This was actually our first time going to Vinotopia and our dinner was before seeing a movie. There was no one at the door, even though the sign said to wait to be seated and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. After five minutes, the hostess who was also our waitress came and seated us. She was very friendly and conscious about our movie start time and the food arrived quickly.

All of us had food that was ultimately satisfying, but this is not the place to go for interesting cuisine and that's too bad. This location is perfect for a nice restaurant and there is a big deck to sit on in warmer weather. Because the restaurant serves food to some of the theaters, there should be a menu specifically for that since they have to be quicker out of the kitchen with that. For those of us who want to enjoy more of an un-rushed dinner, there should be more flavorful and interesting options, especially for vegetarian/vegan guests.

The restaurant is in the movie theater lobby. The waitress was also the hostess and bartender and not thrilled to be of service. The menu on open table is not even close to accurate. All they have is movie theater food options like potato skins, chicken strips, hamburgers and nachos.
Very poor experience and very disappointing that the menu was soooooo wrong.

We arrived to be told by the Bartender he would be right with us after seating. Only 1 other table was occupied. 10 minutes later, still sitting there. Went to the Bar to address the issue and told the same thing. Then Bartender served new patrons who arrived at the bar. We left....went to Concessions which is the same food. Poor service, pricey food. Will never return.

This was out second visit to Vinotopia and we were excited to dine there again and enjoy a great bottle of wine. Somehow the wires were crossed and they did not have our table for 8 noted. We were prepared for the worst but the Owner and Staff figured everything out and we were seated in a matter of minutes.

We enjoyed a great meal, some excellent wine and had a great story to tell about Vinotopia!!

We decided to give this place a try so we could get enough points to reach the highest level before our points expired. This place was great! We went early in the evening on a Monday. The restaurant was pretty much empty, so it was very quiet. They have tables next to large viewing windows so you can see the hills. Our server was very friendly and helpful. We ordered wings, a gyro, and the teriyaki chicken skewers. The wings were perfectly crisp and nicely covered in sauce. The gyro was fresh! I’ve never had one with crisp lettuce and perfectly ripe tomatoes. Delicious! The chicken skewers were juicy, not dry, and had a good flavor. They have a good selection of wines and other beverages. I’m sure we will go back. This is a wonderful restaurant for a date night meal. They have oil candles on the table, so it probably has a romantic atmosphere later in the evening.

We had a good experience and enjoyed our movie before dinner but when we got to the restaurant and sat down to order drinks my first two drink picks from the menu were either not in stock or no longer served at the restaurant. I found a third and settled. After dinner we were told that the credit card machine was no longer working and being the only one in the group to have cash I wound up unexpectedly picking up the check for everyone. Just not impressed. Our server was great and her service was a 5 star experience

I made reservations via OpenTable for 5 people at 4 pm on Friday. When we arrived, they did not even know that there was a reservation. The waiter said he would go get us a booth, but returned and said there wasn't a booth available and then just stood there until I said something. He asked if we wanted to sit at one of the tables with 4 chairs and I asked if we would be able to fit 5 people at it. He said yes, but as we sat down, his manager came over and said we could not sit there because there was going to be a meeting. They finally decided to pull two tables that were different heights together. We told him our movie was at 5 and he said don't worry there's 15 minutes of previews. The food was okay, not great. Drinks were strong though. We ended up leaving right at 5 and sat down as our movie was starting. The whole experience was mediocre.

The food is good and pretty affordable. A little higher than the price of McMenamins. Sliding from dinner to the movies so easily makes it worth in our experience. They will give you drinks to go for the movie also which is an added value.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Slow service. Hardly anyone in the restaurant. Overpriced bar food. It took a little over an hour to get our food which was cold and tasteless. The waitress was very apologetic and friendly. But the manager should’ve stepped up. They were more worried about serving the theater than the restaurant. Which the theater wasn’t that busy either.

Vinotopia changed the menu and Opentable has not updated their site. Vinotopia used to have nice options for food and when we went there for NYE we were disappointed. Waited 5 minutes for the hostesses to acknowledge we were there and people were in PJs dining. Food was ok but it was way over priced for two items and two drinks that we could have had at home for 1/3 of the price. Basically it was over priced bar food.
We were told by our waitress that the menus are not updated online and that they know they are slow to do so.
Cleanliness throughout the dining room and theater is not that great. Doesnt seem to be a priority just selling expensive movie tickets.

Service was excellent and the food was surprisingly tasty. Felt there could've have been a bit more volume or quantity for the money on some of the dishes. We were there with a party of six on the early release night for Star Wars. It was a fun atmosphere and were glad we finally decided to try it. We will go back again. The Mac and Cheese may have been the biggest flavor surprise.

Honestly, this was one of the poorest experiences I've ever had dining out. We had a party of 8 dining together before going to a movie. There were 4 of us that showed up first, one of the 10 wait staff sat us at the table and placed 4 empty water glasses down and walked away. After waiting 5-10 minutes, a different wait staff member came back with 2 menus and asked if we wanted drinks. Two of our party ordered drinks and I asked if we could get our water glasses filled and some more menus for the table. About 10 minutes later another wait staff member comes over and asks to take our order. We indicated that our entire party wasn't even here yet and we would like to wait. And asked again for some water and more menus. Our other half of our party finally arrived about 10 minutes later. And after about another 15 minutes the drink order finally came, finally got some water, and a few more menus but still ended up having to share menus as there were not enough for each person at the table. We finally made our order for the table. After a bit 3 wait staff came out with our order, which none of them were the girl that took our order. They had no idea who's plate was who's. Three orders were completely incorrect and then another persons wrap had a huge long hair in it. They offered her another dish but after all that she politely declined. Food was very mediocre, not impressed at all. Then when we went to pay, the credit card machine was apparently not working so she had to type in numbers manually. Then 2 other wait staff were there and it just seemed to be a bit clustered and confused. One member took a few of us over to another register to try and speed things up. The last 3 of us to pay decided to give cash and make it simple. Gave here way above the actual tip amount as well even though it was definitely not deserved. The other lady at the far register then had the nerve to say to our friend that was paying by card that we had shorted them $1. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!

