   Really unimpressive. They are trying a little too hard - and missing on the basics. $8 EXTRA for a gluten free pizza, that was pretty flavorless even if it had had gluten. Fettuccine Alfredo should be just that. For supposedly being one of the best restaurants in the area, this was really disappointing AND expensive. The ricotta cheesecake was dry and taste less - don’t bother.

   It was possible to eat outside on a pleasant patio. Service was very good and helpful. Food was good to very good. Note that menu is almost exclusively Italian which is not a bad thing. We enjoyed it.

   Capellini was cold so sent it back. Think they microwaved it as it came back warm but pasty. Lasagne was tepid. Had to ask for our bread which was brought after our entree. Good wine. Comped dessert.

   The Caesar salad was amazing. The trout as our main course was incredible. Our dessert which was tiramisu was great and larger than expected. My husband had a martini with blue cheese stuffed olives that was Way better than most. Plus, our waiter Dennis was outstanding.

   Excellent! We received a warm greeting when we arrived and enjoyed a remarkably well-prepared meal. I would thoroughly recommend the local trout, and commend our server Hannah for her outstanding service. We’ll most certainly be back!

    We celebrated our anniversary at Volarios and they treated us royally. From champagne flutes to dessert and a delicious meal in between, the staff was very solicitous of our needs.

    We were thrilled the dinner menu was not large. To us, that means the restaurant is focused on perfecting the dishes... and Volario's aced it. We LOVED our meal here. Both the amount and acidity of the sauce in the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese were just right - none of it was overpowering. The meat was not too heavy, either. We also enjoyed the Smoked Chicken Fettuccini - it was not drowning in cream sauce and the pine nuts lent a pleasant crunch. We shared a chocolate-dipped strawberry cannoli, and it was one of the best we've had as it was fresh and not too sweet. Our server Olivia was friendly and attentive, discreet and never pushy. Bottom line: Next time we're in Fraser, we'd eat here again!

    Jordan was excellent: friendly, efficient, funny, knowledgeable. The pasta dishes we saw go by looked great but we were stoked with the pizzas we ordered. Probably the best pizza we’ve had in Colorado in the 6 years we’ve lived here. Wife got the four cheese and I got the chicken pesto. Obviously they have sexier names on the menu. Both were excellent. Cozy outdoor atmosphere despite the construction in the adjacent lot. Only thing that could have made it better was an Arnold Palmer but no iced tea. That’s ok, lemonade soda water works just fine. Thanks guys, very glad we made this our last dinner in WP!

    We had two tables - one with kids and one with adults. The staff at Volario's was awesome! We sat outside and had a wonderful meal. The food was all delicious and the service was incredible.

    The hostess was not too friendly but we weren't with her long. Our server was excellent. The food was okay, the wine was mediocre. It seems very sterile & unwelcoming but maybe that is just ho we it is now. This restaurant is particularly gloomy.

    Fresh, delicious caprese salad. Pasta entrees were well crafted and full of flavor. Chef was amiable to adding smoked chicken to my partner’s pasta. Anniversary dinner. Would strongly recommend.

    Has to be the BEST restaurant in Winter Park! The Italian dishes were authentic and some of the most delicious I have tasted in my many travels. Their use of Waygu beef from Devil’s Thumb Ranch made the meatball appetizer and meat dishes superb. Save room for a delicious tiramisu. All this, at very reasonable prices. Well Done!

    Amazing gluten free pizza!! The salads were superb. Wish they would have had their gf noodles for pasta selections, but with Covid craziness everything is up in the air. Thumbs up and will definitely be back!!

    The pizza was average. The chicken masala was good but not much quantity. Salad was good as was the old fashioned. If I went back there, I would try the pasta dishes, especially the seafood one before giving them a final grade.

    The menu was rather limited but the food was quite good. The bar was well stocked with a good selection. The service was good. The dining room overlooked the kitchen but the was no kitchen noise at our table. Parking was a breeze.

    Went for Valentines Day dinner with the family. Great food, friendly server, and cocktails and wine . Dessert was amazing. Highly recommended Volario’s after a long day of skiing. For good food and a relaxing atmosphere.

    This is about our 7th or 8th time to valario's we love it and it's our go-to place to bring out a towners or for a special occasion. We shared a wonderful salad, the men ordered lasagna, and my daughter had wonderful gluten-free pasta as she is celiac disease. I ordered a pizza, however I found it to be extremely plain and tasteless. Please take this review with a grain of salt as this is one meal out of many at valerio's every other meal has been excellent.
