Vittoria Ratings and Reviews
We had a wonderful experience at Vittoria's. This was our first visit and we will be a repeat customer. The food was delicious, I had a filet and my husband had the prime rib. The were both prepared to perfection. The service was very good and when we return we will request Ryan. It is a bit noisy and a little hard to hear our conversation. I'm anxious to go back and try their pasta.
39th anniversary -- First time dining at Vittoria's for my wife. Music in bar before dinner with wine started the evening off well. She loved the shrimp appetizer and liked her spaghetti--meat balls had good flavor without being too spicy; sauce was perhaps a little bland but good with the meatballs. I got the scallops which were more pricey than other menu items but worth it for a special occasion. We split a chocolate cheesecake even though we were full -- great stuff :)
The food, service and atmosphere is always first class. Victtorio always makes it a point to greet all of his guests which makes for a very warm and welcoming meal. On one occasion, we were having dinner with some friends when a young man a couple of tables over purposed to his fiancé. Victtoro ordered up glasses of champagne for everyone in the restaurant. Very impressive.
Had good a good sized group and service was excellent. Food is just OK especially because it's fully priced. Wine menu is not extensive and also very fully priced. Probably won't be back anytime soon because I feel there are better quality/value Italian restaurants in town.
I was fortunate to come here for my birthday celebration with two good friends one had never been to the restaurant and the other one had been to it many times . The owner was wonderful the food was absolutely out of this world . They had a live music guy in the bar playing on a guitar and a harmonica it was very nice my favorite was the chocolate cram Brulé
I found Vittoria's to be so charming and delicious. We went for our anniversary and I loved it. We really enjoyed the food, with the exception of the salad. In my opinion, it was not very good. Though the salad was large, it lacked flavor and did not add well to our meal. We both had a house salad. I might be tempted to try a Caesar in the future, but I thought for the cost, I would have preferred an extra dessert or cocktail.
The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. I believe the owner brings out the meals, and that is a nice touch. We definitely plan on coming back for future special occasions. It was awesome. We had the crab cake appetizer (so good!) Chicken Marsala and Chicken Parmesan. We also had Tiramisu and cannolis.
I rated the overall and ambiance at a 4 due to the restaurant being extremely cold and our table ridiculously wobbly. This may seem petty but it did encourage us out the door more quickly. We know it is an unseasonably warm fall so I just chalk that up to keeping up with the daily weather fluctuations and heating and cooling associated with that.
Excellent as usual! We have been coming here for years. Rarely get to order off the menu because the specials are so good. The salmon and filet were both outstanding! The bread is shipped in from Pennsylvania and is better than any other restaurant bread around. The service is phenomenal and the owner Vittorio makes you feel like you're the only one in the restaurant.
Typically a really big fan of the restaurant, but a couple of issues this time.
1- pasta was way over cooked and mushy (I had lobster abbariatta)
2- salads were brought out while we were still trying to enjoy our appetizer
3- waited too long for waiter to ask if we wanted another drink
4- overall meal seemed rushed. Everything was brought out before finishing previous course and we were finished in 45 mins.
Would have had a couple more drinks and enjoyed the experience more if time was managed differently.
Service and food were excellent! Only negative was the live entertainment. WAY too loud for this type of dining, and truthfully, the guy singing wasn't good at all! I'm mean terrible. We could barely hear each other talk because of the screeching in the bar area. Bar patrons may have enjoyed it because they were there for hours pounding drinks. If that's the way you want it fine - 30 in the bar and 8 dining, but I thought you were a restaurant.
Always a great choice for dining. Have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed ! Service is always great. This time , our server was River. We were not the easiest guests, I'm sure. Had hard time deciding what we wanted, River was very patient and accommodating.
Service was excellent. Antipasta appetizer was wonderful. I had my mind made up to get my favorite cioppino, but the waitress made the ruby red trout special sound so special, I tried it. She said I wouldn't be sorry and I'm not. It was wonderful. Creme brulee and coffee with sambuca topped off a perfect evening.
We always enjoy Vittoria's. The owner, Vittorio is usually on site making the rounds making sure everything is good and making small talk. He is great! The food is delicious. The piccata is great and we love the chocolate brule. It is fairly expensive Italian food, but the quality and the wonderful flavor make it well worth it. Highly recommended.
