From the moment my sister and I got there- we were treated very well. Will recommend to everyone willing to spend a few extra dollars for great service and phenomenal food. Also 10/10 on the drinks :)

the food and the service were first class. my husband's octopus was flavorful and as tender as any octopus I've ever tasted. And my asparagus with candied bacon was amazing. likewise the entrees, duck and sea bass, were delicious. the smoke on the duck was just enough to let you know it was there but not enough to be offensive. the only slight disappointment was the cheese course. The cheeses were good but nothing out of the ordinary. dessert - who knows I was too full to even taste it. And the wine pairings were spot on. another excellent meal at Virtus. And the wait staff was on top of things the whole time.

Great menu. Great experience and fine service. The burrata was the beat I have ever tasted and the pastas were wonderful. Duck was solid as was the lamb. Been here twice and never disappoints. Need working AC in Arizona summers. Will definitely be back.

Despite being very experienced, waiter was loud, interrupts, didn’t listen or “read the room” very
well. Disappointing but everything else was truly outstanding. We’ve dined there more than a dozen times as it is our favorite restaurant.

Best octopus and sea bass ever, and I lived in the Med for 2 years. Large servings while at the same time light. Best of everything. Will be returning very soon, as this is now our new favorite restaurant in Arizona.
The best kept secret for fine dining but in a laid back atmosphere. Food is always up to par and all the employees treat you like family in the best ways. Out favorite place to eat, always!
Overall the food was delicious. As many have noted, the octopus was the highlight. I got the smoked duck, which was very flavorful however the beets were overpowering for me. I felt like I should finish the beets but they were the weakest point of the meal--I would have preferred something not as strong/sweet. My husband had the pork chop and he was completely satisfied--everything on the plate was balanced in flavor. Our server was great! My one complaint is the dining room where we were seated (not in the main restaurant) was extremely loud, which was not really the fault of any of the customers at the four tables--there's just no sound absorbing features in that room.
It’s a special place for a special evening in my opinion. If you’re not one who understands and appreciates paying for good flavors, impeccable service, properly prepared food and drinks, find another place to eat. You may leave feeling you have over paid, but you have not. It’s a nice relaxing place to enjoy the company your with and close the deal.
Incredible dinner, in and out in less than an hour. But never rushed, great food
The food was great. However the seats are very uncomfortable and too noisy to enjoy our conversation.
We had the 3 course meal with wine pairing. We enjoyed 1 (asparagus) of the 2 (octopus) appetizers, both main courses (sea bass and pork chop) were good, not great like other reviews I read. The desserts were absolutely amazing!! We were in the wine room, which was very small and intimate, yet so close you couldn’t help making friendly conversations with the 3 other tables around you. The waiter was great all around.
Food and service was awesome. Andrew our waiter knowledgeable and made our meal to celebrate our 25 th wedding anniversary a special time.
The food is outstanding (the menu rotates every two months) and the service is perfection. You must try the grilled octopus- it will wow you.

Our first time there. The food is fantastic. Great sized portions and everything cooked perfectly. Excellent cocktails, too.
The only thing I didn't like was that our table was right by the front door and I felt a bit cramped, esp. when guests would walk by, one of whom used my chair back for walking support.

Took my husband here for Father’s Day dinner. Everything was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The waiter, Evan, explained each item on the menu and was detailed. Made our decision difficult. Would come here again! We got the octopus, burrata, and the tomahawk steak dinner for two!

Local, tourist, just driving through--make a reservation at Virtu and enjoy a fabulous meal. The service is terrific, the food is phenomenal, and they just have this "taking care of family" attitude that will make you look like a star for suggesting Virtu
The Tomahawk we shared was delicious… it was a 40 ounce and we took a lot home… loved the salad that came with the Tomahawk… the dressing was very light and airy…
