Second Saturday night in a row that we have come here. Food was incredible again. Service was ok this week waited over 15 minutes for our drinks which I felt was a little too long with no explanation. Still was worth the trip and wouldn’t stop us from going to again

I dined here with my parents for my birthday dinner. The interior was dimly lit, which I loved, and there was a gorgeous chandelier in the center of the front dining room where we were seated. Our server was patient, as we were waiting for my brother to meet us. My brother never made it, as he ended up in a minor car accident. Our server was so kind and asked if he was alright. All of the food was superb, with generous portions, and nice presentation. I highly recommend the Thai Calamari, Filet Mignon Medallions, Angry Spaghetti, and Lobster Tail. It was quiet as we ate our appetizers; however, two parties arrived that were obnoxiously loud for the remainder of our meal. Seated at separate tables, they proceeded to yell and cackle across the distance. They behaved as if they were in a crowded bar. They were either completely devoid of self-awareness or simply didn’t care. After their arrival, my family and I could barely hear one another or our server. They killed the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. The dessert menu looked delicious, but we unfortunately had to skip out to tend to my brother’s accident. Our thoughtful server brought me a slice of cheesecake with whipped cream and strawberries to go, on the house. Overall, we had a stellar meal and I would certainly dine here again, as well as recommend this restaurant to anyone.

First time here and was so good we booked again for next Saturday night. Food, service everything was above and beyond spectacular!!!!

Making reservations with open table was as easy as could be and we were seated immediately upon arrival. The wait staff was friendly and super attentive, and the food was all delicious and cooked to perfection. We had the Thai calamari, cowboy steak, filet Mignon medallions and Parmesan truffle fries. The only reason for my four stars instead of five was because I felt like the tables weren’t spaced out enough for pandemic times. All the staff was masked and wearing a mask was enforced until you were seated, and the restaurant was very clean. The tables were just less than 6 feet apart which made us a little uncomfortable, but other than that it was a great experience!

It was my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and the first time they had been out to dinner in over a year as a result of the pandemic. The food was fantastic and the staff did everything they could to make it special.

Food was phenomenal tasting as always. My wife’s steak (filet mignon) and my steak (ny strip) had the internal temps reversed from what we each ordered, but the tenderness, texture, and flavor was superb. Best crab cake out of anywhere we have ever had.

It was very loud in there, but we didn’t mind, it was great seeing people enjoying themselves. Food was great, service was great, and they have a great tequila selection. Will keep this restaurant in our rotation.

We had a fabulous first-time experience at Vintage Prime Steakhouse. The service and food were both outstanding! The staff were concientious with regard to Covid compliance, reassuring about a family member’s food allergy and went out of their way to check frequently that all was to our satisfaction. We enjoyed our time there and definitely plan on going back.

Always excellent quality food cooked to perfection. The service is reliably good as well.

We love Mario the waiter, the ambiance, and of course the steaks. Salmon was OK (missing salt). Best chocolate cake in town. The noise level was, at time, unbearable. I had to literally shout all night and get close to my friends to be able to hear. I will surely be back, not on a busy Saturday evening

Always have an amazing dinner at Vintage Prime Steakhouse. They definitely provide a top notch dinning experience. Best aged steaks on Long Island. Amazing staff.

Superb Excellent night

This is my favorite steakhouse on Long Island. The only complaint is it can be very loud. They used to have noise dampening fabric on there walls but when the redecorated they took them down. If they can figure out a way to keep the noise down that would be great.

Service and food were excellent. Amazing meal, we celebrated a friends birthday, got the 3 shareable steaks for the table (porterhouse, double filet mignon, and tomahawk ribeye). The steaks were all amazing, however the tomahawk is the best of the bunch. The sauces that accompany the steaks are well done and take the meal to the next level. All the desserts are great(we actually had all of them). I wasn’t thrilled about the cocktail list, however the bar can put together any drink you’d like. Will be back soon!

Tried Vintage Prime after seeing so many high recommendations on FaceBook. The staff was great, ambiance of restaurant very quaint, but kind of close w/no plastic dividers between tables. The French Onion soup and special beet salad were both delicious, however our main courses of filet mignon, lobster mac & cheese and grilled vegetables were good, but underseasoned.... my fiance actually asked for salt, which he never does. We do plan to give it another try once we get our vaccines, but the lack of salt was surprising.

We are regulars. Sometimes twice a week and we dine out several times a week. The steak is our usually fare but I went out on a limb and had the chicken parm. It was amazing. Who would have thought. All sides are great and if you like cocktail sauce that makes you gag, ask for extra horseradish on the side with the shrimp cocktail. My wife has the crabmeat and pasta if we don’t have the porterhouse for two. If you do have the steak, get the peppers and onions as a side. It’s hot but so good with the steak. Don’t forget the corn off the cob too. Ummmm
