Great time
Glad we reserved on Open Table. Walked right past about 10 people waiting in line and were seated right away. Their miso soup was calmer than others but all the more enjoyable. Steak, scallops, and shrimp were all enjoyable.
Some of the best sushi I've ever had. The quality or the fish is top shelf. The rolls are mostly fish, not just rice. Only drawback is that this place is very crowded and loud. If you can deal with that, then you are in for a treat.
Food was great!! My only complaint was the wait time. Although you have a reservation you always have to wait at least 45 minutes to be seated.
Great fun! Good food! Semi long wait, but overall a great fun place to eat with family and friends
Fun experience with kids!
Being new to the area, visiting a quality sushi restaurant can be concerning. I can always rely on Open Table reviews to set me on the right path to dining. All the reviews a read were positive and gave the restaurant 4 1/2 star average and they were on the money. The service was prompt, the wait staff were pleasant and the sushi was great with good presentation. I would go back with out a second thought.
Overall we had a good time. It was my son's birthday and he loves it there! A part of our party was late which caused some confusion when it came time for habachi. The fried rice which is always a hit in my family, was very bland and seemed a bit rushed when cooking it. Other than that, all went well.
Good sushi but nothing spectacular. Pad Thai was underwhelming, too soupy, with very little chicken. The salad was an afterthought - a few pieces of iceberg lettuce with a tomato and a bland dressing. The place has terrible acoustics and was extremely noisy, even though the place was barely half full. The Hibachi area is large, but the folks who want just regular food were crammed into a very small space.

Great food and great service. Habachi show was nice. I've seen more intricate Habachi chefs, but chef was very personable. A+ time.
We go to Wasabi because of the fresh yummy sushi. It's the best around. The waiter, Denny, was very efficient and friendly. Like the service better than before.
We will visit Wasabi again.
Great food, great atmosphere, friendly staff. Wine list could be better.
Just the best Japanese steakhouse around for sure. It is a smaller place not like those big fancy places. It has the best tasting food, best portions, and best sauces around. The drinks are great too!
While visiting friends in NH, they suggested we try Wasabi. Glad we did. With one exception (calamari & shrimp appetizer was skimpy and overcooked), the food was very good. I had Pad Thai and it was one of the best I've ever had (and I've eaten a LOT). Good service. Please be aware that the Hibachi section is the largest part of the restaurant and the room we ate in was fairly small and crowded on a Friday night.
Fun and delicious! Prices were reasonable for the included interactive dinner show. We shared a hibachi for 2 combo. Tons of food. Will definitely go back.
A great time! Fun atmosphere, Delicious food, and very entertaining chef! Service was excellent. Loved this restaurant. I would definitely recommend!
I chose this restaurant because they listed having a hot pot, but when it arrived it was a bowl of soup not what I had expected
The Salmon sushi plate was tasty
Excellent as always!
Great place for sushi! Excellent service and food all the time
We were a large group of 15 for a work holiday party. Our waiters and chefs were awesome. In the years past we've gone to another local hibachi restaurant but were not satisfied with the customer service. We'll be back to wasabi next year!
We always go for the sushi and it is never disappointing.
food was great bar service was slow. apps took awhile to come out but we're very good. manager bought us a round of scorpion bowls because we didn't get to the table until 45 minutes after our reservation time. it was very nice gesture. my third time there and I will be back for sure
I love this place more than any other hibachi restaurant. The sauces are great, the portions are good, the food is better than most others I have tried. The noodles are AWESOME. The only bad part is rice and/or noodles are extra with all dishes where other places one or the other are included. Other than that - perfect! The drinks aren't so bad either ;)
Getting there and mentioning the Open Table reservation was obvious not possible, since the hostess didn't know anything about Open Table! She was clueless!
I then talked to the manager and he said it was okay.
We got a table anyhow and as always, the sushi was delicious. The service was just okay, nothing great.
It is because of the sushi we go back there.
Thinking of Wasabi tonight? Go for it!
What can I say? Wasabi doesn't have a michelin star rating, but the food is reliably good, the service is good, and the teppanyaki show is not the best, but far from the worst that I've paid more money for. The sushi is good, the star being the volcano roll, which never disappoints.
Wasabi was fun for our entire group of 10. Since we figured there would be other graduation celebration dinners, we made a reservation to avoid a potentially long wait. Upon arrival at our reservation time, we still had to wait more than an hour. It was not pleasant as the place was very busy with a small waiting/bar area not well suited for children. Two other groups that also had reservations left instead of waiting. Once we were seated, the chef put on a great show and the food was delicious.
The food had a funny odor was the first and last time we will go to this restaurant waitress couldn't explain the dishes well overall expensive and a waste of money.
The sushi is always fresh and nicely presented. After the entrees, I got my meal but the waitress forgot my husbands and it came way after I was finished, because I mentioned it to her. The manager heard and offered my husband a beer, which was very nice. I guess the whole thing was a misunderstanding. We will be back.
Hibachi experience was very good - nothing out of the ordinary, but professional. My young son seemed to enjoy the entertainment. Portions were good, pricey for experience and portions.
My Open Table reservation was for 7 pm, and we were seated at around 7:45 pm.
We would go back for the food - hope organization is on their to-do list for improvement. Friendly staff there.
This is one of our kids favorite places to go for celebration dinners. We like it because we know the food is always great, the atmosphere is very relaxed and we can bring anywhere from 2-10 people and be easily accommodated. However, it is not an inexpensive night out - expect to pay between 25 - 40 per person.
Like I said, the food was great and the service was good but the waitress could use a lesson in customer service. Each time she came to the table, it felt like she was dropping the plates on the table and trying to take away plates we were still eating from.
This it's one of my new favorite places for hibachi, I've been to new Tokyo (rip) and Tomo. The atmosphere here it's more relaxed and not as much of a scene hang out like Tomo but I enjoyed it. The food it's seasoned so well full of flavor not bland, but not too much where any one ingredient over powers the rest of the meal. The portions are generous and the prices are very affordable compared to others in the area. The sushi is great so far, the sushi rice perfection as well. The hibachi chef was quick. The only thing that caught me off guard that I hadn't noticed in the past due to going in large groups, Is that the hibachi rice it's default boiled white rice, if you want fried rice with veggies ect, it's an extra $2. But overall it's my new hibachi place.
Like always, we had sushi and sashimi and it was very good. This is the place to go for sushi. It is always fresh.
the hostess stand is a little disorganized, but definitely worth it.
Wonderful food and friendly, quick service. Wasabi is my favorite place to go!
Excellent food! Scallion pancakes so delicious and fresh, outstanding sushi and incredible pad Thai! Sat in dining room while hibachi tables were full with loud happy people. Highly recommend!
We are eating at Wasabi a few times a year because the sushi is really fresh. The service is okay but a bit too rushed!
Not the best! Not the worst. We preferred a table for two only where the food was OK and the service very fast. and not leisurely. There were sound of fun coming from the Hibachi Table area and that section appeared to be a good time for families.
