We visited Vivi two nights in a row, everything was excellent. The wood fired pizza was perfect, great wine and super servers. The home made Lemoncello was to die for. Highly recommended.
This is one of the few places I've found in the area that do a Carbonara that is egg yolk based, and not polluted with cream. It's delicious, and worth the trip just for that!
This place is our go-to when we want good food that is also great for kids. The food is always great and the service is outstanding. Vivi never disappoints.
Of course the football game was on and the Patriots won. On one hand I liked watching the game and on the other the cheering was a bit much but understandable and didn't take away from the meal. It was totally delicious both the crab ravioli and the pizza which I sampled. The wine we ordered was a very affordable chianti which is now my wife's new favorite wine.
Great food, albeit expensive. Wine selection is good, but also very expensive. Parking is horrible. But will return for the Brussels sprouts any time.
Great server and great cooks. Delicious food! I recommend the Veal Parmigiano. Yummy!
Viví is one of our family’s favorite restaurants. I recommended.
Vivi never disappoints. We've eaten there or ordered from there at least a dozen times over the past couple years. All seven of us enjoyed our meals ranging from pasta to salad to pizza. Service was friendly and attentive despite the place being packed on Christmas eve. A bit noisy, but this is one of our favorite go-to restaurants.
Great food ; great atmosphere!
Great service. Food was plentiful. But the room was extremely smoky. Gotta work on the ventilation.
We normally love this place, but we came last weekend with friends and they told us that due to some scheduling conflicts and catering, they could only serve pizza and some appetizers, which is about 35-40% of the menu...and none of the things we really came to eat. It was a big disappointment, especially because the restaurant did nothing to try and make up for it...and then it got worse when the table literally right next to us, who sat down at nearly the same time...was eating multiple pasta and seafood/meat dishes. Talk about adding insult to injury.
Great good, good service and fun times, even with kids!
It was nice!
Great food. Generous portions. Great service!
We reserved a table for 6 and came early. They accomodated us promptly which was nice. The restaurant itself was smokey from the pizza oven/kitchen and when we left we all smelt like the restaurant! The food entree was very bland with no flavor whatsoever (de mare, salmon farfalle and vongole). They really need to work on incorporating flavor in their dishes if they want to sustain business.
We love ViVI, it is our go to place! Food is always fresh and we love the ambience!!
Delicious food, great service and god prices. We will come back
We have dinner there very often. We love that it is next to Gorman's and Patterson's Winery. I love their Spaghetti and meatballs. Fantastic! They need to get control of the situation with the flies inside their restaurant. My Pasta with seafood this weekend was a little bland. The service folks are very nice, but they seem very overworked and more staff is needed.
This place is always spot on for both food and service. We bring our three young boys and they are always so nice and accommodating. This is the best Italian food we have found since moving from NYC, 7 years ago. Highly recommend.
We've been to Vivi Pizzeria many times and always had a good meal. However, this experience wasn't one of the best although our server was absolutely amazing. We dined inside and at 5PM the dining room was filled with smoke (like a fog) from the pizza ovens. The air conditioner started dripping on a couple of us, so maybe that's why it was so foggy inside and we got moved to a better table. When we arrived there was a large loud group in the dining room and we couldn't hear each other - the acoustics aren't great if there are a lot of people.
On the upside the owner apologized for the air conditioning issue and gave us some wonderful freshly made mozzarella and tomato appetizers. The large noisy group left and we could actually hear each other. Their food wasn't as good as on previous visits but the server was one of the best that we've ever had. She made sure we were well taken care of . We'll go back again to see if this was an anomaly because it's in our neighborhood. If you're dining inside in the evening, beware there may be ventilation issues and you could end of up leaving smelling like fried oil and smoke.
Delicious food, great service, and great setting. Love to dine outdoors, so the heaters were nice, but as soon as the sun came out it was very comfortable. We had some pizzas, salad and pasta and dined family style. So much fun and we will be happy to go back. Solid place!
