   We went on a Friday night and although the food was fine, there was only 1 bartender and 1 server. We waited SO LONG for our drinks and for the check. Plus, we had to ask for water twice, and the check was wrong. We were overcharged so we had to send the check back and wait AGAIN for the corrected check. The server was friendly enough whenever she was there, but it really isn't fair to her to have the whole room by herself!

   We chose this restaurant to celebrate my Mother's birthday and we had a wonderful dining experience. They honored my wishes for a special surprise dessert and I was so happy when they presented a beautifully-decorated plate. Our server was very attentive and the shrimp and grits were a big hit. A big shout out also goes to the bartender that recommended his delicious citrus-infused cocktail.

   By far my favorite place to eat in the city! Food is exceptional! I just finished talking to the owner for 20 minutes and earlier the waitress who is phenomenal! I will be a regular customer here!

   I am not in the habit of writing bad reviews..... But...We went for a Sunday brunch. We were seated right away and then waited forever for someone to come over and bring us menus. After waiting a half hour or so and requesting someone to come over many times we were able to order. We waited another half hour and many requests to just to get our drinks. Finally after a few "conversations" with the staff the food showed up a half hour later. It took almost two hours to get cold eggs and our order wrong. They apologized for the disaster but did nothing to remedy it. I expect the other patrons will be writing similar reviews as this treatment was the case across the restaurant. We will not be back.

   Definitely a do over! Had the boozie brunch. One in our party opted for the five option drinks (screwdriver/bloody mary) another had the 2 mini pitcher bellini option. Food options range from eggs to veggie burgers...........we tried them all! Service was friendly and accomidating. We were obviously having a great time.............since no one was waiting for a table, we were allowed to stay over the usual 90 minute limit.

   The photos made it seem like this restaurant was larger than it was. Fooled me. The service was good, if slow. It took a while to get our drinks and then our apps. But I must say that the bison venison burger was delicious!!! Almost made up for the rest.
