                                                Wir waren gestern, vor einem Besuch in der Philharmonie, im Wartesaal am Dom zum Nachtessen. Der Gesamteindruck war wirklich stimmig und auch der Service hat uns gut gefallen. Nun zum Wichtigsten: Das Essen war eigentlich sehr gut. Lediglich die Königsberger Klopse waren etwas zu trocken geraten. Der Lachs war dagegen sehr saftig und ausgewogen. Die Blutwurst sehr schmackhaft, aber ein wenig zu flüssig. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit Potential nach oben …

                                                Die Vorspeise Ziegenkäse-Pralinen, ist schlecht beschrieben in der Speisekarte. Es waren drei Ziegenkäse-Pralinen in einem großen, gemischten Salat. Insgesamt sehr lecker, aber als Vorspeise viel zu groß... Tafelspitz mit Meerrettich, Püree und Karotten: Püree und Karotten waren gut. Die Meerrettichsoße schmeckte nach Wasser und es fehlte definitiv Meerrettich! Der Tafelspitz: es waren sehr große Stücke, eins davon war hart (Endstück) es fehlte Salz und Pfeffer. Das ist ausbaufähig!!! Aber der Service und das Ambiente waren sehr gut!!
