The restaurant features sit-down video games, with roomy U-shaped booths facing flat-screen televisions, available for the ultimate sports experience. Above the booths are shelves holding old sports books and equipment.

A bar to watch games where you can reserve a table online? Who doesn't love that?!
The bar food with a gourmet bend is slipping .... wings weren’t a 10 and other items were forgettable
My night was just amazing ! I reserved and got a full booth for 4. Menu was very good and cheap. Beer is also very good and cheap. We meet Jennifer Lawrence at the bar, what incredible moment in our life. Seriously it's a small place but amazing ! I will pass by my next time in NY.
Open table positions this as a restaurant. Its not. Its not even close. It’s a dive bar with 4 food items (besides appetizers). Simply terrible.
Top-notch sports bar in an area without too many other choices. Excellent food, individual screens/sound systems set up so that patrons can watch their own games (with commentary) even if a more prominent game or team is being feature on the bar screens.
Came to celebrate a birthday and watch the world cup. They gave our booth away even though I had called multiple times to confirm the table for 6. Wound up cramped in a small space. There was only one waitress serving all the bar (!). She did her best but man, was service awful. They ran out of the philly cheesesteak and the “mild” wings were super spicy. I did have a great burger though. I can’t recommend the bar for reservations —bc they lost my trust in that arena—but I can say it has a cool vibe and probably works for a casual beer/night out.
We have never had this happen in the history of Open Table, but we were turned away by the restaurant. We live in the neighborhood and have frequented Warren 77 for years, including having rented out the space privately. It’s our go-to spot for an impromptu casual dinner, birthday drinks, after-work drinks, and especially sports watching. We made a reservation this morning to watch the Champions League final—-our first planned Warren 77 date since we had our first child a few months ago. We made a reservation to ensure we had a table so we could eat and have space for our little one. When my husband showed up for our reservation he was told it “just came through” the system (although my open table email confirmation showed the reservation was made hours before) and there were no tables. Mistakes happen, of course, but the staff made no effort to rectify the situation and instead were completely unhelpful (suggesting we eat at the bar doesn’t really work for a baby, and the half-hearted explanation that the tables were full because of the soccer game—exactly, why do you think we made a reservation at 2:30 in the afternoon?—fell flat). We abandoned our plans for an afternoon date. What a bummer. It does seem uncharacteristic of Warren 77 service where we are usually welcomed back with smiles, but so disappointing. If we can’t count on reservations we will have to make other plans for the World Cup matches.
Still the best sports bar downtown after all these years
Great time :)
Great fun place!! Really good food, plus the Rangers game was on - my kind of place!
Good sports bar, decent food. Server was great, we were there on a Sunday and I think he was the only server for all the tables and he did an incredible job!
Loud. LOUD. My friend and I went in to eat and nearly got bowled over by some dude (not a man, a dude) in a backwards cap. But we ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup, with a side of poutine. The comfort level of this food was ASTONISHING. Very tasty
Absolutely terrible restaurant. We discussed leaving when we first walked into the place, but decided to at least give it a try. That was a mistake. The water tasted like cleaning solution, as the must have just sprayed the cups with bleach, and it was probably the worst margarita I've ever had.
I got the tacos which were essential canned chili in taco shells you get at the grocery store. 3 cost $14 when they realistically should have cost 40 cents.
My wife had the chicken Caesar wrap and it was basically rancid.
This place is a dive bar that serves horrible food - simple as that. Should have know by the looks, but I honestly wouldn't even drink a beer there. Absolutely awful food that cost way too much.
Do not go.
One of the best sports bars in town. Perfect place to catch a game. True New Yorker vibe.
From the moment I entered, the staff were friendly and helpful. I asked to change my reservation, the hostess obliged immediately. We went to watch games, and they were responsive to each and every request. The wait and bar staff were friendly and attentive. I have nothing negative to say, they were friendly, accommodating, and professional.
Warren 77 was a great gathering spot for a mini family reunion. Beer and food were just right and the service was fantastic!
We grabbed a table here for a lunch break during a business conference. This place serves a good mix of tacos, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and wings.
I was the only one who did not feel like their meal was excellent, which is why I still gave them 4/5 stars. Despite the waitress's recommendation, my wings were overcooked and dry, (the meat was crunchy on some of them, but we were in too much of a hurry to have them remade. The sauces were good, but I couldn't get past the fried-to-death chicken. The huge beer-battered onion rings were great and all of the other guys liked their sandwiches and salads and felt like Warren 77 was a good find.
