It's great to re-live the "old days" of quality dining.
Our hostess found a place for us to hold a conversation around the table.
The meal was excellent … the roast beef was served as rare as requested. (unusual these days)
We have been frequent patrons over the years at Weber's and never disappointed.
One criticism, however, the background music (muzak?) was too loud and frankly annoying!
Our server was outstanding, she answered all of our questions and gave amazing recommendations. The prime rib is out of this world, so is there desert.Good for birthdays and a dressed up date night.
Food was good, service was not the usual...
Visiting my son who works in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area. Observed a billboard for Weber's and thought we would try it. We made reservations and we were seated immediately. This is a big restaurant with a bar, large seating area, and private rooms. A large parking lot that was almost full. After seating, the hostess came by and said the waitress would be with us and she took our drink order. I found the pricing very reasonable. I ordered a salad, the Dinner Cut prime rib - medium rare, and a side of sautéed spinach and an extra side of sautéed mushrooms ($4). We also purchased a bottle of Kunde Cabernet for $36. (I drank wine, so I had two glasses and was able to cap the bottle and take it with me), and my son ordered Old Fashioned's from the bar. His drinks were very good and about $11 with name brand bourbon. We split a starter of beef wellingtons, which were very good. My son wished they had a full sized beef wellington on the menu. My prime rib was done as requested and very good. My son had a Caesar salad (small upgrade from house salad), the London Broil, and a side of asparagus. All was very good and done to order. Webers looks to be a bit old school steakhouse. The service was very good. Danielle was our server and was attentive and was helpful. The manager also stopped by the table and asked how our meal and service was, very much appreciated. For me, there was only one small issue. There is no dress code which is fine, but a few people showed up in t-shirts and jeans. I think the issue is the appearance of those items. I also wore jeans, and saw some people in nice shorts with sport shirts or polos. Just goes against the initial appearance of the restaurant when you go to their website. Overall, a very good place for a date or family dinner. Variety of dishes from prime rib to steak to seafood. Recommended.
Everything was great! The food, the ambiance, especially the service. Piano music playing, then a band in the bar area... Wow! We really enjoyed our experience and would go back in a minute.
My favorite restaurant in the world!
Steak wasn’t up to par and waiter was never around
Always a great meal and great service . Even on a busy Friday before a game they take care of you like your the only ones there.
Excellent food and service!!
Hostess, waitress, and all staff were friendly and courteous.
Food was very tasty! Crab cakes could have been a little bigger.
The food was amazing, the service was really good. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great meal
Best brunch buffet in town.
We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary on Saturday and everything about our experience was perfect!!!
Good food with large portion sizes.
Always a great time and great food at this Ann Arbor institution. Looking forward to our next visit.
Nice waiter; but a lot of misses and defensive on one
Overall a nice restaurant and good value
Dinner out with daughter and son-in-law. Weber’s is always a good choice for consistently good food and a pleasant setting. Parking on site is a plus, especially on a football weekend, and the kitchen and staff are pros at dealing with large crowds. You can’t go wrong with any beef dish and the pastas are creative, tasty and ample portions. This is a tried and true restaurant.
We had another excellent dinner tonight at Weber's.
Spencer did a nice job with our group of 5. Good value especially on the wine list
The food and service was amazing! Happy hour in the habitat before our dinner was a great experience. We had a dozen oysters and two cocktails! We chose Weber's for the free entree on your birthday deal and we were so pleased with the whole experience!!!
Great place. Excellent food. Reasonable prices. Nice ambiance. Been there for decades and that's the reason.
Great for a nice romantic dinner, the crab cakes are delicious!
One of the rare nights that my prime rib was tough
Weber's delivered as always! I had a T-bone, my wife had the prime rib, and my daughter had the kid's prime rib. Great service, solid food, and the peach flan dessert was insane!
The overall was nice, however, the first drinks did not come soon. Everyone were dry. The food and atmosphere were nice., so I wanna use there again.
Excellent dinner service to our table of five by Brandon tonight.
Great date night.
Ordered my prime rib rare and it came out medium well. Waiter was very concerned with the table beside us. My wife and I seemed to be an afterthought on his part. For example, we had to stop him to request the dessert menu rather than him asking us if we were interested in dessert.
Really like food and location, but costs can be high.
Great food, great service , tables a little to close together for both room and sound level
It was very busy, a little late with our reservation but not too long of a wait. Waiter was slow bringing refills, and items requested. Food was excellent!! Piano music was very nice. Lots of people talking very noisy.
Prime rib was great and pricing was very fair
We had another superb meal at Weber's tonight.
The buffet was great overall. However, our server did not show up for a bit and was slow to do their duties. The restaurant was not that busy at the time we went. W
It has been a while since I'd been to Weber's, and it will be some time until I return. The clientele from the attached hotel has become a little raucous for my taste, and it has spilled over to the restaurant. The food remains very good. However, I'd avoid the lobster bisque which is quite possibly the worst that I have ever had. With so many other higher end options in the area, I would go elsewhere. The Gandy Dancer comes to mind.
Always a pleasure to eat at Weber's. Great food, great staff, great ambiance.
We have been going there since 1963. We usually go on birthdays and anniversaries. Kind of a special place.
My wife and I went Webers for our anniversary, we arrived and with reservations were seated promptly. The waitress came and was very pleasant, we ordered a Sprite and water to drink, she came back a we ordered the mini beef wellingtons and they were wonderful. My wife ordered the 12oz Prime Rib with medley vegetables and the lentil soup, I ordered the 16oz Chef`s cut Prime Rib with the crusted horseradish coating, a loaded bake potato and house salad. Let me just say that this was to date the best anniversary meal that we have ever had. The whole experience was great, the meal was so good we hardly spoke through the meal except for speaking about how great everything was. When we were finished the waitress came over and all we could do was complement her for the food and service. The wife ended up getting a piece of triple chocolate cake and enjoyed it before bed. All was very very good. Thanks
We’ve have gone to Weber’s for both my boyfriend’s birthday and my birthday and have loved it every time. We usually do a steak plus a seafood entree. I have had their scallops, lobster tail, and mussels all being exquisite. I usually get a filet mignon and my boyfriend has tried the ny strip and t- bone all have been fantastic and usually is a great second meal for later.
Dine at Weber's and be happy.
A lovely brunch. Nice selections
