Roast Prime Rib Of Beef
Specialty of the house since 1937. Served au jus with creamy horseradish sauce.
Prime Rib French Dip
weber's sliced prime rib served warm on grilled pistolet bread, au jus
Lobster meat, sherry, cream
I love this place! I think the ribeye is a little overpriced for the cut of meat you receive, but overall the ambiance, the service and food are outstanding.
Very good experience
We always have a great time when dining at Weber's. Great service and ambiance. Lots of great options for food and drinks.
Our waiter was very friendly and attentive.
The live piano softly playing created the perfect mood and overall dining experience was above par!
We were served hot delicious food in a timely manner. The timing was perfect. Cannot wait to visit again real soon. Definitely an Ann Arbor must.
The food was very tasty but lacking in presentation. No garnish and also wait staff gave no description of what food was brought. Example - the salmon spread (assuming) with melted butter for bread. The sauce for filet....just little critiques. Overall we were very satisfied with our meal.
Our food was good but our server was not as attentive as I have experienced in the past. We ran out of water and our food was cooler than it should have been-like it was sitting around before being delivered.
Great Food by the Chef & Service by Server Dallas!
Tight Band playing in background was a treat as well!
Our table was very close to the piano and bassist. We didn't know there would be music when we were seated. Much too loud.
Great service and excellent food for the price. Lobster bisque was a bit too creamy and lobster tail under seasoned. However every else was delicious
Met our family there for my mothers birthday and it was wonderful. Have been to Webers before and will be back.
Just a wonderful restaurant with excellent food, service, and atmosphere!
Food would have been better if we had time to eat it before the next course arrived. Was only halfway done with my soup when my prime rib came out. Felt a little rushed.
Celebrated anniversary with my wife and our kids. Service was great, they got us to our table early. Dallas our server was fantastic, drinks and all food were great. We will be back!
Weber’s is consistently a fine dining experience. Our server, Angel was great. She admitted it was her first day to serve tables but it was certainly not noticeable. My out of town friends were very impressed.
Webers is a good place but the coffee was never hot, just warm!
Went for a late evening dinner on Saturday. Place is clean with low-meidum volume noise. Live jazz started to play at 9 which was nice. Drinks were tasty. The food was great: well cooked and portion size. Pricing is fair.
Both of our meals were excellent. My strip steak was cooked perfectly and the sides and soups were great. My wife went with a salad and the chicken it came with was really tasty. Top it all off with a few stiff drinks and it was a fantastic experience.
The service was slow, it toke over 1 hour to get my tough, luke warm new York strip steak, the bread was stale and served with cold butter. As you see I wasn't happy with this dinner at all.
Fantastic atmosphere. Amazing food. All the right special touches.
We were celebrating a birthday.
Always a great experience!
It's too expensive for such a generic meals taste and a limited menu selection. At the restaurant a short coctail list should be noticeably expanded. The coctails serving size which is very small at Weber 's should be increased to the standardized size of the competitors.
As usual, Weber's was excellent. Food quality and service all top-notch. Only thing, this is the 3rd time we went to Weber's for their "live Maine lobsters", and they did not have any. Chef offered to substitute South African lobster tails, and they were good, but not as good as freshly cooked live Maine lobsters. Thing is, Weber's advertises their "Live Maine Lobsters" and Prime Rib everywhere. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our meal and service despite the Maine Lobster disappointment. We will be back, and probably try again first for Lobsters.
Great jazz pianist and bass player playing during dinner. Excellent meal and free dessert on your birthday!!
Great like usual.
Our first time here and we’ll be back. Top notch prime rib, decent beer selection, and great staff.
Good waiter and excellent service
Great food. Service was excellent. You definitely get what you pay for.
I 100% do not recommend the French onion soup though.
I came for my birthday in May and was very satisfied with everything so I came again for my anniversary and I wish I would have gone anywhere else honestly. I had a request for a few accommodations at our table- none were fulfilled. I wasn’t even notified that they wouldn’t be able to accommodate mind you my phone number was on file.
The food was very bland and tasteless, I make better food at home. The lobster bisque soup was goopy , not smooth like a soup should be. My Lobster Thermidor was disgusting and had that same goop from the bisque soup. I had to send it back and got the salmon which was better but still bland. The crab cake entree was fine but we expected better considering how great it was last time. The “coleslaw” just tasted like lettuce tossed in Mayo.
My boyfriend enjoyed his lamb chops and the truffle macaroni was pretty good.
Overall we will not be coming back, we drove all that was for an unsatisfactory meal and what I requested was completely ignored.
Lunch menu choices abound! Went with white wine and crabcakes. Others enjoyed bloody mary, au jus, cobb salad. The complimentary bread basket was barely missed, knowing the quality of food sooo reliable . For a full house pre-game time the atmosphere remained cozy and invites good conversation around table. Attentive service. We shall return!
Really like the location, plus food and services, but would like to be slightly cheaper
Great birthday dinner for my wife. Love piano and very nice service but not too “in your face”. Loved it
Disappointed they discounted the birthday discount
Nice variety of menu options and portions were just right. Decent wine selection by the glass and bottle, also fairly priced.
Everything was as anticipated: good place, good food, nice!
Prime Rib is outstanding along with the short rib puffs
The service was superb, could t imagine any better! Dinner was fabulous, portions were perfect. No where better to celebrate!
My wife and I love Webers. We eat at Webers anytime we are in town for a football game. The dinner cut of prime rib, 12 oz., is plentiful and delicious. I recommend the sauteed spinach as a side. The salad has cherries and almonds in it, which makes it unique and very tasty. I love the bread basket that contains bread, crackers, garlic toast and salmon pate. Different and wonderful.
Waiter good have been more education on service options. Seemed to lack confidence, but overall was a nice guy.
Food was so amazing
Short rib appetizer was great. Prime rib was much better this visit, last visit seemed that they had changed the seasoning / crust.
Chocolate cake was the perfect finish for the night.
Piano player was added bonus for Friday night.
