Our waitress made sure we were able to make it to the Symphony on time. Oyster Festival gave us so many choices that we settled on a platter with 3 dishes in it.

We went before the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra concert, as we do about once a month. The annual Oyster Festival was going on, which we enjoy each year. Had a great server who made great suggestions and was patient with us when we had questions about many of the different oyster dishes. I highly recommend Washington Platform for casual dining and always great servers!

Good Food, Good Service, Good Location, Enjoyed the oysters

Stopped in for dinner before an event at Memorial Hall - Mavis Staples - so was in celebatory mood!! Washington Platform did not disappoint!! Food was wonderful, spicy shrimp & grits and service great too! Love the exposed brick walls, cozy environment. Can't wait to return!!

The first negative thing that happened was that we two women were seated at a booth in the back of the restaurant by the kitchen. When will restaurants learn not to do this. That should be the last table given to anyone and they should apologize for it. We even had reservations so should have had a much nicer table waiting for us (this was 5:30 on a Thursday). Next the waitress took our orders, brought our salads and did not followup with our wine order. When we were about finished with our salads and asked if she forgot our wine, she blamed it on the bar - that she had put the order in but apparently didn't followup with it. Then about half way through our meal a family with kids were seated at the booth in back of me (I was facing the kitchen so they were more in the restaurant proper) and the toddler was kicking the seat which vibrated through to my seat and was noisy. Food was good but the atmosphere and service was all downhill.

Food was delicious! Service was good. It was a bit too loud that night!

Oyster festival was fun to experience with over 40 oyster variations. Food was very good for all 4 of us

Went for Oyster season. Multitude of dishes containing oysters but no choice of what kind of oysters - no tasting comparison menu. Dishes we had were all good and they are the only restaurant in town offering so many oyster dishes.

Food was very good service was very good and will be going back very soon

Love oysterfest! One of our favorite dining events of the year.

Bartender took special care to make me blue cheese stuffed olives for my martini. Sat at the bar for drinks, great appetizers, and then for our dinner. This is oyster weeks and some many dishes. Awesome oyster, seafood paella.

Delicious menu items and great service; they also have a very popular oyster fest going on at the moment, and the wait staff are very knowledgeable about the options.

Oyster Fest is a must-attend event for us. Great food and enjoyed the endless choices of oysters prepared dozens ways. What a tasty paradise! Thanks for doing it every year and keeping fresh still! Bravo!

As always, this Jazz Brunch gives the feeling a great New Orleans style brunch; especially during Oyster Festival.

Overall good experience. One of our guest meal was over cooked so it was not enjoyable for them.

Great fried oysters. Other meals also excellent. Other diners had the scallops and a salad with crab meat. All of the food is good as is the beer selection.

We went expressly for oysters and savored every bite of the appetizer -- oysters with bacon. Yum. The seafood chowder was good,also, but too much. All five of us enjoyed our dinners. We'll go again when the Oyster Festival begins.

We eat at Washington Platform before Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra concerts at least once a month. Lots of choices, from breakfast to complete dinners. Always nice servers and great food. My friend says it's one of the best burgers she's had and I love the fish tacos!

Decent vibe. Great food! Highly recommend the jambapastalaya! The crab cakes were fantastic as well. Will definitely go again sometime.

Lovely time with a friend for our bday weekend away. Searched open tables for distance, available reservations, and menu and came across the restaurant. It didn’t disappoint. It’s a very unassuming building but the food was great and our server was excellent.

We came for dinner before the Cinci Pops performance. Service was good, meals came out almost too fast, we were not done with our salads when dinner arrived. Fish sandwich tasted good, but over cooked. One bad oyster out of six. Crab cakes are deep fried which I was not expecting, and were just ok. Brussel sprouts, rest of oysters and salads were good.

Great evening, great food, great service. Oyster appetizer and cold beer set the stage for a nice evening. Live music was a pleasant surprise as well, Steel Drum was a treat.

Overall, the restaurant was a fantastic place to go for a Sunday brunch! The food was excellent, and the ambiance was second to none. Just wish the service was a little faster

We dined at Washington Platform right before a concert at Music Hall. The venue is VERY close (just a few blocks) and the atmosphere/booths are very nice for a pre-concert dinner. The food was well prepared. Service could have been a little better, but our server was very nice. She seemed a bit unfamiliar with the menu, so guessing she was new - but definitely she was in earnest. We had a great seat/booth, and enjoyed the dinner very much. Food was freshly prepared.

My husband and I visited here for the first time and loved it. We were seated immediately and drinks were served within 10 mins. Our apps were served shortly thereafter. Our waitress was very attentive as was the girl refilling our drinks. The place is cozy and quiet. The food was delicious and we will definitely be back to try more dishes! I highly recommend!
