We had a great meal at Watertable. The Sunday dinner is a fixed price special menu which we enjoyed.

When making this reservation, I made a comment that it was my birthday. Nothing was mentioned at all, and nothing was done. It is a very special birthday celebration weekend, and we were disappointed.

Another fine meal at the Watertable: we both enjoyed the Butternut Squash salad to start followed by Sea Bass with a white wine butter sauce. I tried a new chocolate cake, which was good, but i still prefer their "9 Degrees of Chocolate" more.

We came for drinks before our dinner reservation. I had an amazing Ramos Gin Fizz while sharing a meat and cheese plate and a Scotch Egg with my husband. For dinner we enjoyed the sea bass and the prime ny steak. Everything was superb.

Great location by the ocean and the venue was warm, open, inviting and spacious. Food was among one of the more creative endeavors for Orange County. Service was fantastic.

Went for Valentine's Day. Recommend the patio - great ambiance and wide open space. We didn't feel crammed like you normally do at pricey romantic restaurants.
Food was awesome, drinks were good, and our server was charming. Expensive, but a great experience.

We celebrated Valentine's Day early at Watertable. Our server was very attentive and personable. The food was very good and beautifully presented. The scallop appetizer was amazing! The short rib entree was so flavorful and melted in our mouths. I highly recommend the signature dessert, it's chocolate heaven.

Late night bite to eat, this was the perfect spot. Seated by the fireplace, we enjoyed salad and appetizers and fabulous service by Kameron. We will return soon!

Seated out on the patio, and it was not too cold considering it is February. We both ordered the cedar-plank salmon, which was delicious. I had mine with the asparagus on the side - delicious. There bread is very tasty too; does not need butter. We will be back.

Amazing Service, Jacqueline and Josh gave us amazing service.
The hostess Kara was very nice.

I was disappointed to see the Christmas decorations down already since we have not yet hit the 12 Days of Christmas, the holiday feel was definitely lacking, but the food and our waitress were both great, which made up for the horrible "music" playing and the missing Christmas feel. We love the place though, so we will be back.

Everything was great, the service, the food and drinks...BUT...I’ve done New Year’s Eve early here before and could order off the dinner menu. We were surprised this year by the Prix-Fixe menu pricing. The food was amazing but I never would have made these reservations had I known how much I’d be spending! There was no notice on the website, nothing on Open Table when I made reservations and nothing when I confirmed! I’ll be checking next time!

Watertable is an upscale full service restaurant and a great choice for New Year's Eve. A special menu was served which include 4 courses for $95 Per person. My 1st course was the hamachi crudo appetizer which tasted like Peruvian ceviche. It was delicious but a larger portion would have been appreciated. My second course was a fresh and crunchy kale salad. My main was a small but filling fresh fried fish over farro (grain). This was my favorite course. I was very disappointed with the chocolate cake portion. It was gone in 2 bites. :-(

Christmas Evening Dinner was really nice. Hyatt always does a great job with the decor and ambiance during the holidays. I loved the buffet style of desserts, hot chocolate, and apple cider, which were unique and out of this world. The Christmas Day goose was decent, but next time, I think I’ll go for the ham or branzino.

Delicious Christmas dinner served family-style. Food was fresh and perfectly seasoned. My only complaint is the $12 glass of wine was only a 4 oz. pour. I would definitely dine here again.

Beautiful restaurant. I can only speak for the Christmas Eve pre fixe meal. Rubber duck, bizarre fried whole branzino, and what looked like desserts that had been made and then frozen and thawed. It was pretty mediocre, I would assume their regular menu selection is a little better quality.
Great service and drinks though!

Fantastic service. Amazing food. And great ambience. What more can you do for? Especially for our anniversary. Recommend the veal cheeks, cedar plank salmon, and the pheasant. The Kentucky tap water was great too.

Lovely to be seated at a little table by the fireplace on a chilly evening. Took my waiter's recommendation on a lovely glass of red wine, a California blend. It was great, a fine complement to my lamb. yummy!
