Simply dubbed "honest craft," Chef Gio's menu changes weekly, and is comprised of reliable and satisfying mainstays like homemade pastas, hearty meat dishes and superb seafood. Join us for dinner on evenings from Tuesday to Saturday inside our intimate dining room or enjoy a delightful Arizona evening on our beautifully lit patio.

Beautiful ambiance and delicious food. We ordered the duck, and it was originally overcooked. The waitress and chef were quick and happy to remake our entree, and it was perfect the second time. My personal favorite was the Hamachi.

Virtu is one of our faves… if not the fave. Two pasta choices are always delicious, and of course the pulpo (octopus) is amazing. It’s hard to choose from the crudo options as they are all unique and tasty. And man are the entrees fantastic!

Virtù Honest Craft is easily at the top of my list for the best restaurant I’ve been to. The food in service were both incredible. When I arrived, I asked to sit at the bar since I was by myself. I ordered an old-fashioned and the Pre Fixe menu. Here’s what I received: Amuse bouche - asparagus panna cotta Appetizer - Asparagi Intermezzo - Lemon sorbet Entree - Black Bass Dessert - pistachio affogato Everything was delicious but I think the Asparagi was my favorite. I have to find a way to get back there before I leave town so I can have it again. The service was also top notch. The bartender, Elizabeth, was very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and wine selection, and made a great old fashioned. She also helped me select the perfect wine to pair with my entree. I can’t say enough great things about this restaurant. So if you’re deciding where to go for dinner, stop looking and go to Virtù Honest Craft.
