Had another wonderful dinner and wine at Vino and Tapas. Food is amazing, wine was amazing and we were taken well cared for
Delicious - we ordered the shrimp, orange salad, hummus with mushrooms, and bacon wrapped dates. The wine pours were great. Will definitely come back.
Food is great
Excellent vibe and great food to bring friends and family for small get together. Everything was delicious and fun!
Great food, diverse and interesting menu, excellent service and nice dessert. My one little pet peeve are the small outdoor tables which our server handled quite well by adding a little table stand for the white wine we had with our meal. The rack of lamb ribs was very good; however, I’d offer up some lamb friendly sauce options (hope I just didn’t miss those on the menu) to make very good, great!
We’ll be back!
El lugar es de mis favoritos
Me encanta todo , el ambiente y la atención
We sat near the guitar player whose music was low-key and very very pleasant. Empanadas, lentils and paella were outstanding. Enjoyed the sangria also. Our waiter brought me a strainer because I have an aversion to fruit! He was very very good and attentive.
Every plate was unique & amazing!
They cut the menu and got rid of the lamb chops that were so good but otherwise a great place. Love the out door ambience.
One of my favorite place to chill
Great space. Good service. I look forward to going back.
Enrique fabulous service. Delicias worth ordering, shrimp pil Pil very good calamari served both ways, Flan thick and wonderful
Love love love their wine selection and menu - preferred the outdoor seating and wish they would expand on that with even more lounge-like soft furnishings. Overall I like this location and plan to return on a more regular basis.
Good food! Service a bit slow.
Nice selection of food and sangria was excellent.
The food was delicious, I frequently get overwhelmed by the Californian portions but here they were a good media to racion size for what they called tapas (apart from the montaditos that are real tapas size) It was easy to guess this would be the case by the prices.
Atmosphere was great, there was a guitarist who started playing at some point and struck up quite a repartee with a couple of well lubricated nearby diners, as I was dining alone it provided me with some welcome entertainment and focus for my attention. The music was also not so loud that conversations couldn’t be carried on.
Only small disappointment was that they forgot one of my dishes which was a shame as when it finally arrived after I questioned it I had all but finished my other plate. Wouldn’t have been an issue if there had been more people with mote plates.
Great wine selection as well.
Everything was yummy! Crispy skin salmon melted in our mouth. Short ribs were super tasty. Flourless chocolate cake was the perfect ending to the meal.
The noise level was fine until Ala left at which time we could no longer carry on a conversation!
The food and service are always great at Vino Wine & Tapas. The assortment of dishes is wonderful.
Great restaurant centered around Spanish cuisine. A must try!
Great family dinner
The food was amazing. A guitarist plays live on Thursdays and Sundays. Definitely will go again. I highly recommend.
This is a lovely restaurant in a transitional section of Encino. The service was attentive. The food was quite good, especially the mushroom soup (yum), braised short-ribs and chocolate cake. Portions are relatively generous and the food is attratively presented. My husband was very pleased with the Sangria. The outdoor patio is closed due to roof repairs.
It was excellent as always. Our waitress and support staff were very attentive.
We love the food and service was great …..
Most delicious food. Great ambiance! Everyone should eat there!!
I went there for the first time this week on a Monday night when most of the restaurants in the area are closed. They had live music (Spanish guitar) and great service. I’ve been craving an experience like this for so long. Good food, nice ambience inside or outdoor patio and not overly crowded with music on a weeknight. We were all happy with the food, ambience and wine! We’ll be back soon.
Very accommodating hostess, making sure we were able to sit outside. It's a large restaurant, with two inside and two outside dining areas. One of the inside and one of the outside areas were hosting private parties.
Real Spanish tapas, very expertly made and delicious. The only disappointment was the Spanish tortilla, which was not exactly the right texture, but was really more of an omelette. Paella for two was a terrific value at $30.
A large menu, so plenty to come back again to try.
This was my second time here and it was as superb as the first time
my friend and I shared a bottle of Sculpterra, started with the Caesar salad, had the filet mignon ( To die for!! tender and tasty), then the shrimp, De Jamon Serrano
( very light, wished I could have more), green beans, the Berenjena Asada full of flavor and to top things off, the Lentejas!! our waitress Masha ( I hope I spelled that right) was amazing, very attentive and kept checking in on us! we didn't have to get anyone's attention to pick up empty plates or order stuff, there was another person who kept coming in and out of the kitchen serving and picking up ( she was like the energizer bunny. nonstop) Definitely will be back to try the other stuff on the menu!!
Food is very good but service is typically slow. Servers seem overworked. Shocked that we had to pay for regular ice tea refills at $3 a pop. No other restaurant in Los Angeles charges for ice tea refills. Not a good look for this restaurant.
Excellent waiter, delicious food and refreshing sangria. Vino never disappoints. Saw two people (manager types) with mask below their nose. Didn’t like the fans blowing with mist since this can spread viruses should there be one present.
Great food and service.
Old school look but overall a good neighborhood hang any night of the week.
They could use an upgrade of decor but it’s quaint as is
We definitely will be back
Food was much better than expected
Food was delicious but service was slow this time.
A favorite spot. Have never been disappointed.
Had a great time. Service was a bit slow but food was great
Food was delicious and service was awesome! Great spot
Nice patio setting BUT several in party of 6 got bug bites on ankles and legs! Food good, service very good.
We just LOVE this place!! Out favorite for Girls Night with great food and fantastic service!!
Some food was cold but over all , good as far as flavor.
Would have love the option of valet, especially on a weekend.
