We were staying at the hotel and went there for dinner. Our waitress was wonderful. I requested mango martini and she assured me they would be able to mix one. It was very good. The food was also exceptional. I like my steaks very rare and she said so you want your steak ‘blue’ and it was cooked just right. I would recommend this restaurant as a place to go for a wonderful meal with excellent staff

We dine at Websters regularly and it's always a great experience. The ambiance is pleasant with the live pianist in the dining area, and it's not too loud so its a great place for dinner conversations. The lounge is great for drinks and often has live music as well. We ordered from the restaurant week menu which was a great value and the food was delicious. They also have a great wine list and while they occasionally run out of a bottle on the menu, they're always ready to recommend something similar that doesn't disappoint. Definitely a place I will continue to go back to.

The Radisson is a hotel from another era, so you might not think to look here for an excellent restaurant. The food was mostly very good and the service great; the ambiance was a bit weird (nearly deserted on a Saturday night - it was snowy, though). Both of us had a gin and tonic to start, and both were made well. We then had the shrimp appetizer, which tasted fresh and crisp (next time I'd ask for some pure horseradish to spice up the cocktail sauce). My wife ordered the 8oz filet cooked to medium perfection; I ordered the scallops. We split and created our own surf and turf combo. We had the horseradish cream with the steak (some of the pure horseradish from above would've kicked this up a bit), and both dishes had some roasted vegetables (mostly winter root), which paired perfectly with the entrees. We felt the need for something sweet to end dinner, and chose the feature of the night, a small cake with cooked apples (diced, supposedly with brown sugar and perhaps cinammon), and a small scoop of ice cream. This is the only item that fell flat - it could've qualified as their healthy dessert option. There was absolutely no sweetness to the dish, and didn't satisfy. Our server did offer to bring the chocolate torte, but we chose to politely decline. We were sufficiently full!

Trisha was amazing. She treated us like we were the only guests she had. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the starter salad was amazing. We plan to return soon!

While the waiter was friendly, informative, and helpful, the expensive entrees served with little creativity and lack of flavor make Websters poor competition for top tier steakhouses, many of which are mentioned by another reviewer. It is unlikely we will return as the cost to value ratio is not in a diner's favor here.

We had never been to Webster's before, and I'm glad we went! Our server Nicole was outstanding. My husband's steak wasn't prepared to his liking, Nicole and the chef went above and beyond to make it right. We will definitely be back!

We went to Webster’s with another couple for New Year’s Eve. While the food and service were very good, there were very few other people there, making it seem like a much less festive occasion.

Service was wonderful and food was delicious, try the Ocean Trio tasting & the Anitra (duck) entree. The flourless chocolate cake was also fantastic! Even though they don't have a separate gluten free menu, they were well prepared & knowledgable in accommodating.

We had Christmas Eve dinner at Webster’s. Two entrees came out warm and cooked well. The third entree, a steak was ordered medium and served well done. The sides were also cold when served.
We complained about the steak and a new one was prepared.
No discount or compensation was offered for the in convenience.

My husband, two kids (10 & 13), and I celebrated our "familyversary" with Webster's. From the moment we entered until the moment we left, we were treated exceptionally well. The chef even came to our table and took the kids back for a tour of the kitchen!
The service, food, and atmosphere were incredible. We will definitely be back and bringing friends!

Webster's Prime is absolutely delightful! The food was superb and my husband's cocktail was made to order. Our server was just as cute as she could be...great job Anna! We will definitely be back. So worth the drive from South Haven!

The steak was excellent!! Worth the trip downtown. It is an upscale restaurant which is a treat in itself for date night, business dinner, or Christmas party, etc. The only thing I would say to improve are the dessert options. The choices are limited. Maybe have a table option where 4 - 6 people can share?

Have been here before and I love the atmosphere here. It is a beautiful restaurant with excellent food and a great wine list. I ordered the shrimp cocktail and it was delicious. My entree was chicken with potatoes and artichokes - excellent. My dessert was apples and carmel syrup - which was a healthy choice on the menu. The wait staff is excellent - Nicole made it a special night as she is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the different types of steaks they offer - it was great. Would highly recommend.

The best service I’ve ever had! We received complimentary champagne and chocolates for our anniversary along with “happy anniversary” from everyone we saw. I inquired about their beautiful art and the hostess called me back the same night after she researched the artist. I was so impressed.

Webster’s is our favorite place in Kalamazoo. Our dinner was perfect - my 21-day dry aged ribeye was an astonishing piece of meat and my wife’s filet was perfect as usual. Anna suggested a bottle of wine that was a wonderful compliment to our meal.

My wife and I recently went to Webster's for our anniversary and I have to say I was less than impressed. The ambiance was very nice and accommodating and our server was exceptional. Very polite and helpful.
I read the reviews that were posted and knew that the food was going to be expensive; however, with that knowledge I had a reasonable expectation that the food would be above average and the presentation would have been exceptional. My wife had the grouper which was done well. I had the 16 oz. 1966 Ribeye steak at a cost of 52.00 brought on an over-sized plate with a minuscule chutney presentation. In all honesty the cut represented itself more like a Strip than a Ribeye. It was cooked as I had ordered but it had a tough gristle throughout the length of the steak it that took away from the cut itself. The au gratin potatoes were done well but the green beans were over done and very limp. Both came on a very plain plate. The bottle of wine we had was very nice and I appreciated the list of wines available. My other issue with the restaurant itself was the fact that there were only a handful of patrons yet we waited for an inordinate amount of time for our food. Our server brought us three loaves of bread while we waited. Although thoughtful, it again, took away from the overall experience and expectation of a restaurant that seemingly strives for high standards to justify their prices. Comparatively they could not compare with a Gibson's in Chicago, which is also a la carte, Ruth's Chris, or Morton's. In my opinion, Webster's Prime falls very short. I give it two Forkland that is due to the exceptional wait staff and ambiance.
