We love this place. Staff always going out of their way to make it a pleasant experience, even when it's busy.
We go often, twice a month. This time server was slow, no where to be found except to pick up his tip which was less because he didn't bring me back singles like asked. Green beans were overcooked and old. Manager was unhelpful and indifferent. Not a good visit.
The only issue we had was when I booked our reservation with OpenTable for a 7:30 pm time slot and requested in the special note section that I needed a table due to a person who has difficulty getting up from a booth that once we arrived I was informed that it would be an additional 30 minuet wait for a table. It would be nice if the restaurant would have called to inform us of the additional wait time prior to us arriving. As it was such a longer wait we ended up going with a booth but as I stated the person in my party did have a hard time getting up once we finished.

We truly enjoyed our dinner. Our entire table had the barbecued back ribs. The ribs were tender and meaty. Our server was very attentive and was very articulate about describing the items on the menu. We also enjoyed a very delicious cheesecake slice. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Its great for all ages. The restaurant is not too noisy which prevents conversations. We will definitely dine here again.

Service very slow and food arrived cold
The interior and the atmosphere are very nice, but that's about it for the positive experience. The service was nice but very slow - it took them almost an hour to cook four burgers. Most importantly, the food quality was really subpar. I'd say you can get a better burger at many fast food joints.

Front desk hostess was prompt and very helpful in the Service was amazing, recommendations were spot on. The meal was prepared to perfection, Everything was prompt, Because we had reservations afterwards to see a show. The server was extremely understanding and accommodated perfectly ! I would highly recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a great meal !
This was our first experience at the Weber Grill - Schaumburg. It was a fantastic experience. We made reservations and were promptly seated. Very nice atmosphere and the first impression of the manager and staff was very positive. Our server, Jonathan, was superb. He was very pleasant and one could tell he wanted nothing less than we would have a great experience.
His sense of timing was perfect; he made sure we had everything we needed or wanted just at the perfect time. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. Best shrimp cocktail we ever had anywhere. We both had Filet and loved our entrees - delicious! We were impressed from the greeting, drinks, appetizer and salad, main course and desert. Even the coffee was of superior quality. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. The prices are not inexpensive, but worth every cent paid.

Visited Schaumburg location while on business. Food and service were great. Steak and ribs highly recommended.
While the food is good, it's not earth shattering. The prices are very high and everything is a la carte. So it is quite easy to drop over $100 for two without drinks which are also overpriced. Compared to someplace like Outback which provides a complete meal with outstanding meats and preparation.
Always enjoy Weber Grill from the moment we enter. Friendly, helpful staff. All courses are always delicious. Appreciate being a Grill Club member.
I love this place. This time however something seemed to be wrong with th ventilation and it was very smoky especially in the waiting area. Other than that, it was great.
Food and service was outstanding!!
Fabulous place! Food was excellent..grilled salmon tender with crisp outside. Brisket tender with exquisite BBQ sauce. All sides were delicious. Sangria (homemde) was very rich in taste.
Service was excellent and everyone ery friendly. Nice to book ahead on open table.

the restaurant is great, your company, opentable, however is terrible. blocked out from making a reservation anytime after 430 pm and before 815pm. only got this table because we called the location. would never recommend your service to anyone or use it in the future if at all possible.
Lunch with friends. Turkey Club, French Dip and Grouper sandwiches were all great. Good sides to pick from also. Service was friendly and attentive. Will go back.

Consistent quality with the main entree but service seems to be in decline in the past year. Expect above average noise level.

Easter brunch. The first time I have eaten brunch at Weber Grill, although I have been there on many occasions as well as for Thanksgiving. Very nice special options in addition to the regular menu. The crowd was lively and the service was great. I enjoyed steak and eggs for the first time ever and my mom had the pretzel bread with chocolate French Toast which was to die for! Love the Mojitos at Weber.
Excellent food. This was only my 2nd time and my daughter's first and she loved it. Went here for Easter lunch and enjoyed the selection.
Will have to come back in the summer for the patio.
Met some friends for dinner here. My pre-dinner gimlet wasn't quite right. I'm not sure if the bartender forgot/left out the lime cordial but it tasted off and too alcohol forward. Our food was good, not great. My wife's steak was a bit overcooked (asked for medium rare and it was closer to medium). My pork chop was properly cooked but rather tough.
Our server was great. She was very attentive and checked in often to make sure we had whatever we needed.
In the future I think I'll stick to Weber Grill for lunch rather than dinner. Their sandwiches and burgers are quite good.

From the moment I walked in the door, the smell of brisket wafted through the air bringing joy to my olfactory faculties. Met up with one of my best friends and the staff allowed us to catch up on old times without pressure. The food was outstanding. A great dining experience.
The service was terrible! Didn’t bring the appetizer ordered. Had to wait forever for drinks and even longer to order! Server spilled wine on the table, pouring in my daughters glass, didn’t offer to bring more. Waited for ever for the bill. The appetizer we never got was on the bill! Had to wait for the manager to get it removed! No apologies. My husband ordered well done burger and it was rare!

Great food and setting
This is the last night before I and my family left the US for my new assignment in Japan. We stayed at the hotel in Schaumberg, which has many good stake restaurants but what we selected was Weber Grill. The stake was great, the service was nice and the atmosphere was very vibrant. We had a really memorable night. There was no mistake.
Was really missing good steak for sometime. The cocktails, appetizer, and the main course were amazing. Granted it’s expensive but you get what you for. Our serving associate was so well mannered, knowledgeable, that we felt at home and totally at ease. Weber Grill ! Keep it up. You are a pride in Schaumburg, our neighborhood.
We wanted a really good beef burger, not the usual casual or upscale fast food. Fit the bill perfect. really good burger, serious beef, well served, and a full restaurant.