My husband and I made a reservation here for our 5th anniversary. When we walked in after our movie was finished we stood a good ten mins at the sign that said "please wait to be seated" without being greeted or any communication whatsoever. After about ten minutes a lady behind the bar who looked at a numerous times without saying a word finally said "sit wherever you want"... We went and sat down, fifteen minutes goes by with no greeting or service. After fifteen minutes the woman comes over(this whole time we've had zero menus and nothing on the table) she said "what do you want to drink" well not knowing what they have as options we said water and then figured we would wait for the menus well then she comes back with the water and again no menus. We have now wasted over thirty mins with nothing in front of us and no service except thirty minutes waters. At this point we were hungry and annoyed so I told her we had changed our mind and going somewhere else all she had to say was "oh ok! Have a great day" then smiled the only smile we saw the whole time. There were only maybe ten other people in the bar area and no other tables at the time. Well we went to fireside down the road and got amazing service and had a wonderful time! We were so excited to come here. We already spent around $100 on tickets and snacks for a movie. So disappointed. We will not waste our time coming back here. For their prices according to their website there are way better options. I'm a server for a living and our establishment would not accept this kind of customer service. If you are looking for a good expiernce on your special occasion skip this place!

We had a reservation for 6 to eat after our movie. We ended up having a few more people join us at the movie and they wanted join us for dinner. We asked the hostess about adding 3 additional people to our reservation and even said if it wasn't possible that was ok knowing our reservation was only for 6. She acted very annoyed and begrudgingly obliged, putting a 3rd table in line with the 2 we already had prepared for us. The restaurant was completely dead. Maybe 3 or 4 other tables is all so capacity was not an issue. We were seated right next to the door that was so drafty the girls' hair were blowing in their face and they could not take their jackets off because of the chilly air. We politely asked if we could shut one of the doors to block some of the wind and we were told no, without an alternative solution. We asked a 2nd waiter a few minutes later and he closed the doors for us which solved the problem. 30 minutes into our dining we hadn't gotten our drinks or been given menus while multiple other parties were seated after us and already received drinks and appetizers. We got up and asked and found out we were not assigned a waitress. Another waitress came by and took us on even though she already had her hands full servicing all the other tables. As for the food, 4 of us ordered soup and they were all ice cold, 2 ordered pesto chicken sandwiches that did no have any pesto! The only one that was pleased with their food had the buffalo chicken wrap but her fries were also cold. She only ordered that after her first two menu choices were unavailable. In the middle of our dinner the grumpy hostess that told us we couldn't shut a door came and reopened the doors bringing back the draft. Some trash in the floor started to blow towards our table and she laughed and told one of the girls in our party that the "trash must like you" and didn't bother to even pick it up! Our waitress was super nice and apologetic but needless to say our experience was disappointing.

Reservation for eight, they didn't bring enough menus, not everyone in the party arrived at the same time. The server was rude, never came to check on our water glasses. Had our menus closed for ten minutes before we saw her again. When we told her that our movie was starting in twenty minutes, she asked another person to have our food put on theater plates. Then when the food finally did come, exactly when our movie was starting, the food was not good but there isn't enough space to go into that, she didn't bring the checks with her. At the very beginning we told her they were separate checks, and then when we said we needed our checks she didn't have them already separate and had to go to each person to do so. Then getting the checks took another 10 minutes. Two of our party then went to get our theater seats, and after the whole party pre-ordering tickets online they had messed up one of our guest's tickets and had him assigned to the same seat as another in our party, then had to sit two rows in front of us. While the checks were being paid, the server kept messing up two checks, making the two card holders ten minutes late into the movie, and miss the opening of the movie. Then it turned out that the server hadn't messed up the checks to begin with, but was too confused because the cards were from the same bank, despite one being very old and worn, and one being brand new and having a chip, and different names. And today when reviewing our bank account,my husband saw that the server had charged his card for the other person's meal; and so we checked with the other person and they had also been charged for their meal. From the very beginning of the night I was prepared for it to be busy as it was the discount day, but the floor seating where the server had to handle there were hardly any tables, and not even all of them were full, I will never be going to Vinotopia again. Made my birthday extremely stressful, and was not as easy to deal with at 6 months pregnant.

We did come in late but despite having a reservation we strongly urged to sit in the bar because we were the only customers in the restaurant and the bar tender was the only staff on. There were other off duty staff at the bar talking and laughing loudly. The food tasted old and stale. I understand it was late but if you're going to offer service it shouldn't matter what time you come in. It's a great movie theater but I won't be dining here again.

Food was good but the service and bar were slow. Food and drinks are over-priced (not surprising -- it is part of a movie theater -- so it's all about convenience). Next time we want a "dinner and a movie" date night, we'll find a different restaurant close-by to the movie theater.

While the setting is pleasing and the view is good. The menu is confusing. I wanted pasta for lunch and you couldn't get it. I ended up with a burger that was bland/non-tasteful.

You couldn't get a blended drink; but the wine choices were excellent.

The burger was over very over priced for the tastelessness and size. You can get a better burger at Wendy's or DQ, for half the price.
