Celebrated some birthdays at Ward 8 on a Saturday evening at 8. The restaurant was not very crowded. Everyone seemed to enjoy their cocktails. The burger was delicious! Mac and cheese was also very tasty. Prompt/friendly service. I would go back!

Overall good experience. Good was pretty good. The service was fine. Good place to go after work or if you’re catching a game or show at the garden.

We regularly go to Ward 8 since we live nearby. Food is always excellent and it’s a convenient neighborhood place.

Unfortunately, the consistently good food and service is ruined by an acoustic issue in the dining area near the windows. Sound really carries from the noisy clientele. I hope Ward 8 introduces some fabric or cushions to help muffle the noise.

The food and drinks were fantastic! Service was a little slow, but it was busy and the food came out relatively quickly after our order was eventually taken.

The duck wings were amazing. The noise level was on the louder side but great atmosphere overall. Would certainly recommend to friends.

Honestly I was pretty disappointed. Ordered a $13 salad, chose to add steak (no price listed for add-ons), got the bill and it was 14 dollars for the small pieces of chewy steak. $27 for a very small salad and a tiny piece of chew meat. Wife ordered mac and cheese and it was also very mediocre.

Atmosphere was really loud. Made a reservation and arrived on time but still had to wait 15 minutes. And services was just ok. Seeing the other positive reviews ahead of time I was very let down.

Have eaten at restaurant several times. This time lobster roll was not good lobster was dry skimpy and disappointing. Last time it was the best that’s why I reordered. Usually food is great. Also salad was not as crisp. Oh well. Still recommend it. Maybe off night.

It was a game night, but I feel like my experience from a few years ago was better. Food seemed cheaper, service too. A little more of a bar bar than a nicer restaurant. The first time we went it seemed like a nice

Great restaurant. I would pick this over any other in vicinity of TD Garden and most others in town. Lobster roll was best I ever had and I live in Maine. Food overall was excellent. Salads so fresh and unique. Love this hidden gem. Service was outstanding.

Chairs at tables are not comfortable. Only one restroom for each men and women and it was dirty. Service not good. Had cob salad with tuna - lacked flavor and tuna was both poorly seasoned and poorly seared.

Burger seemed microwaved, fries were great, salad was yummo but a little warm. Cake was so so, but the soft serve amazing. It was great for the location which was near our concert we were going to. Overall good, well priced too.

Messed up my reservation but otherwise a fine experience. I did have a friend leave flowers and candy with the staff to be put at my table when I arrived but the staff was unable to accomplish this. A big disappointment for my friend.

We're very accommodating as our group size kept changing and one guest arrived late and joined us so were at table for quite a while. Luckily it was not busy.

Duck wings were yummy, as was the caesar salad with Salmon. Waitress was attentive and friendly. Only issue: we were dining whiskey on the rocks, and the drinks seemed particularly skimpy.

It was good, but the menu options were limited in terms on entrees and sort of all over the place . The food was very good and priced well for a trendy downtown spot, but the drink prices were rather high for what they were.

A mixed bag. The food was good, actually quite good. The service, uneven. I ordered a drink with a vodka they do not carry, Grey Goose, not exactly exotic, and I honestly got an eye roll from the waitress, like she was put out that I asked for something they did not have. The person who delivered our food was friendly and polite. Ms. Eye Roll took forever to deliver the bill. The sound level is blisteringly high on a Friday night. Too bad, we live close by.

The restaurant was good, not great. And mobbed! Reservations are probably a must. The waiter was knowledgeable and capable. The food was pretty good, but pricey for the quantity... you sure aren't going to doggie bag anything. And that's perfectly fine, but the price should reflect that a little better. Drinks were on the lean side, too. Good music. Uncomfortable trendy metal chairs. My chief issue was the one-stall bathroom. I get that there's not a lot of space, but there were no fewer than four women in line the entire time, many resorting to using the men's room. And it was quite a mess, frankly. Maybe I'm just too old for this messy, uncomfortable scene.

Food not worth the price, with the exception of the duck wings and pork buns. A better fit for sitting at the bar for a drink and a snack than a date night.

I like the location and the concept. We ordered the shrimp lettuce cups, salmon and scallops. I wasn't fond of any of the food we ordered. It seemed like each dish was "trying to hard." Each had just one element that did not belong, resulting in the natural beauty of the ingredients being overshadowed. For example, the shrimp had a creamy mayonaise sauce, the salmon was on a quinoa pilaf with a cream base and the scallops had one element too many, I would say the not quite ripe pears. We loved Nebo when it was there and have tried the restaurant a few times in hopes that we would love it as much, but sadly, I do not think we will return.

One of my fav spots. A very cozy restaurant with a warm and hip feel. Always great service and have never had a single food item that I didn't thoroughly enjoy and it's always prepared and seasoned properly. Love this place!

Went out with group of girlfriends to Ward 8 for 8PM Dinner on Friday night- was perfect level of lively without feeling over crowded/too noisey etc, staff was great but the food & drinks were even better. LOVED the ambiance and decor as well and cannot wait to return here.
