Vita Novaは、デラウェア大学のホスピタリティ経営管理プログラムの一部として学生によって運営されているレストランです。秋学期と春学期中の月曜～金曜は「ベスト・デラウェア賞」を受賞したランチビュッフェ、水曜・金曜はエレガントな高級ダイニングを提供しています。昼食には、学生がグルメサラダ、スープ、パスタ、メインディッシュ、火焼きパニーニ、フラットブレッド、チーズボードとミニお菓子など、出来立ての地元料理を提供しています。5コースディナーはフュージョン風の前菜トリオとお好みのサラダで始まり、そしてお口直しの一品、新しく改装されたショーキッチンで調理したメインディッシュが続きます。そしてディナーの夜はおいしいデザートトリオとの甘い風味で締めくくられます。Vita Novaは20種類のグラスワイン、地元のビールやエスプレッソなど、豊富な種類のドリンクを用意しています。おもてなし役の学生はVita Nova Bistroの経営にも携わっており、革新的な小皿料理のメニュー、3コースのシアターメニューなど、よりカジュアルなダイニングも体験できます。

    Wonderful dining experience. as usual. Many gluten free choices plus they brought us delicious savory gluten free scones. Extensive wine list. Excellent service.

    It was our first time dining at Vita Nova. We had an amazing experience. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The students do a great job running the restaurant and serving the tables. We will definitely come back again!

    Wow! We’ve been meaning to try Vita Nova for ages and it did not disappoint. Creative, delicious options in a lovely atmosphere. UD students provided excellent service and a wonderful experience!

    A most unique dining experience. The food was delicious, the service quite professional and the ambiance was relaxing. The luncheon buffet featured so many delicious items that it was necessary to have a little of everything the first time through the line, then go back for the dishes that were exceptional.
