The quality of the steaks was poor. Webster’s usually has the best steak in town, but this time it was a major miss. I’m not sure if the inventory was old, but we had to saw through the steaks and in the end, I could not eat mine.

After reading a slew of reviews we decided we would go for an anniversary dinner.
The food was good but not 5 star worthy, the environment was nice, we were sat in the main dining room.
Our server Steven was spot on and very attentive, helpful and patient.
More than likely will not return, the value for what we received was not worth the money.

Meal was perfect all the way from drinks to dessert. We had the filet and it was perfect.

Great experience for Valentine’s Day dinner. Only complaint is I would have liked to be seated in the main dining area. Hearing the live music on the piano as we left we were jealous of those getting that atmosphere.

The food and service was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be returning.

Excellent Valentine's Day experience! Staff was amazing at usual, food was phenomenal and we really enjoyed the live piano player. Webster's is always a favorite.

Food was amazingly good. The way we remember dining out should/could be. Choice filet thick cut, perfectly prepared. Scallops lovely. Service higly attentive, unrushed, and as always focused on making sure our experience was perfect.

Went on Valentine’s Day and got their valentines package. An appetizer, two salads, two entrées, two sides, and two desserts. It also included a toast of champagne and a bottle of champagne that we were going to take home. $150. The crab cake appetizer was one of the best I had ever had. The salads were very good. My husband enjoyed his ribeye but mine was a little over cooked. I specifically voiced that I did not want it over cooked and I was going to order rare so it wasn’t over cooked but said she had a rare plus so I ordered that. It was still over cooked to me. I didn’t care much for the yellow potatoes. Not much flavor. Hubby loved asparagus. Dessert was awesome. The waitress never brought our champagne toast so we had to ask for it and I told her I wanted to take my champagne bottle to go. She brought our toast and thought that she had put the bottle in our bag of leftovers but it wasn’t there when we got home so we missed out on getting the bottle that came with the package. Such a bummer

Decided to get the Valentine dinner for 150$. The beef tips were great as an appetizer. The steak was on the colder side receiving it and the potatoes and asparagus were not even Luke warm. The service was great. The ambiance was odd due to being seated in the auxiliary/bar area so the romantic atmosphere was odd.

Server was inattentive, drinks empty and dishes waiting. Food was good and value was good.

Webster's never disappoints. Great food, fabulous service.

One of the best meals of my life!

We have been dining at Webster’s for years for our Anniversary. This was disappointing from the service, food, and overall experience. Drinks and food took an exceptionally long time and were not prepared as ordered (undercooked steak). They had the bartender waiting on us in the dining room, so service was definitely slower than acceptable. I’m years past we’ve been offered complimentary champagne and/or dessert for our Anniversary but not this year. I’m hopeful it can be attributed to COVID and restaurants slowly opening back up, but I wasn’t impressed with this experience.

We always enjoy a visit to the Webster’s Lounge. The food is great and we love the ambiance!

Everything was amazing. Will be eating here again soon.

It was so nice to be back and to see the friendly staff of Webster's. The food was just as amazing and delicious the service is always amazing. Great to have our favorite spot open and still going after these lockdowns.

We had the best night out during Kalamazoo Beverage Week. The whiskey flight was a delight. Food was perfection. Service was outstanding! We cannot wait to get back on Sunday to celebrate Valentine's Day!!

My husband and I always pick a restaurant to visit for our anniversary and birthdays - since our favorite restaurant is over an hour away - this is def a close second and may become our new go-to! Thanks to the great staff. Everyone was so nice and attentive!

On Valetine's Day Menu. We ordered and our waiter did not come back. When he showed up all sweaty I asked him where he was. He said, "Washing dishes". The Surf & Turf "tail"was terrible. A gal threw some bread and a bowl of french fries at us after the Surf & Turf was served. "French Fries"?? They said it came with the meal. Two hours later, dessert did not come. We left & talked to the Manager. She said they got behind. We had a 7:30 reservation! They gave us a parking pass. The parking pass was expired when we tried to use it. I have never had such a bad restaurant meal/service in my life. What happened to Websters?

We dined on Valentine’s Day and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Our server was delightful — she was very personable and made us feel as though we were her only table, though of course we weren’t. Our surf and turf for two was outstanding, as were our side dishes, appetizers, wine and dessert. The restaurant is beautiful, classy and peaceful while not being too solemn or staid. Perfection! We highly recommend Webster’s for a special dining experience.

It was Valentine's Day. I know they were busy but we got there at 5 being there first table I should NOT have had to wait for my drinks and my food was cold. We waited for our asparagus because they brought us mushrooms instead and then our fries were brought about 12 minutes after everything else. Our 24oz $110 porterhouse was cold. It was just not an overall good experience for my bill to be $213.

My husband and I had the most romantic Valentine’s Day dinner with amazing food! Our waitress, Dana, was also fantastic! If I could give TEN stars, I would!

Wonderful service and delicious food! This is our third year having our anniversary dinner at Webster’s and we are never disappointed.

Our server was superb! Very friendly, accommodating and just the right amount of attention. Ate there twice during restaurant week, the second time with some friends from Chicago, who also had high remarks for the service and food.

We had a 3 course steak dinner. It was amazing. The server was wonderful and very knowledgeable of the menu items. 5 star all around.

Love the ambiance and outstanding service this restaurant offers. It's such a special place to relax and enjoy a fabulous meal! It's nice to see the servers all pitch in and work as a team. More restaurants should do this. Not only do the servers help each other out, but it makes for a fine example of management. Very impressive!

I had heard that Webster's was going to make a move to the lower level where Zazio's currently is, and that Zazio's would be closing?? Wondering if there is any truth to this, and if so what will happen to that beautiful space where Webster's is currently???

We went for restaurant week but added the lobster bisque. The three courses for $25 was entirely worth the value. We were so pleased we had the salad, steak frites and Pana cotta. Thank you so much for an enjoyable evening.

The food was great as always. To my surprise the service was not good. It was busy and our server disappeared most of the night.

My experience at Webster’s was absolutely fabulous! The staff was incredibly attentive and kind, and the ambience was quiet enough to allow me to enjoy the company of my partner. The food was excellent, and my Girl Friday cocktail was delicious! Don’t miss out!
