   Excellent host, wait staff and bartenders. All were were friendly and attentive. Nice, quiet ambiance too. The cocktails were tasty and well-made. The lobster bisque was bland. One cup had little to no lobster. Our prime rib and seafood entree were tasty. Maybe a bit pricey, but I may be somewhat overly critical as the prices were comparable to other fine dining establishments. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

   This family run Steakhouse features excellent quality meats and seafood in a supper club atmosphere. Service was friendly (we met 4 members of the Ward family during our meal) and the service was above average. Everything from the cocktails & apps to the salads & entrees was a cut above. Great experience all around.

    The host was very rude. She rolled her eyes twice, which is very unprofessional. The order of the steak was well done and they brought it back medium well. Now we had to wait another 30 before eating so then my food was cold waiting on my fiancée plate. The soda was flat. They also added a $20 gratuity which I don’t agree with. Who said our server deserved 20% she didn’t bring steak sauce and didn’t ask if we wanted refills. It was an OKAY experience

    We had a wonderful Valentine's Day dinner at Ward's! Our server, Derrick, did an outstanding job and served the courses at just the right pace. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the sides were great too. Upon leaving the establishment, the owner, Mr. Ward, presented my wife with a red rose, which was a nice touch!

    Experience was great very friendly service. We showed up early for our reservation and we were able to be seated right away despite showing up 1 hour early. The food was amazing cooked to perfection would definitely be returning!!!

    It was our first time and the prime rib exceeded expectations. Great wine recommendations that matched exactly what we were looking for. Service was prompt, polite and professional. Absolutely recommend & will be back again.

    had a few gnats flying around our table the entire time, managed to kill one and told waitress while showing her and she was just”oh,,,,ok weird” and walked off. Like WTF how about at least I’m sorry about that. One steak was ordered as medium well but actually was well done. My friend didn’t say anything though (I would’ve since it was no pink at all) After paying bill we seen a manager and she apologized and offered us a 20% off card to use in the future. Well I won’t be returning so I’ll just give it to someone.

    We were expecting quite a bit more from such a well known and established dining destination for our 45th Anniversary Celebration...Very disappointed in the Food preparation...Nothing to recommend other than my wife's salad and my Lobster bisque...The ambience was non-existent...Steaks were unremarkable...Another reason not to go DownTown...We Will not be back😔

    My first time at this smart and comfortable restaurant. I was greeted and taken to my seat immediately. The service, food, and ambiance were all superior. The owner stopped by and spent time making me feel comfortable throughout the evening. It is refreshing to dine at a family restaurant, that understands the meaning of customer service and satisfaction. I highly recommend Ward's.

    Very slow bar service, waited over 15 minutes for 2 drinks. Had to send a steak back due to undercooked. Server did not check in drinks or issues at the table for quite a while into the meal. Overall decent food and very nice wine selection.

    The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. However the ambience was just “missing”! The Christmas decorations were tacky and cheap looking. The lamp by our table was dirty. I actually took a picture of it it was so dirty. Very disappointed

    Everything was perfect 9/10. The food, service, prices and ambiance was amazing. However, the only thing that we didn't like was a worker by the bar on their phone playing a game which was loud. We were in the other room, but we could clearly hear the game. We understand if it was slow at the moment, but it was a distraction at times. Either stay off, or be silent. Otherwise, a perfect evening.

    This is the eighth year that we have gone to Ward's on Christmas Eve and have enjoyed the special evening from start to finish. Katie welcomes us and seats us at "our" booth, the one where we got engaged Christmas eve five years ago. Jenny has taken care of us from there over the years. While they are busy, especially on a holiday, she never rushes us, giving us her full attention. Always wonderful specials to choose from. Whether we have steak or seafood it is cooked perfectly as ordered every time. Order a sauce to go with either, unique and the perfect accompaniment! We love their salads and the option to upgrade to any of them. The twice baked potato is amazing, so creamy and flavorful. Ward's is a great place to celebrate or just have a wonderful dinner out any night of the week. Watch for their wine dinners as the one we went to in November was amazing!