Noisy, raucous setting but love their truffle oil pizza! Definitely need reservations especially on the weekends!
Love the place, can’t say much more than that. Great food. Great wine. You wait staff.
We come quite often on Friday nights. The food is amazing and we love the staff. A great spot to go after an afternoon of wine tasting.
Very good food. Had to wait a while for it, but we weren't in a hurry so that was not a problem. The chop salad was good. We also had the lasagna and a calzone. Both were excellent. It is small and noisy so keep that in mind. Also some screens for windows would be nice as we had to beat the flies off a view times.
Overall, I will go back, and take some friends so they can eat some great Italian food too.
We met another couple for dinner and had a blast. We shared the beets and brussell sprouts and a wedge salad... and ordered our own pizzas. (We could have shared 2, but the leftovers were delish the next day!)
The wine list is fab. We started with the crisp Planeta Rosé and finished with the bold red from Sanvito.
We will definitely be back.
Inside temp was hot no air circulation ..service was fair could not get water refills
Service people were kind and attentive, but it was slow. The pizza was good, but the bolognese was not good at all.
Great place in Woodinville for Italian. Pizzas are in a wood fired oven - thinner crust with nice char. Brussel sprouts are great - very crispy along with bacon. Chicken or veal piccata is my favorite there. Salads are good too.
Slow !! Took an hour for our food to arrive
Super loud. Smoky. Rowdy table next to use. Service was great, food was good.
We both felt the food was worth every cent put into the meal. Was the best traditional Italian I have had in a while!
Food was good but the service was poor. My friends and I were there for my birthday, everything was going good until our food started coming out at random. Some orders were completely missed and guests ended up with no food. I had to ask where the remainder of the food was, turns out the server completely missed the orders and didn't even care to check on the guest with the missing food. A bottle of red wine was offered on the house, that was great but only a portion of the table was drinking red wine and it wasn't the birthday gal. It's possible that I would try this restaurant again, but not with a group.
I wanted to really *love* this place based on the reviews, but I didn't... if there were half stars, I'd probably go for 3 1/2 stars. The menu is extensive and goes well beyond pizza - this was actually a nice surprise. The pizzas looked great, but we only got a cheese one for my son (kids and their preferences!) and pasta for us. The appetizers - classic bruschetta and calamari were large and super tasty, but our pastas were pretty boring and not really flavorful (chicken and veal piccata). I might have ordered something different but our waitress recommended these as her favorites. It was super crowded around the Vivi Pizzeria entry area/patio area because all of the people who were sitting on the other end of the patio by the tasting rooms had to come to the register at Vivi to order their food (no servers in that area!). Our waitress was friendly and nice as were the other staff.
Awesome pizza and now our new go to place. Table next to us was very loud but obviously not the restaurants fault. Will definitely recommend to others to come try their fabulous variety of unique pizzas.
The reason for the low score on value was because the pasta dish only had 4 shrimp and the chicken piccata only had a small portion of chicken. We will be back. Probably stick to pizza. Service was really good!
Good and enjoyed the ambiance but pasta had a bit too much pesto for my liking. But I would definitely say go. Everyone has different taste in what they like when it comes to sauce.
Great pizza, but we ate inside and it was very loud.
Overall pretty cool place.
Only two gripes -
The food in general was little under-seasoned.
We sat in the back corner with 10 people and it was warm outside but we were very hot at our table and asked for a little AC but got none.
In the end I would go and grab some lunch, drinks, and chat with good friends but won;t expect great food.
I have been to Vivi several times and really love their pizza, however, their menu has so much more to offer. Last week, I tried the arugula and prosciutto pizza while my husband had the polpetto meatball pasta, both awesome. We also tried the brussel sprout salad which had a sweet dressing that was amazing. On a warm Saturday in July, the patio was overflowing into the adjacent Patterson and Gorman wineries. If you chose to order wine from the wineries you could use their tables and then just order from Vivi at their register. It was a bit of a zoo at around 7pm but food came out quickly.
