I have been here. The outdoor dining is great warm heaters and pretty lights and distanced seating. The food is great and the service is excellent.

Celebrating my brother in laws 86 birthday. The food and service is always delicious. Everyone is so nice and the outside seating is wonderful with the heaters.

We sat there for 2+ hours before they cleared our dirty plates, and only did so when my friend went to the bathroom and asked them to do so. After they brought our entrees no one came by to see if we wanted any other food or drinks? I asked for my sauce on the side but it was all over the entree? It took so long for it to arrive I didn't send it back and just ate it. They need to step up their game if they want to stay in business with all the competitive restaurants within a 2 block radius.

The food we ordered was very good and I would recommend - goat cheese crostini, bacon wrapped dates, pasta fiorno. However, we got two wrong items - 1) I ordered the aelderfashioned and got a usual old fashioned. 2) instead of the pasta fiorno they brought out a completely different pasta. They did take it back and bring me the right dish but at this point my wife's dish was already on the table. Also, we came here to celebrate my birthday (which I mentioned on my reservation). While I dont expect anything for this, usually 5 star places will recommend dessert or not charge for it (which I'm happy to add to the tip if they don't charge). So overall, it was a good experience but could have been great had the staff paid attention to detail.

Comfortable COVID dining experience. They accommodated our very cautious request to be seated away from the pedestrian walkway. Food and drinks were excellent.

The goat cheese starter is very good. Food was good in general. Attention was prompt.

I love going here because besides the excellent food and service they built a deck off the sidewalk with walls and it feels like Indoor dining. Great job making something good out of something bad.

Apps were pretty good. Especially the bacon wrapped dates. Had the linguine as my entree. Sauce was good but it was swimming in it. Also the scallops were very tough.
