Dinner was absolutely incredible. We had so many places to choose from but ultimately settled on watercolour grillhouse and we were absolutely not disappointed. The sushi was incredible and the rolls were very unique. The oysters were probably some of the best I've ever had and the scallops and risotto is one of my favorite dishes and this version blew all others out of the water.

Overall it was great! Although a little slow, staff was friendly. Outside seating was a little underwhelming. The table was dirty and no one offered to wipe it down. However, food was absolutely delicious.

The Food was all over salted Fresh fish Poor quality meat/steak. Worst cut of filet I’ve ever had at a restaurant Service was friendly but extremely slow. Uncomfortably slow. Made European dining seem fast. Clearly under staffed.

from the moment we walked in, we knew we were going to have a great experience. The hostess was very pleasant and wished us a happy anniversary and made we had the perfect seat. Our server Michelle was very friendly and made our dinner so much fun. Our food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The views are equally amazing. This is a must, on your places to dine!

Food was excellent! Loved the sides to share like Ruth Chris steakhouse! We had way more food than needed! Chilean sea bass was so tender it flaked apart paired with Brussel spouts was the best! My husband had the filet and crab cake which was prepared just right! We both finished with one of the best key lime pies!

My wife and I both agreed the food was not just good it was Delicious. It was a great meal. Scott our waiter was very personable and attentive . All in all a great experience. Would definitely recommend The Watercolour Grillhouse.

Great water views inside and outside. Food was excellent. Michelle was very good. I know how difficult it is today to get enough workers. It appeared she was covering a large area and that created a wait at certain times. But overall, a very nice experience.

The food was delicious- a little pricey but worth it. My husband had the filet and it was perfectly cooked. I had the red snapper sautéed with caper lemon butter sauce. It was delicious and perfectly seasoned. We sat outside and enjoyed the view of the inter coastal. Saw dolphins jumping and had a pleasant conversation with a family at a table next to us. The pace of the dinner was perfect - we were not rushed to leave and the service was great. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want a resort type atmosphere and fine dining experience.

Very kind service and excellent food. Unfortunately it is still a Florida hotel restaurant so that means plenty of kids and grown men coming in sun burnt, sweaty and without shoes to come order things from the bar. Drinks are extremely sweet and can come out fairly slow. For one guy running the sushi bar I give him credit for making some damn sushi that was very well presented. If there was some way to block the restaurant off from the hotel pool and enclose it from the lobby to block out the noise it would be a great place. Also don’t know about the need for two piece jazz band in such a small place that’s already pretty loud.

Even after asking the hostess and manager to send a server, we still waited 25 minutes for someone to come to our table. Drinks came out quickly after that, but when appetizers were served we couldn’t get anyone to bring us table settings - napkins, silverware, plates… Main course was served without sides and one of our party didn’t receive her meal. Another twenty minutes later for her meal to come out and still no side dishes. After our plates were cleared, 10 minutes later sides delivered lukewarm. The restaurant was not overly busy and we had reservations for several parties all seated around the same time who all finished and left before we were served our food.

Went here for my 30th birthday after reading the reviews.. I was BLOWN away. I am from New Jersey so I know a good meal when I have one. From the steak to all the side’s everything was cooked perfect!! The risotto and Mac and cheese is my most recommended side. The filet was juicy and had amazing flavor. I stayed at Opal sands and drove to Marriott just to have this meal & I definitely would recommend to everyone who wants an outstanding steak. Gerry, the host was also such a amazing person was so nice with seating and booking.

We stayed at the hotel and I called ahead to see if they could do anything for my wife’s 30th birthday (and Babymoon). They said they could do something special for desert so I didn’t get anything (assuming they had it covered). They didn’t do anything except say happy birthday when they greeted us at check in. It was a big birthday- very disappointing. The service itself was just ok too. We were empty on water most of the night and they didn’t bring out silverware so I went to the host stand and got it myself. Not what was expected at all (especially at the prices they charge).

Our server barely came to check on us. Never asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. Never came back after the dinner came out to check in. We sat outside and the seats were soaked. Then the check came there was a dessert on our bill that we clearly didn’t order. Seemed sketch to me. I think after our 2 martinis he thought he could pull a fast one. Not cool.

My husband had the beef and crab cake. The crab was good. The beef was chewy but when cut into very small pieces was okay. I had ravioli with beef which was good although I found the ravioli a little too Al dente. Our waitress was very pleasant but didn’t return after our first few bites, otherwise, we might have said something but it wasn’t that bad. The ambiance was great and would be a reason to return but I would be more choosy ordering.

We had an excellent time at Watercolour Grillhouse. The location is beautiful, water views at every table. Our meals were excellent, we enjoyed the grilled grouper and chilean sea bass, as well as sides of asparagus and Mac and cheese. I would recommend these to anyone!

The view was lovely over looking the water. Our meals were outstanding! We would highly recommend the Scallops and Risotto and the grilled Red Snapper. Our server was sweet and very accommodating. The only minor complaint we had was that the bar service was extremely slow. This will be our new go to it place when we visit Clearwater Beach.

Sirloin steak was inedible. At least Manager took it off bill. Service was poor. We have been coming to this restaurant for many years on holiday. Never had such an unexpected experience. Caprese salad and mussels were delicious. Bread was $13 which is ridiculous. Given extraordinary prices - steak was $49 - very very disappointing. Probably won’t return next holiday.
