Unfortunately I expected it to be much nicer than it was. The drinks were really expensive- $16 for ONE specialty drink....dinner was okay....I don’t mind paying high prices for high quality food and experience but this was not it.
Very nice place good food
Wonderful!
Walleye was excellent. Wife's chicken bread was slightly over cooked. Ambience was dated.
Host and server were amazing. Service was professional and food delicious. We have been dining at this location for over 7 years and always receive five star service. We highly recommend you dine at Vintage.
Calvin & Nate were fantastic! They made us feel like special guests on my daughter’s birthday. We had a memorable dinner with a beautiful sunset. Thank you!!
Excellent Easter Brunch..will be back once restrictions are eased.
Couple good meals, couple fair ones, good server/ service
We loved the meal, the desserts, and the drinks. The food was sensational. It’s kind of small restaurant, so more difficult to space during COVID. The service was just ok.
The place is beautiful in a beautiful hotel but the food it’s not that good....it’s a least regular and obviously the prices are high
Everything was pleasant.
Food was very good and service was excellent. Always like the view.
Food and staff were amazing We will be back for sure
Beautiful view of the water and good food, lots of tvs to watch the game
So great to be able to enjoy one of our favorite places again. The BEST Burgers, Flatbreads and drinks. Awesome service as always. Tables spaced apart and all Covid-19 protocols in place to keep us safe. Thank you!
Our second night out after 3 months at home due to Covid restrictions. Vintage did not disappoint. The service and cocktails were impeccable. We took advantage of the restaurant week special offering 3 courses for $35.
Anniversary dinner. Excellent food and service.
Great meal. Great service. Would recommend.
Great service. Lovely ambiance. Such a lovely time for an anniversary dinner.
Our server was fantastic!! She even took our picture by the fireplace!! It was
With only a few tables in the room it would seem to be difficult to give mediocre service, but that is what we received. The filet was not up to prime standard as the price would reflect.
Great location and service. Ambience was very nice but food is ordinary.
Our favorite for atmosphere scenery and food
Great wine list
A real french bistro in North Michigan. The ambience is cute, good food, and excellent wine list. Wednesday with a 3 course menu, with a New York Streap, is fantastic. Don't forget to to try the Acadian Redfish too.
Great meal
Wow! What a truly amazing experience. Our server, Calvin, made the experience unforgettable. The bartender, Adam. truly knocked everything out of the park. It truly wonderful that the manager came over to ensure satisfaction. Great job Vintage staff!!
The food that was good was REALLY good! Filet was prepared perfectly, pork chop was super tasty and short rib was tender and delicious! Tuna Tataki was not great quality tuna and was over cooked we sent it back. Wild mushroom spaetzel was under done and actually crunchy. French onion soup was one of the best I’ve had and the arugula salad was great!
Cozy atmosphere and great service!
Service was excellent. Cocktails were great. Food was also great. The entree prices are very high especially for portion size.
Great!!! We love Vintage!!
It was a slow night being a weekday right after the new year. Win for us. We were seated right next to the roaring fireplace and had the place to ourselves for awhile. Our service, I believe she said her name was Red, was witty, charming, and knowledgeable. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer, cream of mushroom soup, and we each had a salad. Mine with broiled filet. His with grilled salmon. Being this was his birthday dinner, dessert was called for. The flourless chocolate cake would make you leave your wife and kids on Christmas day.
We had excellent meal on NYE, best French onion soup I've had anywhere. Service was great too!
We've officially discovered two new favorite places: The Inn at Bay Harbor and the Vintage Chophouse.
Very memorable dining experience
Very nice meal with great atmosphere and great service
Our waiter was very accommodating and friendly, knowledgeable and our meal was amazing!!!! We had a table next to us that was not very friendly and we heard the interaction between him and them and he handled it very professionally, he took responsibility for the other waiter that brought out their food. Difficult people with attitudes that cannot be wrong are a hard thing to deal with but he did very well!!!! We will be back again tonight!!!!
Atmosphere was great. Food was phenomenal and the service was top notch. Will certainly be back.
The server was pleasant, just very slow. The table behind us left, because it was taking too long.
Have dined here a few times now and the food and service are always wonderful.
This place was amazing ! I would totally go back - my steak was cooked perfectly, the dessert was to die for(flourless cake), and my waiter was so kind and attentive. This place really exceeded my expectations. Would recommend this hands down.
We ate dinner here the night before and returned the next evening for burgers and salad and the French onion soup! Service was prompt, food was delicious! They also do a corkage fee which is a plus for us! $30 was fair and reasonable.