We particularly liked the decor. Very grunge, hole-in-the-wall type place. Very cool and different to what we are used to.
My only real complaint was the burnt wings, but other than that, I would definitely recommend.
I wouldn't know. They called and canceled my 4pm reservation for 6 people at 1:40 saying that the NY Giants just reserved all the tables. This reservation was made a week prior to watch the Giants Green Bay game with friends. So basically if you have a reservation here, it's only good until someone willing to spend more money comes along. It's a small sports bar that is fully booked for any big Giants or NY Rangers game so it's not like they had it half booked and the Giants wanted to book the entire place. They just chose to accommodate the Giants instead of their regular, local customers. Never again
Best part of the bar is that there is always hockey on and Molson Canadian on tap. Reserve a table in the back where it's quieter and there's a view of the TVs over the bar.
The door was is awesome. I loved that door.
Just enough food at a decent price. Our service was pretty good, except they stopped by to see how the food was before everyone had an opportunity to dig in, and didn't come around again to see how it was or if we needed more drinks. Other than that, we liked it a lot.
Very, very uncomfortable seats. Food is bad bar food at best. It's a sports bar with bad seating. The volume is ear splitting so it's only for drinking beer and watching games. I'm sure it's great for that but nothing more
Perfect spot to watch Football with friends! Their nachos are amazing too!
We were the only table there for brunch. No coffee but the food was delicious!
The sunday brunch-time bartender who served us was one of the nicest most hospitable people I've met while dining out. The bar was pretty empty at 10am on a Sunday but after a red-eye home, I was looking for a hearty brunch in a casual atmosphere. The double patty burger with american cheese on a soft but structurally sound bun was perfectly cooked in a fast food style (rather than a fat steakhouse burger), with addictive homemade crinkle cut pickles, special sauce and potato chips. The chicken sandwich with bacon, avocado and spicy aoli was also great, though the chicken could have been cooked a bit less so that the perfectly squishy potato bun didn't fall apart during consumption. Greyhound cocktails rounded things out perfectly. This is an excellent neighborhood bar with surprisingly great food.
restaurant was empty at 1:00pm on a saturday, but we were there to watch olympics, so that was fine! food was delicious, drinks were good service was quick, and prices were reasonable.
Just came in for a drink and added the nachos. Everything was fine. There is a very nice, very large woodcut wall piece of NY sports history. Very impressive and enjoyed looking at all its components. It's a good place for tv sports and a beer or two
The service was excellent and the retro decor is pretty cool. I went with a party of four and all enjoyed their food. A nice place to relax and have a beer
Great service, good food
And they did nothing to help out. Just pointed out how busy they where and that there was nothing they could do. Dont go!
This is a sports bar, definitely not a restaurant. It's too loud for dining if you don't care about the hockey games on TV. The nachos and meatball sliders used to be enough of a draw, but the nachos are good, not as amazing, and sliders no longer appear on the menu.
The burger was awful. The cheese looked so processed and the meat had no flavor.
The beer was fresh and the server, Molly, was very nice and attentive. Again, I would go here for beer and hockey if I liked hockey. But would not eat here again.
I went there for a last-minute lunch. The place exceeded my expectations. I had a chicken sandwich which was very good and generous portion. The service was friendly and professional. The place is a bit dark, but it is a sports bar after all.
Great service. Had a group of 5 with multiple requests. Server was very accommodating
We made reservations for the super bowl and we had a great time! The food and the drinks were amazing! Definitely exceeded my expectations!
Food was great, staff went above and beyond and always a great place to see a game.
No coffee / no maple syrup for waffles / breakfast potatoes are french fries. Brought our food then realized they were out of syrup so we had to sit and wait for someone to run to Whole Foods and get some. Positive side, they did comp because we had to wait while food got cold.
Not a brunch place if you are looking for breakfast foods.
feels like there must be a new cook in kitchen. food not very good.
it had been on past visits. too bad, because this is a fun sports bar and food had always been consistently good. would recommend for service, beers/drinks and tv sports viewing.
Nachoes no. 1
Food was nice, but it took a loooong time to be served and the house was not exactly full. Service was sloppy. The funny thing was the fact that they don't serve coffee and it was brunch time. First time I saw it in NY.
