Exceptional food, great ambiance, and the restaurant was practically empty due to current health concerns. We will definitely come back!
My husband and I always pick a restaurant to visit for our anniversary and birthdays - since our favorite restaurant is over an hour away - this is def a close second and may become our new go-to! Thanks to the great staff. Everyone was so nice and attentive!
Visited the lounge for music. Food and drinks are great and loved the live music!
We were in the Tasting Room and greatly enjoyed the live music, tremendous service, and great food.
Our first time there was on our anniversary, the staff couldn't be nicer. Great food. Steaks buttery smooth.
Excellent food! All dishes were prepared and presented perfectly. Great place for special occasion dinner.
They cooked my wife steak raw when she asked for medium well.
Don’t like to eat by myself while she is waiting on her food ruins the mood😱
On Valetine's Day Menu. We ordered and our waiter did not come back. When he showed up all sweaty I asked him where he was. He said, "Washing dishes". The Surf & Turf "tail"was terrible. A gal threw some bread and a bowl of french fries at us after the Surf & Turf was served. "French Fries"?? They said it came with the meal. Two hours later, dessert did not come. We left & talked to the Manager. She said they got behind. We had a 7:30 reservation! They gave us a parking pass. The parking pass was expired when we tried to use it. I have never had such a bad restaurant meal/service in my life. What happened to Websters?
On behalf of everyone here at Webster's Prime, we sincerely apologize for your Valentines experience with us. From service to food, we strive to provide a high-star experience with every guest, every time. This mark was clearly missed and we would love the opportunity to make this right. We can only hope you may give us a second chance to deliver the Valentines dinner you and your wife should have experienced the first time around. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and thank you for it.
We dined on Valentine’s Day and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Our server was delightful — she was very personable and made us feel as though we were her only table, though of course we weren’t. Our surf and turf for two was outstanding, as were our side dishes, appetizers, wine and dessert. The restaurant is beautiful, classy and peaceful while not being too solemn or staid. Perfection! We highly recommend Webster’s for a special dining experience.
It was Valentine's Day. I know they were busy but we got there at 5 being there first table I should NOT have had to wait for my drinks and my food was cold. We waited for our asparagus because they brought us mushrooms instead and then our fries were brought about 12 minutes after everything else. Our 24oz $110 porterhouse was cold. It was just not an overall good experience for my bill to be $213.
My husband and I had the most romantic Valentine’s Day dinner with amazing food! Our waitress, Dana, was also fantastic! If I could give TEN stars, I would!
Great food, great times, and great laughs. Service was impeccable as expected. Food was cooked beautifully!
Wonderful service and delicious food! This is our third year having our anniversary dinner at Webster’s and we are never disappointed.
Our server was superb! Very friendly, accommodating and just the right amount of attention. Ate there twice during restaurant week, the second time with some friends from Chicago, who also had high remarks for the service and food.
We had a 3 course steak dinner. It was amazing. The server was wonderful and very knowledgeable of the menu items. 5 star all around.
Love the ambiance and outstanding service this restaurant offers. It's such a special place to relax and enjoy a fabulous meal! It's nice to see the servers all pitch in and work as a team. More restaurants should do this. Not only do the servers help each other out, but it makes for a fine example of management. Very impressive!
I had heard that Webster's was going to make a move to the lower level where Zazio's currently is, and that Zazio's would be closing?? Wondering if there is any truth to this, and if so what will happen to that beautiful space where Webster's is currently???
Delicious and a great deal for Restaurant week. Excellent cocktails and service.
My experience was phenomenal the food was fantastic the steak was delicious perfectly cooked the french fries were a dream. The Pana cotta was a dream
We went for restaurant week but added the lobster bisque. The three courses for $25 was entirely worth the value. We were so pleased we had the salad, steak frites and Pana cotta. Thank you so much for an enjoyable evening.
The food was great as always. To my surprise the service was not good. It was busy and our server disappeared most of the night.
My experience at Webster’s was absolutely fabulous! The staff was incredibly attentive and kind, and the ambience was quiet enough to allow me to enjoy the company of my partner. The food was excellent, and my Girl Friday cocktail was delicious! Don’t miss out!
