   We often visit West for brunch after church on Sundays. Food and service are always outstanding!

   Great service and overall great food. My wife's steak was well done (ordered medium) she didn't want to say anything but still tasted great.

   Our Easter Brunch and service were excellent. The place seems a bit rundown since the ownership change. The landscaping is in need of serious help. Hope the owners can get it together.

   Went here for the second Easter in a row. It was so yummy. Service was great, cocktails were yummy. Will definitely go back

   Food was mediocre. The lettuce in the Caesar salad was chopped too small and it was somewhat dry. One of the wine glasses delivered to the table was filthy. Service was ok. This place has really gone downhill. Too bad, used to be a really good place. I probably won’t be back.

   I usually love West. This was a different expereience. I ordered my appetizer and the waiter came back and told me that it would be about 10 minutes because they were cleaning the kitchen. Seemed strange for them to be cleaning the kitchen at dinner time and to tell me. I ordered the French Dip recommended by the waiter. It was the driest sandwich and meat with no au jus. I want to love this restaurant but this did not make me want to eat at WEST.

    My family of 4 tried to eat here for brunch Sunday. We were seated immediately. We sat at our table for at least 20 minutes without any service. None of the waitstaff made eye contact. No one brought water. It was like no one wanted to serve us. We got up and left without ever being waited on. I called the manager to express my disappointment. He told me several customers left on our same date due to poor service. Unfortunately, we used to frequent this place about twice a month but will not be returning.
