The food and service are always great at Vino Wine & Tapas. The assortment of dishes is wonderful.
Great restaurant centered around Spanish cuisine. A must try!
Great family dinner
The food was amazing. A guitarist plays live on Thursdays and Sundays. Definitely will go again. I highly recommend.
This is a lovely restaurant in a transitional section of Encino. The service was attentive. The food was quite good, especially the mushroom soup (yum), braised short-ribs and chocolate cake. Portions are relatively generous and the food is attratively presented. My husband was very pleased with the Sangria. The outdoor patio is closed due to roof repairs.
It was excellent as always. Our waitress and support staff were very attentive.
We love the food and service was great …..
Most delicious food. Great ambiance! Everyone should eat there!!
I went there for the first time this week on a Monday night when most of the restaurants in the area are closed. They had live music (Spanish guitar) and great service. I’ve been craving an experience like this for so long. Good food, nice ambience inside or outdoor patio and not overly crowded with music on a weeknight. We were all happy with the food, ambience and wine! We’ll be back soon.
Very accommodating hostess, making sure we were able to sit outside. It's a large restaurant, with two inside and two outside dining areas. One of the inside and one of the outside areas were hosting private parties.
Real Spanish tapas, very expertly made and delicious. The only disappointment was the Spanish tortilla, which was not exactly the right texture, but was really more of an omelette. Paella for two was a terrific value at $30.
A large menu, so plenty to come back again to try.
This was my second time here and it was as superb as the first time
my friend and I shared a bottle of Sculpterra, started with the Caesar salad, had the filet mignon ( To die for!! tender and tasty), then the shrimp, De Jamon Serrano
( very light, wished I could have more), green beans, the Berenjena Asada full of flavor and to top things off, the Lentejas!! our waitress Masha ( I hope I spelled that right) was amazing, very attentive and kept checking in on us! we didn't have to get anyone's attention to pick up empty plates or order stuff, there was another person who kept coming in and out of the kitchen serving and picking up ( she was like the energizer bunny. nonstop) Definitely will be back to try the other stuff on the menu!!
Food is very good but service is typically slow. Servers seem overworked. Shocked that we had to pay for regular ice tea refills at $3 a pop. No other restaurant in Los Angeles charges for ice tea refills. Not a good look for this restaurant.
Excellent waiter, delicious food and refreshing sangria. Vino never disappoints. Saw two people (manager types) with mask below their nose. Didn’t like the fans blowing with mist since this can spread viruses should there be one present.
Great food and service.
Old school look but overall a good neighborhood hang any night of the week.
They could use an upgrade of decor but it’s quaint as is
We definitely will be back
Food was much better than expected
Food was delicious but service was slow this time.
A favorite spot. Have never been disappointed.
Had a great time. Service was a bit slow but food was great
Nice patio setting BUT several in party of 6 got bug bites on ankles and legs! Food good, service very good.
We just LOVE this place!! Out favorite for Girls Night with great food and fantastic service!!
Some food was cold but over all , good as far as flavor.
Would have love the option of valet, especially on a weekend.
The back patio is wonderful! The food and sangrias were delicious. The service was good but a little slow, but I think they were a little under staffed. We will go again soon!
Everything was enjoyable. The food was very good and the price was reasonable. The only negatives were that they brought us the wrong empanadas and the music over the speakers outdoors was told loud. Otherwise a very nice experience.
Had a great dinner date. The food we had was yummy and we will be back. I guess I just wasn’t hungry enough, hopefully will get to try more. The wine was delicious! Recommend. The place looks small but has ALOT of decent distanced seating.
The staff were all great especially Lana. The food needs a bit more attention (not as good as it used to be).
This has become a little neighborhood gem for us. We love the cozy environment, the food and especially love the live guitarist.
Great ambience . Great food . Very efficient and polite service . Unique place for family, dates , special occasion
We love this place! Danny is the best sommelier
We got the paella which has been terrific in the past but tonight it was a bit overcooked. It was still good but not as good as usual. Some of it was singed on the edges and had to scrape a bit to get off. Still good, just not great.
Food was overcooked.
Would not go back nor recommend
Service and food decent but no
Very good food but poor service. Understaffed. Great ambience too.
We have been coming here for many years and it never disappoints.
Last night, we asked for water refill and never got it. (Not a big deal. Just to let you know) Everything else was great.
A gem in the valley takes you back to Barcelona nights.
Service a little slow tonight. But they are still recovering from Covid closure. Still some of the best tapas around and an excellent wine list.
Loved the whole experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend for any occasion. Everything ordered was delicious.
I so enjoy Vino Wine and Tapas. The food is excellent. The service is efficient and and friendly. It is a lovely place to go that is different from other eateries in a lovely and tasty way.
The sidewalk dining experience was not terrific. I should have been informed ahead of time that I was not going to be seated on the main patio so I could have chosen either inside seating or to cancel my reservation.
Delicious Spanish anchovies and churros. Exceeded expectations.
We love this place. Sat on the patio and it was warm. Loved the Sangria and the delicias.
