Simply dubbed "honest craft," Chef Gio's menu changes weekly, and is comprised of reliable and satisfying mainstays like homemade pastas, hearty meat dishes and superb seafood. Join us for dinner on evenings from Tuesday to Saturday inside our intimate dining room or enjoy a delightful Arizona evening on our beautifully lit patio.

We visited Virtù Honest Craft to try their most popular dishes, but unfortunately the food fell short. The Polpo (octopus) appetizer was oddly presented, lacked flavor, and was overcooked. The 40 oz tomahawk steak was underwhelming—the chimichurri was too thick, the meat lacked seasoning, and it was served with blood dripping onto the table, which was off-putting. The dessert (Budino) was the only dish that was acceptable, but still unremarkable. While the ambiance and service were excellent, the food was disappointing and missed the mark on basic execution.

We sat outside on the patio on a day that was about 100 degree high and we were quite comfortable with the shade a mist setup. Food was outstanding, ambiance was wonderful, service was attentive. We had a very wonderful dinner-we will be back!

The food was great and the waiter was very knowledgeable, I would highly recommend this place for date nights. I like that they have a revolving menu, and I can't wait to try more from here.

Beautiful ambiance and delicious food. We ordered the duck, and it was originally overcooked. The waitress and chef were quick and happy to remake our entree, and it was perfect the second time. My personal favorite was the Hamachi.

Virtu is one of our faves… if not the fave. Two pasta choices are always delicious, and of course the pulpo (octopus) is amazing. It’s hard to choose from the crudo options as they are all unique and tasty. And man are the entrees fantastic!
