   Virtu is a charming restaurant. Started with cocktails, an Old Fashioned and "It's Not a Mule," with pineapple and mint - refreshing and not too sweet. Opted for the pre fixe and wine flight. Amuse bouche was a tiny dish of whipped asparagus, so light and delicate and creamy. Amazing. Appetizer course was charred octopus with chickpeas and arugula, and grilled asparagus with duck egg, pancetta, goat cheese and a foie gras butter - beautifully presented, over the top delicious, and surprisingly large portions suitable for sharing. Dinner was smoked duck and grilled rib chop. Fantastic. Perfectly prepared and delicious. We enjoyed our meal on the patio, with twinkle lights, blooming shrubs, crisp white linen, and a musical fountain. Our server, Nicholas made the evening a pleasure. Smiling, attentive, making suggestions, delivering each course with perfect timing, and even bringing us a complimentary glass of champagne in celebration of our anniversary. Yes, the bill was expensive - for the quality of food, the ambiance and service, it was well worth the price. Book a table immediately!

   Very enjoyable overall. Food was delicious with some creative chef options on their prix fixe. I would say for the price the service was slow and lacking, although the server was working very hard I would guess the place was understaffed. Took probably 25 minutes to get our 2 drinks to start and didn't get better from there.

   Do not pass up an opportunity to dine here. The food is some of the best in the area or for that matter the country. Start with the Asparagus appetizer you won’t regret it.

    First time there. We had the pre fix menu. Overall food was ok a bit pricey. Had to send my order back as it was over cooked like it sat in the window. Service was great
