To start off, we had a 5:45 reservation. No one at the front desk till 06:00. She then disappeared to return ten minutes later to check us in. We were seated and it was then we found out why. The hostess was not only seating customers but acquiring the breads and water. Ok, short staffed I suppose. Waitress greeted us took our drink and appetizer order. Returned with appetizers and took our food order. Twenty minutes later our food arrived. After that, waitress not to be seen for thirty minutes. My wife’s food arrived cold and remained cold during our thirty minute wait. By then, she arrived and asked if all was well and wife was furious at that point and just said food was terrible. Waitress asked if we wanted to see the manager, dressed in a flannel shirt by the way. Wife responded no for we just wanted to leave by then. Paid our bill then left never to return. The casino has been stating they were going to move to Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our opinions are to take Wellington’s with them and not return. For the past seven years we have enjoyed dining at Wellington’s. Like I said” never again”

The lobster bisque and braised short ribs were real winners! Service was excellent! We will definitely return to Wellington's.

A hidden gem! If you have not been here for a while, I suggest you give it another try. The food is amazing and just as good as any of the steakhouses in Cincy.

My steak was very salty. Overly SALTY. My waitress was wonderful trying to fix it,but it was to late I already took a bite and salt was all I tasted it ruined any other food I would of gotten. We asked for water several times because of the salty bite I had. Crab legs price was shocking. It was listed under a 50.00 meal on phone, but said market price on physical menu. We were not told what the price would be. I was also asked on reservations if we had a special event. I said yes my daughter's special 25th birthday. Why ask if nothing was done.

They added a new seafood dinner to the menu. Haddock which I ordered. It was very good. Came with bussel sprouts and a pineapple salsa delicious. If you like seafood you should try it.
