No place on earth can fresher ingredients be found than Southern California! From the freshest fish, produce and meats, it all comes together as California-Inspired Contemporary Italian cuisine. Our chef-driven kitchen produces some of the many classic Italian dishes such as Piccatas , Marsalas and Parmigianas as well as many delicious contemporary dishes. Lighter & healthier is always on our minds here at Vitello's. There is always an array of fresh fish available too, such as Branzino and Salmon , just to name a few. The menu also includes Steaks and Chops and homemade soups and salads. Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-Free options are yours for the asking. Daily specials round out the menu each day.     The special and the menu itself is appetizing. I would recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for a good 3 course meal. Portions are reasonable with there being room for dessert always.

    1. We were disappointed that your advertised “Live Jazz Brunch” had no Jazz. Band. We drove from South Pasadena just for that. Had we known it was false advertisement, we would have gone to Edwin Mills By Equator in Pasadena, they always have a live band Saturday/Sunday Brunch. 2. The table we reserved by Morgan, (who by the way was wonderful and helpful on the phone when I made the reservation). When we arrived on time , our reserved table had been given to someone else. The food, drinks and dessert was good, but I’m very disappointed with what I was expecting and didn’t get.

    Had a lovely evening. Staff so friendly and Lorenzo, our server, was most attentive. Food was well presented and tasted even better. Would definitely recommend.

    Could not have been more disappointed in my brunch experience. I’ll start by saying that they took the price of two entrées off of our bill after we fully complained to the manager, however, that shouldn’t have been necessary. Not a single one of our meals came out correctly, our waiter was so flustered and busy that he did not have the time to check on us. It also took 45 minutes for food to come. There were all of four tables at the time. We had to flag down the manager, he was strolling around but never stopped to check on us. When the waiter finally brought the adjusted bill he explained that it was a somewhat new kitchen staff. Perhaps the manager should have been in the kitchen where they clearly needed help.

    Have been here many times…one of our favorites. Great pepperoni pizza! We always ask for Aubrey and she is absolutely the best waitress in the world! Celebrated our anniversary last night and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Aubrey introduced the owner who was very nice. Checked on us a couple times. Everyone here including the valets are friendly. Give Vitello’s a try.

    Our server last night was INCREDIBLE (unfortunately, I don't have his name) and he made the experience excellent. All of the food was great too, except for the Caesar Salad which we all agreed did not taste like "Caesar" at all - no discernible garlic in the dressing, which was creamy, and no taste of Parmesan cheese either. Otherwise, all other dishes were delicious, especially (for me!) my butternut squash ravioli with brown butter and fried sage leaves. Everyone else loved their entrees as well. But the definite high point was our superb server.
