Great meal as usual. Oyster appetizer as well as carpaccio appetizer were both excellent. We had a variety of e tree choices, and all four of us greatly enjoyed. Cream brûlée and chocolate dessert should not be missed.

Pros: The food at Voyagers was absolutely amazing. No question about that. The broiled oysters, scallops, and filet were all prepared perfectly. The also gave us two chocolate-covered strawberries at the end of our meal. Cons: The service was a little slow at times. For instance, we were almost finished with our appetizer by the time our drinks arrived from the bar. It didn't appear to be the fault of our waiter who we constantly saw in the dining room but perhaps a slow bartender. We were placed at a lousy table. 99% of the tables in the restaurant have a beautiful view of the beach and ocean, and we were placed at one of the 2 tables that sites behind a mirrored wall without any kind of view (despite us having a reservation). When asked if we could have a different seat, the hostess informed us that all of the other tables were reserve. As we left the restaurant, we counted several tables that were unoccupied all night. I was charged an extra $3 for a "neat" drink. The menu price of the bourbon I ordered neat was $12 but when the bill arrived, it had an extra $3 added to it. I've seen an additional charge for a drink on the rocks, but never for a neat pour (it's literally the least amount of work that a bartender has to do, right?) and the size of the amount of liquid in the glass did not indicate that we received a large pour. Overall, I'd recommend the restaurant based on the food alone, but make sure you specify if you want a table with a view when you make your reservation.

A great meal every time. Gumbo soup was very good and unusual. Steaks are always very good. The Perdio Chicken is very good, unusual and tender. Very good cocktails and wines. We are usually too full for dessert, but it looks good.

As always, an excellent dining experience. One quibble: had to ask for Champagne to be served in flutes. Inexplicably, all flutes had been removed from dining room and first glass was served in a large mouthed wine glass. Fortunately our delightful server, Jessica, went out of her way to provide flutes.

This was our first visit. The ambience is great in this place that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. We arrived early and got a window seat. The food choices were great. I had an appetizer, wedge salad and the hanging sirloin. The sirloin was prepared as requested and was tasty. Unfortunately, the filet my wife ordered, though cooked medium as requested, was tough and had a texture of a pot roast. Needless to say, most of the filet went home to the dog in a box. We're not sure if this establishment serves prime grade meats, however the pricing certainly dictates that the meats be prime grade so this left us wondering. My wife did have a work with the server so she could pass the feedback to the Chef and she also spoke to the front door host. The host was genuinely concerned and apologized for the experience. He also arranged for a gift card that we can use at a future visit. We do intend to give this place another try. All of the staff were very nice.

We had a great time at Voyagers last night. The food was outstanding as well as the service. Adam took great care of us. He was very knowledgeable about the restaurant and of the menu and his recommendations were top notch. The sides where all very good we had a bit of everything, grits, mac and cheese, rice, corn, and beans. Everything was fabulous. We highly recommend this restaurant for special occasion or just a nice date night. We celebrated one of our friends birthday last night, and we will be back soon for my birthday since we now live here. :-)

Superb food and service. This restaurant is priority on my agenda every time I'm on the Coast. It is well worth the drive from Pensacola. Excellent view of sunsets and the food is delicious. The fried lobster was succulent; even the accompanying grits were outstanding.

Everything about our experience here was absolutely outstanding. From the professionalism of the staff to the quality of the food, it was all top notch. We had such a wonderful dining experience that we came back a second time. The venue is beautiful, the view is stunning and the service is world class. Now for the meal. The Mishima Reserve Wagyu Carpaccio melted in my mouth. I will be craving that taste for weeks to come. The filet mignon was buttery tenderness and cooked to perfection. The blue crab creamed spinach was creamy and the flavors were sweet and savory and layered brilliantly. For dessert my family chose the white chocolate peach bread pudding. I couldn’t finish it because the meal was so satisfying. The bites I did take were sheer bliss. Creamy, rich, sweet but not too sweet and crunchy. This is an experience to dream about. Compliments to the Chef, the staff and every person who waited our table.

While the meal was too expensive for us, the food was actually incredible! 10/10 for all 3 of our table members. Everything we had was literally the best thing we had ever eaten. Our waiter was awesome; he knew the menu intimately, and helped every person in the restaurant with a quality you just don't see very often. His kindness, patience, and passion were evident. I wish I could tell him again how much we appreciated his service. We are lower class and don't do fancy places often. He made us feel right at home and didn't judge us or make us feel less in any way. My husband said his steak was the best in his whole life. My stuffed chicken was so unique and full of flavor. I could never have imagined chicken tasting so good. My only complaint is the cost of things; I wish it was more accessible. Would have loved to have gone back a 2nd time before leaving!

My wife and I enjoyed the experience with two friends. We celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary. I had eaten in the restaurant previously. The other three had not. I had the pasta bordelaise which was incredible. My wife and her friend had the grouper. They didn't like the claw meat salad or the maque chou with pork belly, but that is a personal taste thing. I thought the dish was creative beyond belief. They both had the peach and tomato salad. Our other guest had the pork chop and was very happy. My wedge was innovative and wonderful. The roasted and marinated tomatoes were outstanding. Servers Adam and Marcia made the evening special as well.

Voyagers is THE best dining experience in our whole beach area! It has the best view of the Gulf, the best atmosphere, the best service, and the best FOOD...period! Make your reservations early (days or weeks ahead). Viktor, our server, was excellent, and the food all came out so quickly. Our steaks were divine, as was the bread, and all the sides. Only the lobster bisque left a little to be desired, but nobody is perfect. Overall, I would give them an A+, top to bottom!

We spend 4 or 5 weeks a year in OB and have been enjoying Voyagers since the 90's. While not generally on our beaten path in favor of more "beachy" locations, we actually visited twice during this trip after seeing the news that the chef had won the National Seafood Cookoff and we enjoyed it so the first time that we booked another reservation for the next night. Everything we ordered was outstanding. We especially enjoyed the Green Goddess dressing on the salad (throwback to childhood) and the baked oysters were amazing. Our server was a true pro who helped us around the menu and specials and was most attentive to making sure our cocktails were never empty. That's always a plus in my book. The view of the pass made for great ambiance along with the echo of the piano from the lobby. Just great. Highly recommended.
