In addition to our Conservatory, we have the option of hosting your event in the Gallery. The Gallery showcases a collection of local artists work and can accommodate events up to 32 persons.

For a wedding reception, social affair or corporate event, we offer the possibility of exclusive use of the restaurant. We can accommodate up to 70 guests for a seated dinner and 175 guests for a cocktail reception and provide the full attention of our entire staff.

I wanted to love this restaurant but the food was not that great. Some of the pairings didn’t make sense. We did the tasting menu of 10 courses and we only liked (not loved) about 2. The complimentary bread was delicious. The duck was good. Desserts were unique but again not amazing. The service was excellent, servers were friendly and personable. There was no long waits between meals.
This restaurant lives up to its reputation. The food is excellent in its preparation and flavors, more so the starters than the entrees. The service is impeccable. Wait staff is always available, friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is relaxed while appropriate for a fine dining experience. Most importantly, the volume level is low so you can enjoy your conversation. While it is labeled $$, it is not out of the ordinary for fine dining in this area.
We've been wanting to go there since it opened, and we are so pleased we did!
My wife and I just had our 5 year anniversary date at Volt. Service was great as soon as we walked in. We loved the attention to details that we received. We highly recommend Volt for a great dinner.
Service was terrific. Right from the start they treat you very respectfully and nicely. The vibe in the establishment was very calm and romantic. You will typically be engaged in only your conversation however if a funny happens with a group next to you you are able to enjoy the moment with them. As far as food goes, the menu was fantastic, they have many choices. My favorite was the octopus. It's a little spendy, but it was well worth it. Great wine selection as well.
Omg! Amazing most spectacular Birthday meal!!! I truly felt special thanks to the chef and all the incredible wait staff- awesome waitress!!! I requested these first 3 courses In advance having had this 2 weeks prior for my son’s 32nd bday celebrated at Volt and the awesome Chef made it just for me cuz the menu actually changed since then. Soooo impressed and appreciative. First, complimentary, was a butternut squash fios gras mousse, then the cheddar cheese and scallion biscuits and sourdough roll with amazing butter, Malbec wine, then the beet and goat cheese salad, then the broccoli and sunflower Rissoto then Rockfish and Bok Choy in red curry sauce and then complimentary are to start 2 desserts- the frozen pineapple on marshmallow and the chocolate mousse and gelato - for my birthday and then homemade candies and chocolate chip cookie! Best best best meal!!!! Wow!!!! I can’t begin or end in words the detail, the fabulous food and how special I felt!!!

From the moment we walked into VOLT, we knew we were about to have a memorable dining experience. The staff is friendly and warm and make you feel welcome as soon as you enter. The service was impeccable and the wait staff was very knowledgeable.
On the menu are two service options - a 10 course tasting menu, option for each course to be paired with wine, or ala carte, but suggested 4 course options if you want to create a 4 course tasting menu. We opted for the latter and our party of 3 each chose a different item and we all tasted each others selections.
This is fine dining, elevated food, seasonal, fresh and DELICIOUS!
Notable items on the menu the night we were there: Yellow fin tuna tartar, pickled carrot puffed rice with peanut and egg emulsion - fantastic! Fresh and so tasty! Monkfish with wheat grain, pears, and crispy porcini chip - so good and the fish was perfection. Foie Gras in a molded concord grape gel, rye crumbles and a pistachio chip and Beets with goat cheese and apple jam with crunchy walnuts. You wouldn't think concord grape would go with Foie Gras, but it does! The Beets salad was delicious as well - an elevated version of a now standard menu item - but the walnuts crunchies and apple jam made it special and different and again, DELICIOUS!
Desserts - Caramel cremeaux with fig and a porcini sponge with honey nutmeg ice cream and a Yuzu sorbet with eucalyptus foam, coconut and white chocolate crunchies. Hopefully I remember all the components correctly. The Caramel Cremeaux was hitting my mouth with so many different flavors and then they meld together perfectly in the end. It was so, so good! My friends had the Yuzu sorbet and LOVED IT! They described it as bright and refreshing.
One member of our party is lactose intolerant. The 1st thing asked at our table was if anyone had any dietary restrictions, and then they modified her menu choices so she could enjoy her meal without worry.
Overall, dining at VOLT was perfection.

This was our 2nd time at Volt. We decided to bring our 2 kids with us as they are now old enough to value a fine dining experience. The service and the goodies that they bring at the beginning of the meal and after dessert are impeccable. Our appetizers and desserts were awesome but the entrees were so-so. My dish lacked salt and my daughter's was a little on the salty side.
It was a wonderful dining experience. We went mid-week, so the ambience was very quiet...which we loved! We got lots of attention and the food was incredible. The follow up with tons of sweets was overwhelmingly delicious!!! Would definitely go again!!!
We are not epicureans but like to try new and interesting foods. We got that and more - the foods were delicious and reasonably priced. Volt is definitely on our list to visit again.