Overall excellent experience, from the service to the food. It was a great place for a birthday dinner.
restaurant week, so maybe some forgiveness but then again...
it’s not ok to bring steaks out when diners are taking first bites of salads. it’s not ok when those steaks are all already almost cool. and the fries were terrible.
Service was crazy slow. Steak was not hot way over priced for the whole experience.
Usually Webster’s is quiet and cordial but it was Restaurant Week in Kalamazoo and SO CRAZY loud in there especially with the live music. Consequently, the business meeting I was attempting to have complete failed.
Lovely meal at Webster’s. Our party of four enjoyed appetizers, salads, a variety of entrees and side dishes and all were excellent. Had and really enjoyed the Big Easy red wine.
We began and ended the evening in the adjacent Tasting Room...such an enjoyable and comfortable lounge. Bonus was the great live music. We will be back!
Wonderful service and amazing food. Thank you!
Food was delicious and service excellent. Chief was very accommodating to dietary needs. A very relaxing and enjoyable meal.
The only negative comment is there wasn’t enough staff. There were only a couple of servers, and they were doing their best to take care of everyone. Otherwise, the food was very good and the band was wonderful.
We arrived for a dinner reservation at 7:00, and were seated right away. Our server greeted us 10 minutes or so later, and we placed drink orders and informed her that we were on a time schedule and needed to be done with dinner by 9:00 (2 hours from our arrival). Our server was not at all attendant during the evening (dirty dishes and glasses sat for way too long). We ordered appetizer, soup/salad, and entree. At 8.20 we hadn’t gotten our $65 steaks yet, but our server assured us we would receive them “soon.” They arrived at 8:22. Hardly enough time to enjoy leisurely. Our bill was delivered at 9:00, with our server being very happy she had indeed honored our time constraints. We expected more from our fine dining experience.
Great for New Year’s Eve, live music
The entire experience was poor. Very slow service, sub-par food. Once I complained about my third course being inedible, I felt they couldn't wait to get us to leave. Very awkward & uncomfortable. Definitely not fine dining. The mandatory 18% gratuity is another thumbs down. We had a "fine dining" package with the hotel, I should get to tip according to service. The whole Raddison experience left a bad taste in our mouths. The only acceptable fix would be a full refund on the $160 "fine dining" fiasco.
Christmas Eve
We celebrated Christmas Eve with fabulous meal at Webster's. Our server Tiago was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable .
We each had a different entree. Duck, Prime rib, salmon, lobster. All were prepared to perfection. The pianist playing Christmas music was a bonus.
This is going to be our new family tradition for Christmas Eve.
Thank you Webster's staff for your continued excellence.
The food was Outstanding from the appetizers to the main course Prime Rib to desert of Creme Brûlée and topped it off with some French Pressed Coffee. The only not so perfect was the server was slow to get back to the table to refresh the drinks. The ambiance with the Piano player was a nice touch for the Christmas Eve Dinner.
This is a very high end restaurant and every thing about it supports that. Prices are high, but the value is still there. We had plentiful portions and got two more meals out of it the next day, making pricing more moderate. The leftovers were just as delicious as the original meal. The staff is impeccable. Kudos to general manager, Anna!
Good food. Most expensive steak I've ever had, but I've had plenty of steaks for half the price that were just as good or better. Went with the Wagyu Ribeye. Should have stuck to the filet.
Food was very good, however, only four tables served on a Saturday night, may be due to being a little expensive, with ala cart steaks ranging $36-$65. For three of us, the bill came in around $240 before tip, and while my son had two beers, my wife and I drank tea & pepsi. I am from Fort Wayne area, known for great restaurants, and it would be a short list of places at that price tag.
Overall, too pricey for Kazoo. And I think the area is agreeing, based on how few tables were served . . .
The food was outstanding and very flavorful. The presentation was below par. An $85 fillet on a big plate with no garnish. Any home cook would have found a way to make the plate pretty and sell the sizzle. They literally didn’t even bother with a sprig of parsley.
I made the reservation through Open Table and they had no record of it. The hostess seated us right away but it was embarrassing that my guests thought I hadn’t planned in advance.
Had a great meal! The Salmon was the best I’ve ever had. Love Websters. We go here when we want a relaxed dinner where we can actually talk to each other!
We had an amazing experience celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary! Everything was perfect from our very helpful server that made us feel very special to all courses of our meal. We would highly recommend celebrating special occasions here.
