VooDoo Steak serves two tiers of premium quality beef: Rio Premium Reserve and Rio Dry-Aged. The menu also includes favorites with a French-Creole flair. In addition to steaks, we have added side dishes for sharing, new appetizers, a completely revised dessert menu and fun new specialty cocktails.

Had a lovely dinner at VooDoo. The staff was very friendly and prompt. The steak was phenomenal. Loved the view. Would 100% return here on future Vegas trips.

The Wagyu ribeye was better than any cut of steak I’ve had at any other upscale steakhouse. The view of Las Vegas from this restaurant on 50th floor is spectacular and there is a large outdoor balcony connected to the dining room for what might be the best view in town!

The whole experience was great from the movement we arrived. Nice table with a great view of the valley, excellent service and the best part was how meal was outstanding. Our steaks were cooked to perfection.

Our server Jeffrey was wonderful. We told him first thing that we only had an hour because we had tickets to a show downstairs, so he helped us order quickly and made sure to check-in on our timing regularly. The food was incredible, and Jeffrey even brought me a glass of champagne for my birthday!

We had a fantastic dinner ! We ordered the 3 course dinner and were amazed at the plate presentation, the large amount of food and how delicious and perfect everything was cooked and tasted. The service was outstanding . Very attentive and receptive to all of our requests. We especially enjoyed our waiter - Efron . Very out going and made the meal fun for us. You cannot beat the view . One of the best in Vegas. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Billy was an amazing server! I would honestly say to request him if they allow he made this dinner great! 10oz filet was to die for so tender and melted in your mouth! Bearnaise was amazing also! Horseradish was fresh and amazing, the wines were top notch. Creamed corn and lobster Mac and cheese were both top notch for any steakhouse. Huge chunks of lobster amazing amounts of cheese, the corn was amazing best cream corn we have ever had! Just the right mixture of everything made it the taste out of this world! Amazing views.

We had a nice relaxing dinner at VooDoo, to unwind after the New Years celebrations. The food was absolutely up there with the best we’ve ever had, and our waiter (Billy) recommended an amazing bottle of wine! I’m personally terrified of heights, and we were seated right against the outer window with an amazing view! I was rather queasy, so the waiter even helped us slide the table a foot away from the window. I would never cheat my wife out of the amazing view - so I sucked it up. The food and wine made up for any uneasiness I experienced. I’d recommend the food and experience to anyone!!

Valet parking was full; self-parking was time-consuming and frustrating. Interior signage was poor, and entrance was a choke point.

Table for special event at 9:00... after arriving promptly at 9:00, was told seating would not occur until 9:30. Back at 9:30, only to be told tables weren’t ready, and to wait until called. At 10:00 we were told to go upstairs to the bar to wait. Out of the elevator, we encountered another line populated by frustrated, hungry patrons, several of whom were embarrassingly inebriated and aggressive. At 10:30 (!) we were called and presented with an interior table; NOT the window table we’d paid for. At 10:40 I demanded to be seated at a window table. Only then were we seated. Table management was simply awful.

Service and food were on par for event meals, but not for special, fixed price NYE dinners.

Never had a chance to order drinks, and never saw or received a final bill or receipt.

All in all, very disappointing. The only bright spots were the view, and the lobster tail accompanying the filet.

I’d suggest abandoning plans for special NYE dinners unless and until the restaurant management is prepared to handle such events.

We went on New Year’s Eve. We had a reservation at 7:00. We called at 6:50 and told them we were very close but so many roads were closed (we were less than 10 mins late). On the phone we were told you will have to leave when the next group of reservations come in, at 9:00. When we got to the top we waited in line until 7:55 to be seated. Not one person came out to let us know what was going on. When we were seated we were told we HAD to spend $150 each on just food, not including drinks, which we were not aware of beforehand. So at this point we are upset from the wait, feeling rushed for time, and feeling like our splurge was a very bad idea. None of our party of 4 wanted to order off the NYE menu so here we were at the table with our calculators out making sure we ordered $150 each in food. It was WAY WAY to much food. We each order an appetizer, salad or soup, steak, 2 sides and dessert so we could each make our $150. I had the PRIME ribeye. It was no great. It was a little overcooked with little flavor and tuff. My friends had the CHOICE ribeye (lower cut of meat) and it was better than mine. My side salad was a cheap banquet salad and cost $18. My husband did enjoy The lobster bisque, lobster Mac n’ cheese, and cream brûlée’. The view was nice but not worth the cost. Needless to say we will not be back and do not recommend this place...especially on a holiday. Not only was the food so-so the service was definitely not up to fine dining standards. The waiter at one point had his finger pointed in my face about 3-4 inches in front of my eye. Wait staff reached over the table to pour drinks and pick up plates, food was missing when it came out and they were out of their featured dessert. Minus the company our meal was an overall train wreck. Update...And to add insult to injury my husband was in the bathroom all night.

