   Vintage Tavern has been one of our favorite restaurants until last evening. I we ordered an appetizer and ask for a meal off the kids menu to start out. The charcuterie plate was very disappointing with only two cheese, selections and stale crackers and it took quite some time to get that first course. Then we waited over 45 minutes for our meals as we watched at least four tables get served before us. My child was done eating for 30 minutes before the adults got our food an hour and 15 minutes after having been seated. My duck breast meal was cold and undercooked. My husband’s beef fillet had been sliced twice which is uncommon because it appeared. It was under cooked and re-cooked a couple times to check if it was medium, rare or not. The cream spinach was flavorless, and the brussels sprouts were hard. Our waitress was attentive at first, but then did not notice our food didn’t come out and was kept busy with other tables only to be surprised when I asked if our food was ever coming. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and the food quality was not what we were used to at this restaurant. Will most likely market off the list and not return.

    The front desk seated us in short order. Our table was perfect. The waiter, Zach, was attentive and knowledgeable. My wife and I both had the flounder dish - done perfectly. Our bill was delivered promptly by Zack. As an aside, I thought the charge for use of a credit card was somewhat tacky - this fairly new policy is not in keeping with the upscale image that I used to have with the suite of restaurants under M&M Hospitality Company name. It reminds me of what the airline industry does to tack-on miscellaneous charges for this or that.

    Service was excellent. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu. my wife had the beef tenderloin, cooked perfect, medium rare as ordered. I had the Halibut filet, nicely seared with a little crunch. Veggies were yummy. Brian's Guinness Ice Cream for dessert, always our favorite, a little bitterness with the Guinness beer and a good amount of sweetness with the added Bailey's Irish Cream. Great experience!!! Wonderful food!!!

    As always, Misty's Service was fantastic and, of course, Chandler hit it out of the ballpark with my drink. Always a wonderful place to eat! Looking forward to seeing the next change to the menu.

    We were put in the tavern even though we reserved dining room. Did not have a high top table choice on open table but was told we did. Open tables in dining room yet we were told it was full. So we added to the bartender workload.

    Went for my birthday… they were out of many things that were staples on the menu… no market fish… and no roasted bone marrow….it was the reason for going there to begin with! The food is generally cooked well, but overall the menu isn’t creative… which is fine when you want that.

    My wife ordered the ribeye with some modifications and it turned out great! I ordered the Route 17 plate and found the ribs and pork belly to be much lower quality than expected; something I would expect from Applebee's. The pork barbecue slaw was great and I replaced the macaroni with the collards which were fantastic. Overall the experience was very nice and I wished the pork was better. I'll get the steak next time.

    Celebrating my 65th Birthday. Our overall visit was sub-par at best. Made reservations and had to wait close to 30 mins. The ambience was nice. Service was poor, food was fair but overpriced for what you get. Will not be back.

    Excellent salmon special….tasted great. The ceasar salad however was mediocre…not great. The cocktails were well made. Service with Misti was very good….attentive with a great sense of humor.

    Vintage Tavern has always been one of our go tos but were a little disappointed Sunday evening No fish, only 1 of the fried flounder available and my rib eye had a lot of grissel Kat, our server, was awesome. The rest of our party switched out their sides and one of them didn't come out right. The creme Brule for dessert wasn't hot but tasted okay. Honestly, to spend $200 (including tip), a little underwhelmed.

    After enjoying this restaurant multiple times in the past, our most recent visit was a definite departure from the good quality service and food that we have previously experienced. On a Saturday night the restaurant was not at even 50% capacity and we still encountered delays in all levels of service. From being seated in a timely fashion to drinks and dinner courses. Further, our entrees arrived late and all 4 lukewarm at best. The manager was made aware of the situation and apologized and discounted the meal; however, we left thoroughly disappointed in the experience.

    Went for Easter. Food portions were very small for the price. We paid over $200 and left hungry. Oyster stew is broth with 2 oysters. Shrimp civeche is really a thin gazpacho soup with half a shrimp in it. Husband got steak and eggs. Every other plate that walked past out table had breakfast potatoes, his did not. The breakfast biscuit would have been more substantial from Hardee's. Not Impressed. They advertised soft shell crabs on the Easter menu, upon arrival they weren't on the menu or in the restaurant.

    Our waitress Kat was excellent and we appreciated her service. The food was very good though a bit expensive. The problem was when the bill came and the restaurant is now charging a credit card fee. I found this somewhat “tacky” if you spend hundreds of dollars for a night out and then an additional added fee of close to 4%. We would have brought cash if we had known about the fee. It was a bit annoying after a good meal. I would recommend this place if you pay in cash

    We love Vintage Tavern, only suggestion is remove TV above bar in main dinning area, control traffic enter to left and leave through door to main dinning.

    I have been coming to Vintage Tavern for many years. We have been coming since it opened and the menu is the same. I would love to see some new additions to the menu. Maybe add a salmon dish, rockfish dish, or a chicken dish other than fried chicken. It is time for change.

    Food was underwhelming and expensive. We don't mind paying for great food, but this wasn't it. Our third visit to the restaurant disappointed the last 2 times.