Very nice brunch. But I always need a little salt with an egg, no matter where I am (like it should be on the table). A little noisy at first. Delicious and excellent service.
Although I was very pleased with the food and the service I found it troubling that no sever or manager addressed the elephants in the room . I love children but I don’t think its ok in this type of restaurant to allow a toddler to walk around pulling on table clothes, bumping into chairs and almost knocking over a wine stand. I think after the third crying spell this should have been addressed.
I understand everyone, including young parents need a nice meal but not maybe there should be a family day.
Volt is a amazing cozy restaurant. They were a little overwhelmed due to possibly over booking but accommodated us well with kitchen seating. Food was different from my usual which was great! Will be back to try chef's tasting menu.
We drive 50 minutes from Northern Virginia to enjoy Volt. Very special place where the service is wonderfully attentive yet understated, choreographed actually. Every course was creative, beautifully executed and memorable. The room seems to frame the rest. Never cheap but a great value.
Many years ago we ate at Charlie Trotters. The day after, we couldn’t remember anything other than a piece of art in the waiting area. Volt is memorable in every good way. Congratulations to Brian and his team.
For the price that you pay, you do not get the flavor and food experience that I expected. The food was OK, a lot of the food was only warm, never hot. Not sure if this was due to it sitting in the kitchen to be picked up by wait staff or is just not cook and kept hot.
We were hoping for a lot more than expected. I have been to much better fine dining experiences in the past, such as Normans in Orlando, FL. That was a fining dining experience that was worth the financial commitment and time.
I would not recommend this restaurant unfortunately.
Great dinner at Volt - very creative offerings. Have a sweet tooth so I really appreciated all the baked goodies. Never thought I would eat a cake made with mushrooms, but it was delicious.

Another fabulous meal at Volt. This time we chose the Chef’s Menu for brunch and each course was both visually appealing and full of flavor. I especially enjoyed the goat cheese stuffed ravioli and the beef short rib, which was slow cooked at low temp for several days.
Extra lovely food and service. The flavors are fascinating - but do not overwhelm the food. And the breads are to die for - especially the biscuits.

The appetizers and desserts were the best part. Our main course while tasty (I had lamb shank and my fiancee had the rock fish), were not "spectacular". The tuna tartar and the chocolate dessert and caramel sponge cake medley were unreal, as were the small chef made candies they brought us at we finished our meal - a special treat!
We go to high end restaurants around the country. This successfully competes with the best of them.
The staff was attentive and recalled the specific information they gathered when they called me to confirm the reservation. We had 2 people with different dietary needs and they accommodated for the entire tasting menu. We had a wonderful time!
VOLT promises interesting and delectable cuisine and absolutely delivers on that. My wife and I opted for the al la carte menu, which consists of three courses and an optional tasting course. In all, we had eight different plates and both enjoyed all of them. The meal also featured an amuse-bouche and bread service. Complimentary cookies were also given with our bill. If I had one complaint I’d say that I wish our server had been a bit friendlier. The other folks, though, who brought our plates and cleaned our table were nice.
We go out to eat a lot. As we walked out of Volt, my wife’s comment was that, “This was the best tasting menu we’ve ever had.” Course after course was delicious, with unexpected combinations of flavor that unfailingly compliment each other. The wine pairings were delightful. There were three appetizers then 8 more courses, but the portions were just right. We left feeling full, but not not overwhelmed. I’m sure the tasing menu changes often, but particular highlights were the mussels, goat cheese ravioli, halibut, and duck. Service was spectacular, friendly and knowledgeable, and despite most people having multi-course dinners, the staff did a great job of keeping up. A great restaurant. Very, very highly recommended. Foodie nirvana.
Meal was wonderful. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and treated to a delicious experience. We did not have food allergies but got the impression they would’ve been very accommodating.
Service at Volt was outstanding. All those who attended to us were prompt, pleasant and professional.
We had 4 courses and sadly two of the seafood choices, the monkfish and the octopus were over salted.

Volt was an experience that we had been looking forward to as it had been recommended by friends. However, for the money spent, we were both unimpressed and somewhat disappointed. The online fixe prix was not evident on the menu nor offered by staff upon arrival.
It was our Anniversary. We were blown away by the great service, and the food of course was very good, and unique. It was an excellent experience.
Nice place but they have to do something about the musty basement smell when you enter the main entrance. It’s offensive and that must be taken care of
