Delicious every time. Wonderful service. Favorite place, whether it's a last minute choice or a special occasion
My girlfriend’s & I really enjoyed the entire dining experience at Vito’s. The food, staff & ambiance harken back to when being able to share conversation over a fine meal was commonplace. Vito’s is warm & inviting & the food delicious.
I have been dining at Vito for 20 years, and the food and service have always been outstanding. Roberto and Vito make you feel like family.
The portions were just right and the food was authentic Italian food. Thanks, Vito Restaurant!
Great food for friendly lunch get together! Hi
Vito’s is old school Italian! Incredible service and the best martinis. Table side Caesar salads and a rolling dessert cart make Vito’s a special place.
We frequent Vito's. It is a great place to get away and have a relaxing, excellently served meal . We'll be back over and over again.
Traditional Italian ---- the caesar salad is prime here tho - so no matter what, get that!
We have been going to Vito for many years and we like it, noticed that they have raised their prices again.
Food always good. Ask for a quiet table as there is a quiet room, otherwise can be noisy.
Vito never disappoints! We love this spot. Everyone, even the other customers are fun and friendly. Still working our way through the menu but we always get one of the daily specials that are fabulous. Lots of things to share.
This restaurant is a time capsule, in a good way! Fantastic martinis, traditional Italian food with old school table side Ceasar salad preparation. The service was the best part. The waiters and even the busers were very attentive and informative without an ounce of snark. Our whole party loved it there. Great happy hour too!
Incredible food! Authentic Italian. Veal was amazing.
Vito’s is always reliable – reliably just-OK old-fashioned Italian fare, reliably expensive, but also reliably comfy. You’ll enjoy this Old School neighborhood favorite if you don’t set your expectations too high.
We love Vito's. Great neighborhood restaurant. Wonderful place to meet friends. You can actually carry on a conversation & hear what is being said. In today's restaurant culture that is a bit of a unique experience!
Food is consistent, caesar salad made table side, amazing every time.
Priced moderate to slightly high, but definitely worth the price.
Had a nice booth in the back. Nice spot for conversation.
One of our very favorite. Old eorldvitalian food and well seasoned wait staff.
Vito’s is a classic for a reason. We’ve been there countless times, and have never been disappointed with the quality of the cuisine and the service. And they always offer, in addition to their excellent regular menu, an assortment of superb specials!
Always love Vito's. A throwback to another century. Feels like a getaway from trendy L.A. I will always recommend it and it will remain one of my all-time favorites.
Average Italian. Caprese was disappointing, just bland tomatoes with big piece of cheese. The Italians marinate the tomatoes in olive oil. Had to add my own. Bolognese was plain. Big portions, almost too much for a fine experience. Great wine but didn’t list price per glass ($22)
Vito's is one of the best Italian restaurants on the westside. The food and service was fabulous and I would recommend it highly to anyone who wanted a great meal.
The salmon was heavenly. It was just perfect. The sand dabs were also delicious.
Great value for the price
Great car attendant
We just love this place! Food is always superb. Service, impeccable. It's a warm, friendly atmosphere.
We love Vito and have never had a bad meal there. The atmosphere is old world and perfect.
When we have holidays or birthdays we always think of Vito.
Good for families, good food, good desserts. Bread is unbelievable
I have been a patron for many years and always love the food!
Excellent Italian food and a great value. A little out of the way but well worth the trip.
I hate to tell you how much we love every visit to Vito for fear that the restaurant will become more crowded and popular. Get the Ceasar salad.
A great date night! Old School dining experience at its finest!
Phenomenal restaurant! If you want real Italian food at it's finest, look no further. The gnocchi sorrentino with Bolognese sauce is to die for, and if you're there on the right night, you can add some of their amazing veal meatballs! Great wine selection, Fantastic desserts, and wonderful service. One of my favorite restaurants in LA!!
Always so so good! I love the gnocchi, carbonara, de la casa and Caesar salad!
Vito is a traditional Italian restaurant with many good menu items and specials that are not commonly found currently (such as traditional Sand Dabs). Food preparation and presentation is very average and portion sizes are modest particularly considering the price. Service can best be described as "inelegant" with wait staff and others generally seeming rushed. For the price, there are many better options available with far better food quality and service.
When we go see a show at McCabe's, we love to eat near it. Valentino's was our go to place. Good Italian food and very close by. With Valentino's gone, I went searching for another restaurant and found Vito's, less than a mile away. The food was excellent, the service very good and the wine was delicious. The price is a bit high, but you really can't complain when the food was that good. My wife's salmon was some of the best she's ever had. My spaghetti della casa was really tasty and I could have spent the evening just eating out of the bread basket. We will be back.
Fabulous food and great service! Moved to the top of our list of best Italian restaurants!
Vito’s is a classic and it’s all class. It’s pricey yes, but the food is presented and composed with excellence. If you want a traditional, hit it out of the park Italian meal with old school waiters and dining room, it doesn’t get better than Vito’s.
Vito's is the most authentic "old school" Italian restaurant in the Westside. Excellent long-time waiters and terrific food and drinks. It never disappoints.
Our waiter was attentive when we first arrived, however, once he had delivered our drinks and we asked for a little more time to order, he disappeared. We had to ask a bus boy to find him. It was too noisy in the room whee we were. The back is more quiet. I should have asked for a table there.
We were visiting from out of town and just wanted some good Italian food. We found this restaurant on Open Table and decided to give it a try after reading several positive reviews. Our dinner was outstanding. The food was delicious and the service was attentive. We really enjoyed the quaint atmosphere. It was busy and close quarters, but it worked out nicely. We were glad that we took a chance on this place.
Very nice CLASSIC Italian restaurant. Went for Mother's Day so that impacted the experience. They added tables so it was crowded and it was quite loud. We felt rushed by the waiter who was otherwise fine. Appetizers and dessert were best and the main course was fine, but nothing to rave about.
