No one came to our table for 10 mins to ask if we wanted a drink or to inform us about specials & it was Valentines Day. We ordered a bottle of wine. Our server had a difficult time un corking the wine & had no idea at all as to how to pour the wine. We ordered an appetizer & were just beginning to eat it when our server returned to tell us that we had to order dinner as the kitchen was closing in 5 mins. When our dinner was ordered, the staff started moving tables & cleaning. Worst dinner ever!!! Worst hotel I have ever had to be at!
We love Vinos Restaurant and would always recommend this Restaurant.
Have dined there several times over the past few years, but this last outing was disappointing. I cannot eat anything with hot spice (red pepper flakes, etc.) and told the waiter. Ordered a dish that should have been safe and it was not. My friend also ordered something that should have been safe and it was not.
It seems the chef was on a "let's spice everything with red pepper flakes" whether the customer can tolerate it or not.
Will make sure to emphasize this the next time I dine there.
This is one of our favorite restaurants. Food is really good and the price doesn't break the bank. Allows us to bring friends and family here when we get visitors.
Food in Vino is better than Waverly
Service in Waverly is better than Vino. I am a regular that loves dinning.
We've been going here a while the food is always superb and the service is great you get a lot for your money.
Always enjoy our food and service!!
Comfortable seating and ambience
Vinos is always a WONDERFUl Dining experience. The Manager and his staff are truely wonderful people so that makes eating there that much better.
Vino's goes out of it's way all the time to make your dining experience a good one. Service and food are always top notch. The manager runs the place well and the servers are above and beyond good at what they do.
The food was excellent, but the service was lacking. The server took for ever to bring the salad and then when half done there is the entrée. At the beginning, the person who brought the bread sticks & bread said she would be assisting the server. Well, only saw her when she refilled my water glass. The waiter checked back & I requested more bread. The bread arrived a long time after we were finished eating and at that time we were asked if we wished to order more because it was an all you can eat and we said no. I asked for a go box & it was brought. I filled it and was waiting, waiting for the check. Then the check comes and the server doesn't come back to collect. I flagged down the hostess and she led me out front & then I was told to pay at the bar. I did. I returned inside to leave a tip. The assistant was already cleaning the table and the server was taking another order, so I walked up and gave him a tip. For the tip, I probably gave too much because of the service. Possibly, if the kitchen got the bread out sooner and the assistant assisted the server, our experience could have been better. Also, the Hostess maybe should have spread the seating out better, and not giving the server a large party and other tables too soon together. So, Vino's you need to let your people know they are a team and it was evident that the teamwork was lacking on Sunday at 5:30pm,
Friendly staff. The service was awesome. The food...Sumptious. Wine was an xlnt value. Thx for another good time.
The food is fantastic especially the veal and chicken parmesan. The chicken milanesa is incredible. This is one of my favorite places to eat in Vegas.
Best Italian food we've eaten in Vegas.far from the strip so you don't have to deal with all that nonsense. Very nice staff.
I had high expectations for this restaurant, but sadly they failed to live up to the reviews. We got there ten minutes before our reservation and we're told to wait until eight which was not a big deal but there was only a few people in the restaurant. We finally got seated at 817 after taking people who were there after us. The first impressions we're not great but when a waiter bustle by our table and threw the basket of bread down, and said "excuse me". With not another word and continue on made me more upset that we had choose this restaurant. The appetizer was okay bruchetta and the main entre was much to be desired. My wife got the veal veal parmasen and I had a steak Aburrso. The veal was soggy and breaded poorly and while the steak was cooked nicley but was slathered with a balsamic vinaigrette sauce with was very overwhelming. They did have a wine list but of the four choices of Pinot noir only had two available. I found that quite odd being new year's Eve. Overalld not go back
Always excellent will continue to go. Great value very friendly staff always an enjoyable experience.
Have been celebrating birthdays and anniversaries at this nice Italian restaurant for more than five years and we're never disappointed. Spent two years in Italy with the U.S. Navy and find this dining experience comparable to my many evenings on the town there.
It took over 40 minutes to get our drink order, music very loud, food cold, over cooked and plates were hot from the heat lamps. Definitely will not return.
Always great Food and an awesome atmosphere!! Casandra is always such an awesome Server! Everyone there is great, food is awesome and reasonable priced! Our favorite Italian place to go!
Atmosphere was great, service was excellent and food was delicious
Service was very good. The waiter made our evening very enjoyable. The food was also very good.
Worth it every time. We are frequent visitors to Vino's. The menu has a good selection and the food is always amazing.
We love the staff and the the food is delicious. Hands down one of the best kept ITALIAN secrets in Las Vegas.
Restaurant was recommended by Springhill Suites front desk when we ask for suggestion for Italian food. I wonderful find in a casino! Food was delicious! Will definitely dine here again when visiting Las Vegas!
Food was excellent and the waiter was exceptional. Will go back in a couple of weeks when back in Vegas. The whole staff was very good and very polite.
Terrific meal of Shrimp with Linguine. One of our favorite dishes. Highly recommend Vino's for excellent Italian food.
We didn’t receive service by the hostess for a while. We were just standing out front waiting. When she returned to the podium, there was no greeting nor was there an apology for the extended wait. Then our waitress took a very long time to take our orders and seemed like she should have stayed home for the day. The “bussers” were more friendly and professional. We won’t be back.
Food is consistently fresh and tasty. Menu offers a diverse variety.
Another homerun for Vino's. The Shrimp Scampi was outstanding. We re-visit Vino's about once a month and have never been disappointed. The food is always good. The bean soup was amazing - full of flavor. Highly recommended if you are looking for excellent Italian food in North Las Vegas or surrounding areas.
ABSOLUTELY GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE
When my daughter and niece asked me to select a restaurant for my birthday dinner, I immediately recommended Vino's Ristorante because of favorable experiences in the past and because I knew everyone who would be attending liked Italian cuisine but were particular about their preferences. As I expected would be the case, everyone was pleased and inclined to return in the future. An all-around great experience!
