Dinner: Tue-Sat: 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Sunday : 5:00pm- 9:00pm
The appearance of the food was lovely. I had the duck and was really disappointed. Nothing on the plate seemed seasoned, including the potatoes and vegetables. While the food was OK, it really could have been spectacular and was instead bland.
We love this neighborhood favorite! Great food and quiet atmosphere - unlike all the bars around here.
This place is just awesome. Love the beer mugs and menu choices.
Every meal I've had at West 29th has been excellent. It's quiet laid back atmosphere appeals to me and the service and food have always been top-notch. I've taken many friends and family to dine here and they all agree that it's a great place. Eating on the patio on one of those warm summer nights can't be beat.
We’ve been going to West 29th for a few years now and have come to realize that the dining experience here can be spotty at best. While the food is pretty solid the service can range from excellent to some of the worst in Denver—the problem is you just never know what you’re going to get. Unfortunately our last experience was a disaster...
Went for Sunday brunch. Bottomless mimosas were delightful! Gigantic cinnamon roll was incredible. The rest of our food was great as well! The service was outstanding!! Can’t wait to go back!
This was our first time at West 29th. It was date night for my husband and I, and we loved it.
Quiet quaint patio out back, very nice bar. Ample free parking.
Food was very good with wide selection of choices for most diets and preferences.
Surprising was it felt upscale and yet was affordable.
I have dined at West 29th several times. The meals are always fresh, creative and delicious. They have a wonderful selection of wines. Service is always friendly and professional. It's great to have a dining place of this quality in Wheat Ridge.
All of the food was fresh and prepared as ordered. We will go back and tell others.
We've been several times and tried numerous items on the menu and have never been let-down. We've been for both evening dining and brunch and both menus are excellent, especially Brunch, which includes a few items from the dinner menu! Another highlight of the Brunch menu is the special Pancake of the Day, which is always great!! I highly recommend West 29th for all occasions!
Mom came to visit. However we were seated in the rear and felt like we were the adopted child and didn’t get service as often. Ran out of water and asked for some but it never came. The waiter was very kind though
Our dining experience was extra good this time. The food just gets better and better. Of course the calamari is a must with every visit. The bonus is that it's gluten free and not compromised in flavor. Any of the dishes that have to conform to my dietary needs are not compromised like some restaurants' practice. The atmosphere inside and out are wonderful. The steak special, pork chops and salmon are always our favorites. But all is good.
Love the restaurant. Good fresh food and nice waitstaff. The outdoor patio is the best!
Second time for me and third for my wife. We love this restaurant - fantastic food and drinks on a great location. Ate on the patio and had a phenomenal evening with friends. The duck and trout were superb! Tried a great local beer and ended with two outstanding desserts shared between us all. This is becoming our “go-to” restaurant.
Wife and I went for anniversary dinner. Ambiance was great and we love the fact they have their own garden for some of their dishes. We had the lamb and the pork and both were cooked very well. Flavors were very good and the mussels for appetizers were also good. Service was excellent all around, very attentive and friendly! I would recommend this for a nice dinner that is not overly formal but still feels nice.
A couple of large parties really slowed down service for everyone else.
Very pleasant well done decor, as well as outside garden dining. The service is great: very discrete and professional, and they bring your food and drinks to you with appropriate timing: I hate it when they bring your entree before you finish the appetizers. The food was very well prepared and presented... not amazing but certainly really good. The prices are surprisingly moderate for such a good place. Will defiinitely return and would highly recommend. This from someone who tends to be pretty critical about restaurants.
Wonderful restaurant! Great food, ambiance and staff. Will definitely be back.
Went for brunch and sat out on the patio. This was very nice and relaxing. The food was fantastic and company said their entree was excellent. Mine as well. Thank you.
Our visit was alright. I'm sure I will go back, just was not super impressed this time. I like that it's a neighborhood spot but it felt a little too casual. It took awhile for our server to show up, for the drinks to come. Waited awhile for our food order and then the food took forever, all while there were 2 tables inside and a half full patio. The food was decent, even though we did not love the special dish. The others in our group liked theirs a lot.
I took a date to West 29th last weekend. I found it online based on all the good reviews. Now that I've been once, I will be back again soon. Lovely atmosphere, great food, and fantastic service. Jackie was our server and was absolutely lovely. Will definitely return soon to visit this awesome find in Wheat Ridge.
Very nice place. Not enough vegetarian options, but excellent quality food. Will be back!
Totally awesome!! Enjoyed the evening immensely. Am sure we will return soon!!
Loved sitting out on the patio on a summer day. Great food, great company, perfect setting. Would highly recommend this place!
Good service, good food. Big delay getting our food.
I took my nieces and very much enjoyed the experience. Would like to go back and enjoy the outdoor dining with live music!
Great food and service and atmosphere! Wish you were in Lafayette!
As always, an awesome meal. West 29th is one of our favorite go-to spots for brunch in the neighborhood....and they never fail. (Although, I really do wish there would have been blueberry-lemon curd pancakes instead of the caramel pecan that I had 2 weeks in a row.....)(I guess I'll have to learn how to make them at home!! Lol!!)(or go again next week and see if they are served!!) West 29th needn't worry.....we'll be back again and again!! 5+ Stars
We wanted the special but it was gone so we all found excellent substitutes!
Patio was lovely.
West 29th has a wonderful atmosphere. I have always been warmly welcomed and seated. There are two patios and both are quiet and enjoyable. The food has always been fantastic. I have taken many friends here and they always return.
I had dinner here a few nights ago and enjoyed the lovely outdoor patio so much. A fountain and beautiful garden added to the ambience. My dinner was delicious. I ordered Parisian gnocchi that was crispy on the outside in a delicious roasted red pepper sauce, and had a salad that was great too. A bit too much dressing but still really tasty. The wait staff was great!
Out of town friends were visiting and I wanted someplace with a fun patio and a nice selection of “ not the usual fare”. Our waitress was nicely attentive and we enjoyed drinks & apps by the bubbling fountain. My guests enjoyed the chicken and fish & chips. I had a lovely beet salad. We shared creme brûlée, key lime pie and an unexpected fried brownie. All were excellent.
The ambiance is pleasant and inviting. The cinnamon bun at brunch is delicious and large enough to share. Our server was efficient and attentive even though the restaraunt was very busy. We look forward to going another time.
West 29th is our go-to spot for both a great evening meal as well as Sunday (& Sat) Brunch. Their menu covers all the bases for every palate though I am partial to their Stroganoff. As for Brunch, their Benedicts are top notch as are the rest of the menu, especially their specialty pancakes and scones, as well as their special Brunch selections from the bar.
I HIGHLY recommend West 29th for most every occasion!!
Great food, great ambiance; sat outside. Great service!
Good was as good as usual. There was a large party of 10 seated in the main dining area that were extremely loud and boisterous. The party bus must have been a lot of fun on the way to the restaurant.
My husband was not as fond as the menu as I was. I would like to see more seasonal variety. Loved the desserts!
Wonderful neighborhood spot! Great for any kind of adult dining...great wait staff and very creative food.
Love going on Tuesday which is Bistro Night. Like steak special at $20. Gabrielle was a terrific server,
