   First and foremost, I want to thank the General Manager, Ryan, for helping me with our reservation. The waitresses were amazing, and the food was delicious. The views of Niagara Falls were stunning. The most important part was that my fiancé enjoyed his birthday dinner. The Watermark Restaurant is amazing.

   The food was phenomenal and well proportioned. The Caesar salad was excellent. I especially loved the crunchy cheese. The maple glazed salmon was amazing. It was sweet, so if you want salty get something else. The chocolate desert was incredible. The proportions were perfect and I didn't leave feeling stuffed, just satisfied. The service was amazing. Our waiter was a master of his profession. And of course the view was the best restaurant view you could imagine with Niagara Falls right there in plain view.

   Watermark sent me an email within 24 hours of my reservation saying the restaurant was closed that night and they were cancelling my reservation.

   The million dollar view is worth the trip. But it gets better....The staff were great, they helped with each others tables serving or clearing and they were efficient but also fun. We ordered from the early menu which is somewhat limited....That said the food was very good, the focaccia bread was perfect, the Caesar salad was good and the meals very tasty....The dessert was excellent. Being older - we would prefer to order from a menu, the set menu is too much food for us. We did enjoy the restaurant and would recommend it

   Have eaten here several times over the years. This was the best meal yet. My gf & I were both more than satisfied-from start to finish. Our server Galvin was the perfect compliment to this beautiful place. The shrimp cocktail,salmon, & crème brûlée were all so very good. Highly recommend this restaurant for your special getaway. Will be back again for sure!

   Food was under a heat lamp. Out of date decor. It’s a cafeteria in the sky. Not worth the price!

   Food was average nothing exciting, same pan gravy on my husband’s steak and my chicken. The restaurant gets really dark at night I could hardly see my plate. Service was excellent. View amazing.

   Service was fantastic, food was great especially for the price. Drinks were a tiny bit underwhelming and steak was slightly overcooked but the view and experoence def made up for it.

    Overall a very average experience. We book the Fallsview dining experience and got a view of the river. The calamari tasted like rubber. Best course was dessert. The service was great tho!