Our 1st anniversary, greeted and congratulated by hostess, given a window seast as requested. Food was for the most part very good - the cheesy rolls they bring to the table were outstanding. We had the short rib bruscetta , lobster bisque and French onion soup to start, all delicious. We ordered the 32oz Tomahawk steak for two for dinner, with bleu cheese scalloped potatoes, bacon creamed spinach and wild mushrooms as sides, also came with a flight of 3 sauces. Everything was exceptional except for the main item - the steak. It was not a very good quality cut, too much fat and gristle throughout. We ordered it med rare, it was a little too much on the rare side. Because of this, I cant give 5 stars, and even though we used our room key discount of 20% for staying at the Rio, it was not a great value for the price, I've gotten better quality Tomahawk steak complete dinner for better price at Flemmings. Plus waiter never acknowledged our anniversary, not even chocolate truffles at the end of our meal like I've seen others post about.

LOVED: the view, the service, the staff's knowledge of the menu. Portions were ENORMOUS. I strongly recommend ordering one appetizer and one entree and splitting it. We ordered the wagyu ribeye, perfectly cooked medium rare, the crab stuffed halibut, asparagus (thick perfectly cooked stalks) and the cast iron mushroom medley. The side dishes are sharable, unless you love asparagus then order 2. It was also my husband's birthday which I noted on the reservation and he was served a small slice of cake which was very nice.
NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: SIGNAGE TO THE RESTAURANT. Signage and wayfinding in Vegas is egregiously poor and this is consistent everywhere we went. Finding the elevator to the restaurant was an adventure.

Our food was prepared wrong- with 2 dishes having raw meat when we requested it to be medium. Took almost 90 minutes to get the food and then it was not edible.

The manager did allow us to remove the cost for the meal with the raw steak and was apologetic saying they had received several complaints in similar nature the same evening.

My expectation for a restaurant at this price point is much higher - the food which was edible was adequate at best. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant to anyone.

The food was mediocre and I definitely would not recommend this to my friends. We ordered the tomahawk steak dinner for 2. It was burned on the outside. The ‘sauce trio’ (which I believe is 15 dollars as an add-on) was three tiny tasters of sauces, all of which were also mediocre.

DON’T GO! The only extremely positive thing I have to say about this restaurant is the view and outdoor patio is amazing. Other than that it goes down hill very quickly. It’s extremely overpriced! The portion sizes for the price is insane. We ordered the cold seafood “tower”. The waiter said we needed 2 for our table of 4 people. This made it $100 for an appetizer. The “tower” was a single level plate with 2 shrimp, 2 shot glass size portions of halibut ceviche, 2 mussels, 2 oysters, 2 tiny lobster pieces, and 2 crab legs. A glass of Kim Crawford Savignon Blanc was $20 for about 5oz glass. A BOTTLE of this cheap wine retails for $15 a bottle. The crusted halibut and salmon entrees were pretty good. However, the $76 wagyu ribeye was awful. It was very tough and thin. It tasted like a super market cut of meat. Wagyu is supposed to be the best and I’ve had amazing wagyu. This was not anywhere near that quality. The creamed corn side was $14 for about a cup size. It was so bad! It had no sweetness to it at all. I couldn’t eat it at all. The waiter was ok at best. My drink and plate were reached over many times for food placement and water refills. They never took the menus so I had to place them on the floor. This place had like 5 tables of people total during prime dinner time. I can definitely see why and their lack of customers can definitely not be an excuse for food prep times or lack of service. Our bill totaled over $400 and it was by far the worst meal of our Vegas trip.
