Exceptional restaurant with unique menu, presentation, superb service and ambiance. 3-4 course fixed price menu has a lot to offer any palette.

Love this restaurant, everything about it, from the exceptional menu to the service, fabulous tasting food and incredible presentations! Their donuts for desert are to die for! A must try if you’re at the hotel or in the area!

the food is always to be relied upon for a great meal, but sometimes you get a really good server that is into the food and wine and is thoroughly motivated to conveying those thoughts to you as a customer, and this fellow was super.

As we were being seated we were asked for our drink order. We said "in a minute when we've collected outselves". Thereafter, no one came near our table for 40 min. and we had to call someone over to give our orders and also ask about menu items. After ordering it took another 45 min to get our food. Service was very slow and pretentious - as though they were offering a menu that was out of this world. In reality we had a nice dinner but nothing out of the ordinary that we couldn't have prepared in our own kitchens - don't understand the fancy names and the attempt to create a mystery around the menu. Lovely ambiance.

All good. Server Adan was polite professional and expeditious. Also the other 3 servers from various (Romania and Poland)European countries were engaging and most professional.

Overall, the food was good and the service was fantastic. My mom had a 3-course meal and my husband and I both had the 4-course meal. We liked that we could choose from all the antipasto, pasta, entree, and dessert options unlike the normal prefix meals with only a few choices for each course. My mom's scallops did have a lot of sand in them but they took the entire 3-course meal's price off the bill so that told me customer satisfaction was important to them. The pasta courses were very good and the perfect portion size for a 4-course meal. When I normally have steak I opt for ribeye but the only steak entree option at Vivace was New York steak so I took a chance. I was not disappointed. The steak was cooked perfectly at medium rare, tender, and the entire dish was very flavorful. My biggest problem with the restaurant is with the chairs. The seats sagged a lot close to the back of the chair making both my mom and I feel like the chair was broken and we might fall through the seats. My mom is very petite so it's not a matter of our weights. That's why I gave them only 3 stars for ambiance. All in all, we enjoyed our dining experience and mom was happy with her birthday meal. We'd definitely come back.

A wonderful place for a special birthday! The food was excellent (swordfish); the service was outstanding. An intimate place in a grand hotel. Valet parking is a plus. We will be back !!!
