We're spreading our wings. In early January 2019, Sky By The Water will merge the former Sky Bar and current Waters’ Restaurant up on the fifth floor of Resorts World, creating an exciting new social dining and drinking experience with stunning views.

Waters Restaurant at Resorts World Birmingham is a unique dining experience by an expert team headed up by Aaron Darnley, who has spent 12 years working alongside Andy Waters. Bringing together a young yet classically trained team of talent with a wealth of knowledge in the culinary industry, Waters’ restaurant serves an skilfully cooked menu of classic dishes.

Beautifully crafted yet uncomplicated, unique mains on the set menu include spiced lamb with goats cheese bonbon and the baked medallion of salmon risotto. Their dedicated vegetarian menu is just as special with delectable pasta dishes and roasted vegetable tart.

Absolutely fantastic please and the food was exceptional. We had a fantastic night which was topped by how superb the staff were. We will visiting again and more frequently! Thank you for a Wonderful night.

Myself and two colleagues ate here as our Company was exhibiting at a show at the NEC. We found Waters last year by accident and had a great meal there so booked again for this year. Didn't disappoint as again the food was outstanding. If the mushroom risotto in on the menu, you MUST try this. It is by far the best risotto I have ever tasted. Superb!! . Book with complete confidence - you will not be disappointed

Recommended by a member of staff at Hilton nearby for fine dining. We booked and were not disappointed. The decor and ambiance was amazing especially in a shopping mall. We were greeted by friendly helpful staff and taken to a lovely table. The menu was excellent with a great variety and overall good value. We chose the two course set menu and the flavours and presentation were wonderful. No hesitation to recommend and if we come back to NEC we will return.

Let me begin by just say, the food was one of the nicest I've had, but I've had to base the rating on other factors such as price. It was around £30+ each (including service charge) for a Sunday roast + a drink. Whilst that's not very expensive, it was in comparison to other places that offer Sunday roast. Personally, if it was something unique that I haven't had before, I would have given it 5 stars. But because it was just a regular Sunday roast at such price, I couldn't justify giving it 5 stars, even though it was very nice.

Great food and service. Lovely atmosphere. It was very busy for 4pm on a Sunday, testament to its quality. Friendly , attentive but not overbearing staff completed the package.

This is a 10 out of 10 restaurant. Excellent value pre concert meal which looked beautiful, tasted wonderful and extremely good value at £22 for 3 courses. The wine we requested was out of stock but an equally good replacement arrived which was actually slightly cheaper. We never had to lift the bottle as, as soon as the glasses needed topping up so the sommelier appeared and did it for us. One of our party had a peanut allergy which I had included in my online booking and without ever reminding the staff they covered all options. I will not hesitate to book again, my only complaint is that they are not located in the city but then again where would we eat before a concert at the Genting. Congratulations to all who looked after our every need when we visited.
