Took my wife to Watertable to celebrate our 20th anniversary. What a great experience! We sat on the patio and the atmosphere was intimate and warm, perfect for a romantic occasion. The staff was professional and enthusiastic, clearly liked each other, and provided excellent service. We ordered a few appetizers and shared the Branzino. Our meal looked and tasted great. I highly recommend Watertable and look forward to returning soon.

Watertable has some good points, but overall, it's not a great value or quite good enough for its setting. It seems to take its resort clientele customer base as a given.

A friend and I met for a lovely dinner on their outside patio (with heaters), enjoyed a craft cocktail and dinner. We ordered the New York steak and the Pork Loin, both were cooked perfectly and were delicious. We shall return soon.

This is a beautiful restaurant, but very expensive as it is made for tourists at the hotel. Food was very salty, but overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

This is our favorite local spot in Huntington Beach. Great to bring friends and our grandchildren love the gelato!

When you live in Newport Beach, why would you drive up the coast to Huntington Beach for dinner? One word: Watertable! We finally knuckled under to friends telling us we had to try Watertable, and it was terrific in every way. Welcome space between tables in dining room made conversation easy, plus a hip bar with booths and TVs offered a more casual vibe to catch sports. Heck, you can even enjoy drinks and small plates by the fireplace in the adjacent "library/living room." Highly recommend!

Had an amazing dinner and evening! Service at Watertable is always outstanding. The food is seasonal and delicious. Watertable is my favorite restaurants in Huntington Beach and a top contender for my favorite in Orange County. Would absolutely recommend this restaurant!

In town for the weekend and stayed at the Hyatt. It was raining so we stayed in...glad we did. WaterTable was very good across the board; food, service, drinks, atmosphere. We came back for breakfast two days later - it was just as good. The French Toast was friggin' awesome.

So glad we found this gem in our own backyard! It has become our go to spot!

Great, casual Sunday evening meal. Do note that on Sunday evenings, there's a limited menu with family style appetizer, salad, and sides. Personally, I thought it was great with a reasonable selection and fair pricing. Very good wine list, even by the glass (wife wanted white and I wanted red). Service was professional without being stuffy. Well above average for a hotel associated restaurant. Definitely will eat there again when on property.

We had a great meal at Watertable. The Sunday dinner is a fixed price special menu which we enjoyed.

When making this reservation, I made a comment that it was my birthday. Nothing was mentioned at all, and nothing was done. It is a very special birthday celebration weekend, and we were disappointed.

Another fine meal at the Watertable: we both enjoyed the Butternut Squash salad to start followed by Sea Bass with a white wine butter sauce. I tried a new chocolate cake, which was good, but i still prefer their "9 Degrees of Chocolate" more.

We came for drinks before our dinner reservation. I had an amazing Ramos Gin Fizz while sharing a meat and cheese plate and a Scotch Egg with my husband. For dinner we enjoyed the sea bass and the prime ny steak. Everything was superb.

Just a fabulous eveing!! So impressed with everything - from the service to the food / beyond impressed!! Highly recommend & will definitely be back!!

Great location by the ocean and the venue was warm, open, inviting and spacious. Food was among one of the more creative endeavors for Orange County. Service was fantastic.

Went for Valentine's Day. Recommend the patio - great ambiance and wide open space. We didn't feel crammed like you normally do at pricey romantic restaurants.
Food was awesome, drinks were good, and our server was charming. Expensive, but a great experience.

Perfect Valentine date. Love the small nibble options and their fresh bread. Salmon ctudo was delicious. Service was very attentive.

We celebrated Valentine's Day early at Watertable. Our server was very attentive and personable. The food was very good and beautifully presented. The scallop appetizer was amazing! The short rib entree was so flavorful and melted in our mouths. I highly recommend the signature dessert, it's chocolate heaven.

Late night bite to eat, this was the perfect spot. Seated by the fireplace, we enjoyed salad and appetizers and fabulous service by Kameron. We will return soon!

Very unique menu with exotic ingredients. The food was good, service was excellent, fast valet service. The overall experience was excellent and the price was reasonable.

Seated out on the patio, and it was not too cold considering it is February. We both ordered the cedar-plank salmon, which was delicious. I had mine with the asparagus on the side - delicious. There bread is very tasty too; does not need butter. We will be back.

I was disappointed to see the Christmas decorations down already since we have not yet hit the 12 Days of Christmas, the holiday feel was definitely lacking, but the food and our waitress were both great, which made up for the horrible "music" playing and the missing Christmas feel. We love the place though, so we will be back.

Everything was great, the service, the food and drinks...BUT...I’ve done New Year’s Eve early here before and could order off the dinner menu. We were surprised this year by the Prix-Fixe menu pricing. The food was amazing but I never would have made these reservations had I known how much I’d be spending! There was no notice on the website, nothing on Open Table when I made reservations and nothing when I confirmed! I’ll be checking next time!

Watertable is an upscale full service restaurant and a great choice for New Year's Eve. A special menu was served which include 4 courses for $95 Per person. My 1st course was the hamachi crudo appetizer which tasted like Peruvian ceviche. It was delicious but a larger portion would have been appreciated. My second course was a fresh and crunchy kale salad. My main was a small but filling fresh fried fish over farro (grain). This was my favorite course. I was very disappointed with the chocolate cake portion. It was gone in 2 bites. :-(
